Perfect Trees Tree Service

Returned my phone call promptly and showed up to give me as estimate the next day. The people working were courteous and friendly and completed the job effeciently I would recommend them to anyone.

Great job! Very professional and knowledgeable. Paul was easy to work with and gave great direction and advise. His crew was great; took care to ensure job was done according to our expectations, cleaned up everything and hauled all debris away. Fast. Perfect Trees did perfect work!

I wasn't there for the work - but was super surprised they were able to get everything done yesterday with the craptastic weather we were having. By the time I got home at 5pm, everything was finished and I have a huge mountain of brush for the bulk trash folks. I'm sure they will be excited to come down my street! Paul was very communicative from getting the estimate through finishing up last night. I can't believe how much brighter my backyard is - and there aren't even leaves on the pecan yet. I'm super excited to see it in full bloom in a few weeks.

My tiny lot was a mess. I had had my property leased out for a few years and during that time the lawn suffered from neglect. Even though I moved back in three years ago, I am only just now getting caught up on the maintenance. My trees, in spite of bi-annual trimmings, were so overgrown that the grass died and the soil was getting washed away. The recent drought took out many of my shrubs, and my Crepe Myrtle was diseased and in a poor location. After reviewing a few companies on Angie's List, I decided to go with Perfect Trees. Paul Hanson of Perfect Trees came over Monday morning at the appointed time to assess the job and give me an estimate. He was thorough and made sure we were both on the same page. His price was reasonable, and I was ready to have the job done, so I did not get any other estimates. The crew came out later that day and completed the work in a couple of hours. Everyone was professional, and the work was completed to specifications. I am satisfied with the work performed and cannot wait to put in a new lawn and flower beds. I would use Perfect Trees again and recommend them to friends.

I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY. In addition to the pruning services performed on 2/19, Paul, the owner, agreed to return on the following Thursday to clean out my flower beds and to have new mulch spread throughout them. After being assured that they'd return to complete the job on Thursday, he and his crew failed to do so. Thursday arrived and I had not received any confirmation from Paul that the work was still scheduled to be performed so I took the initiative to call him. He then informed me that there had been a scheduling conflict with another job and that they would arrive late in the afternoon to perform the agreed upon work. However, he and his crew failed to show-up leaving me with a very large and unattractive pile of mulch that has been on my drive way for a week now. More importantly, because of his inability to uphold an agreement, Paul has left me with very little time to have the work performed in preparing my home for sale as I am in the process of relocating to another city. Because of his gross negligence and inability to perform basic scheduling tasks, I have lost nearly a week's worth of time that could have been spent locating a more competent company that could have finished the work on time. WILL NEVER HIRE PAUL AGAIN NOR RECOMMEND HIM TO OTHERS.

Overall, everything went very well. We got a letter from the city to trim our trees 14 ft above the street so I called several companies. Paul called back right away and he came and gave estimate an hour later. We agreed on price and his crew came 2 hours later and did a great job. They cleaned up nicely also. Highly recommend this company.

Overall it couldn't have been better. I called and made an appointment for 4 pm Saturday. Paul called on Saturday to see if we could possible meet earlier and we managed to agree on a meeting time and he was here when he said, he trimmed the trees, he cleaned up all debris and was finished very quickly. It was a good experience and my neighbor called to see who did my trees and I noticed he was here very soon to do my neighbor's trees.

I talked to Paul Hanson of Perfect Trees about taking down a old aging silver leaf maple tree. Paul and his crew came out the next morning and we agreed on a price to take down the tree, grind the stump and do some other light trimming. The crew got after it and had it down within a few hours. There was one small problem that I reported to Paul and he took care of it immediately. The crew took down the tree one day and the stump grinder came out the next day and ground up the stump. He did a great job too.

I got a great response from the owner. He gave me an estimate nd time that he could come out and look at the trees. I was impressed with the service, from start to finish. He and his wife gave us excellent suggestions for planting in the spring and well as additional trimming that couldbe done. He was very good, and I would use him again.

They were prompt with the bid, the owner came to my house about an hour after I called. The bid was about 20% cheaper than the other groups. The owner of the company was very accomodating and seemed to be very honest. The crew came out the day after the bid and they were also great. They listened to the feedback that I provided and were very thorough in the process and the thing I appreciated the most they made sure the jobsite was clean when they completed the assignment. They will be the group that I call in the future.

I called Perfect Trees in the morning and Paul arrived by 10:00 AM to estimate the cost for trimming five trees. The estimate was quite reasonable. I was very pleased when Paul told me his crew could perform the service the same day. Paul and his crew arrived shortly after that and trimmed the trees professionaly and throughly. I was very pleased with their work and plan to use this company again. The A rating this company has is well-deserved!

The bid process was pretty informal, but the price was much lower than the other bid we got. They actually came earlier the next morning than expectd and did the job in a very professional way. I could not be more pleased with the result. I have already recommended them to my friends.

Paul quoted the job on a Wednesday and the crew did the work on a Friday. Paul was knowledgeable and thorough and asked questions appropriately regarding the work that we wanted done. The process was excellent from start to finish. They arrived on time. The trees that were trimmed are very large well established old trees that are very valuable to the property. There were many limbs that were over the house that needed to come down. Abel and his crew were knowledgeable, communicative, and professional. I could tell that they had worked as a team for quite a while. I was very impressed with the care in which they completed the job. They were very diligent to be safe and did not damage anything at the house. This was difficult because of how many limbs that were over the house and if taken down the wrong way could have been a problem. When I asked how it was going, they were very precise with how much longer it would take to complete the job and were always able to keep me informed. I appreciated the professionalism that they displayed during the entire job. I will definitely use them again.

Paul gave me a very reasonable estimate (we had estimates from three companies) understanding that we only wanted to address the priority trees now that were threatening to damage our fence. He was on time, friendly and knowledgable. I contacted him within two days of his estimate to schedule a date for the work. I wanted the work done the day before our trash service to avoid having limbs in my front yard for more than 24 hours and Paul was very accomadating. On the scheduled date, he contacted me first thing in the morning to apologize that his crew was unfortunately behind on a job and asked if they could come out the next morning to complete the work on my trees. He was apologetic and professional. The next day his crew, led my Abel, showed up bright and early at 8:15 am. Abel discussed with me the work that was to be done to confirm he had the right trees, which he did. The whole job was completed within an hour and half. The limbs were stacked for the city to haul. Perfect Trees did exactly what I contracted them to do. The trees look great, no limbs are threatening to fall and destroy my fence any longer. The crew was efficient and tidy. I am very happy with the work that was performed and the interaction with Paul and Abel was very pleasant and professional. Paul contacted me shortly after the crew left to ensure that I was happy with the work. I gave a B in punctuality because of the reschedule, but Paul handled it very professionally and as I stated they were at my house on time the next morning and everything went very well! I will hire Perfect Trees again in the future. Working with Paul and Perfect Trees was an overall pleasant experience.

Called Paul on a Friday afternoon to get a quote. As it wasn't an emergency, and his days had been starting at 5 am due to the Texas heat, he asked whether I required the quote right away or if Monday was soon enough. I told him Monday was fine as I had several other quotes coming in the first of the week. He had high rating on Angies and was by far the least expensive of the quotes received, even before the Angies 20% off coupon. He came Wednesday to trim the trees while I was at work and didn't require payment until after I had a chance to come home and look at them. After work, I saw them. They looked great and I left a check for him to pick up on Thursday. He was very gracious for the work and continuously made sure that the work was done up to my expectations. I will be using them on a regular basis going forward.

Excellent job done. 4 man crew removed both trees limb by limb and then the trunk down to the ground. Very professional and fast. Work done in about 3 hours. Clean up done very well. Stumps were ground the next day. Excellent job by everyone.

Overall, I was very happy with this company. There prices were very reasonable. The crew was very professional and knowledgeable. They were on time to the job and very easy to work with. I would recommend this company to anyone.

We have now used this company twice. The owner is personable and responsive. Their prices were BY FAR the best out of 2 other quotes. The services was also exceptional.

I got 3 bids from 3 companies. Since I am new to the area I wanted to make sure I could get the scope of work done in my budget and that it was ok to prune the Mulberry trees during this time. All 3 confirmed that it was ok and gave me their bottom line estimate. Here's the rundown: Lumberjack Tree Service: $685 w/ Angie's List discount - very professional - after emailing them the winning bid they dropped their price to the $500 to match and try and win my business. Out of respect I could not offer them the job because their first proposal was the only one I was taking. Trees by Dan: $825 - Dan was extremely professional and knowledgeable Perfect Trees: $500 w/ Angie's List discount Paul from Perfect Trees was professional, on the job site, and his guys worked incredibly fast. All three trees were done in 4 hours and they completely picked up my yard. I often don't pick the lowest bid because I want to make sure I get great service for the price I am paying. However, not only do you get a great bottom line price from Perfect Trees, you get incredible service also. I would highly recommend them to anyone in my neighborhood.

My initial contact with Paul was good. He was professional and friendly on the phone and quickly estimated the cost. I wanted the service done on a specific day so that my city's large trash pickup would get the brush the next day. Per Paul's request I sent him a follow up email with the date and location. I saw the work was not done on 06.20.11 and called Paul. He quickly returned my call and explained a mixup in scheduling. After an email and two more calls, Paul made an offer to make up for the previous scheduling hassle. I asked for a specific day so I could go ask my neighbors to park their cars on the street for a second time. I sent Paul a followup email on the date I expected service and he quickly called back saying he had me down for the next day. We exchanged a couple more emails and Paul backed out of his commitment and I am off looking for a new tree service. Paul was prompt and professional in his communications but his organization and scheduling are not up to par. This hassle has cost me two weeks of time.
