Description of Work: We had a broken limb removed, another branch trimmed and 2 other trees were also trimmed.

Description of Work: Trimmed 3 BIG chinese pistachio trees and two sweet gum and youpon trees to city specifications and aesthetics.

Description of Work: My 2 neighbors and I each needed tree trimming work done. Paul accomodated the request for a Saturday meeting to enusre everyone would be home. Paul looked at the work and provided details on what needed to be done for my 2 trees, my 1st neighbor's 2 trees and 2 large bush like trees, and the 2nd neighbor's 3 crape myrtles. He quoted a very fair price: mine $350, 1st neighbor $300, and 2nd neighbor $175 to trim and haul away the trimming debri. We had a few other quotes, but felt Paul provided more detail on the work to be done. The work was scheduled for 9/12, but Paul called the morning of 9/10 stating another job had to be moved and wanted to know it the 9/10 would work. Paul and his crew showed up at the time stated and reviewed all work to be done for each house. The crew was very friendly, accommodating, and did a great job for all of us to do exactly what we wanted done. Paul followed up to make sure we were happy with the service. Overall, very good customer service done in a very profesisonal maner. We would not hestiate to use or recommend him to anyone else needing this type of work done.

Description of Work: Had 2 large live oak trees trimmed back and thinned out. Haul the debris away.

Description of Work: Had a large tree in the backyard removed. Trimmed trees along the house so they were not touching the roof and creating problems. Trimmed a large live oak in the front corner of the yard to meet city requirements.

Description of Work: We had a Bradford pear that split during a storm. My family cleaned up the part that split and then contacted Perfect Trees to take down the rest of the tree, grind the stump, and trim a holly tree. Paul's estimate came in at more than others, so I called him to confirm what the estimate entailed. After he explained, I let him know that we would not be going with his company due to cost. He asked me for a second chance to come out and re-estimate to be competitive. He sounded really motivated, so I said ok. He was able to match the price of his competitors and was able to schedule the work immediately. The tree came down quickly and the branches and debris was hauled away. You could not even tell the holly tree had been trimmed after they were "finished". The crew did go back and correct that appropriately. It was the stump that gave him trouble. He said our sprinkler system made it difficult and that he needed to reschedule with a larger crew. This was a disappointment since we had discussed the sprinkler system when I hired him. They were not able to reschedule for another week. I suspect that it was really a scheduling problem. The day they were to come it was absolutely pouring and he called and asked if it was ok it they went ahead even thought their machines might tear up my yard in the rain. I asked him to wait and he did come out and finish a day or two later. I had asked him to remove the pile of shavings from the yard (leaving it level). He said he would although he argued that the company who would resod would love to have that "mulch". The pile was not removed. Flash forward a few months, since the stump had not been ground adequately or treated, I had runners sprouting up everywhere in my yard. I ended up hiring another company to dig up the stump again, regrind it, and treat it. By the way, the company who resodded my lawn said no one would use those shavings to mix in with the soil. They hauled it away for me.

Description of Work: I had two stumps ground, an entire fenceline that was overgrown with vines and bushes cleared out, three relatively small trees prumed and beautifully trimmed, shrubs trimmed to a manageable height, a large, tall bush removed, and the area cleared with the cuttings put on the curb for pickup. Paul came promptly to provide an estimate. He came to do the work when he said he would and performed the job completely as agreed upon. Paul will definitely get recalled in the future for tree maintenance. Well done!
