Perfect Trees Tree Service

Paul came out and gave us a quote, one or two other companies did the same. We really liked Paul. What he said in his quote and what he said about his team was delivered. They were punctual, they performed the job they said they would do. As they were pruning they cleaned as they went along and left nothing behind. When I went outside I was not happy because I noticed some tree roots were left from the Yopan tree that had been removed. I called Paul back about this and he sent someone back the next day to completely remove the tree roots to my satisfaction.

My daughter had a tree leaning into a creek on her property and posing a threat to a nearby bridge. I contacted Paul at Perfect Trees and asked him to swing by and take a look at it. After looking at it, Paul quoted me a price over the phone to take it down. It seemed like a fair price so I gave him the okay to proceed and his crew came out in the next day or so and took down the tree. The tree was in a somewhat precarious location so it made it more difficult for the crew but they got it done. My daughter wanted the wood for firewood so the crew cut it up in small pieces for her and left it onsite. She was most pleased with the work as well as I.

Reached out to the owner Paul based on Angie's List recommendations. Paul got right out to the house and had an estimate ready for me soon after. They did a great job!! Paul stayed in contact to make sure everything was as expected. Highly recommend and definitely use Paul's service again!!!

Paul was prompt, friendly and professional and the price quoted was competitive. We did not use this company this time and went with someone that does smaller jobs that better fit the project but we would recommend them and look to use them in the future.

We were looking for a tree removal service that had A ratings on Angie's List. I emailed Paul through his website and booked an appointment on 2/20 for 2/22. He came out and brought his insurance information, we didn't even have to ask. That was a major plus for me. He was able to schedule the removal for the next day. We wanted to pay cash and he knocked off the MC service fee and was wiling to negotiate. We needed a 65' red oak tree removed because it was too close to the house and we also needed a 30' elm removed. The guys were about 45 minutes late due to the wait at the store to get oil for the chain saws. They did a great job, were very professional. The only break they took was to haul the debris to the dump before it closed. They came back the next Monday to finish the job by grinding the stump. They hauled off as much mulch as they could [there was quite a lot from the 65' tree alone] and spread out the remainder. I highly recommend them!

Crew got started the day as promised and knocked it out in no time. They tackled a large Live Oak which needed some attention for many years now. They did a great job. The front of the house looks great as they trimmed and squared all the shrubs as well. They also cleaned up the Crape Myrtle and a smaller Red Oak in the back. All trimmings were cleaned up and hauled off. Paul got back with me to make sure everything was as expected. I've already recomended his services to friends who are looking for tree services. Great company to work with!

Their website is very easy to use to schedule an appointment for a quote and Paul followed up with email and phone confirmation. He was on time and worked with me to a**** my needs. He quoted me a very reasonable price and his crew was able to come by the same day to complete the work. The crew did an EXCELLENT job with the tree and in cleaning up afterward. They were able to fix mistakes made that I made when I tried to do it myself a couple of times. I have the best looking Oak tree in the neighborhood now! I HIGHLY recommend these guys. I will add this to the list of things it isn't worth to do myself anymore.

all services went well. Came out the 1st time and performed the trimming of the 2 oak trees and removed a very large limb that was ready to break off. In addition, they trimed 2 crepe myrtles(nice job on those). They did, however, forget to trim the other 2 crepe myrtles(communication issue). After I called they came out within 2 day and finished the job properly. Everything looks great and after their cleanup you could not even tell that they were there. Very nice. I was very happy with the results for the price.

I needed the trees on the front of my house trimmed so that I can have the trim painted. Paul came by the house on Monday while I was at work to look at the trees and he called me with the estimate. When I asked him how I should pay him, he said I could pay him afterward if I was satisfied with the work. He said he thought he could have the work done by Thursday, but when I came home from work on Tuesday, the work was already done, and they did a great job! He called on Wednesday to follow up and he said I could leave him a check under the mat. If you had an A+ rating, I would give them that. Very professional, polite, punctual, and they did a great job. I will definitely use them again to trim my large oak tree in the back yard. I will defintely recommend them to my friends and neighbors!

The job was done promptly and professionally. Douglas , the foreman, even noticed a leak from our sprinkler system,called it to our attention and offered to turn off the system for us. We are very happy with their work, and felt that the price for 2 red oaks, a maple, and assorted smaller trees was very reasonable.

Perfect Trees Co. arrived on time. Performed all tree services as we requested. Knew his business. Was pleasant to deal with. Hauled off all branches, etc. Completed everything in a professional way. Cost of service was fair for a job well done. Now our trees look great. We will use perfect trees again.

I got an estimate about a week prior to scheduling the service. The estimate included many items I opted not to schedule, but it was nice to have the information to choose from. The day of the scheduled service, the guys were quite a few hours late, but it was just after the Christmas snow-storm, so I know they were busy and the roads were bad, so it wasn't a problem. They arrived and completed the job with minimal noise and hassle. The trees look fabulous, and they cleaned up all the brush and mess and hauled it away. Very pleased with the service and their professionalism. The head of the work team clarified all procedures before he started, and brought me out if there were any questions or decisions necessary. Great communication the whole time.

Our front yard was becoming very over grown with our 20'+ Live Oaks branches coming within 3-4' of reaching the ground, two crape myrtles in need or cropping, and two very large bushes near our front porch. After calling Perfect Trees, they provided a very quick estimate for us within (1) business day to remove the two bushes (we chose not to grind the stumps due to their proximity to our house), completely trim and live oaks, and crop the crape myrtles. Pricing was reasonable, so we agreed to the work on the spot. The crew was able to come out 2 days later and all work was done quickly. The did an excellent job, including cleanup. Simple put, I will be using them again for future work.

They provided a quote very quickly, were able to schedule the work within a couple of days, and did a good thorough job of trimming and cleanup. They also removed all the brush as part of their service. I'm quite pleased with their work, and would hire them again.

Paul and his team were prompt, courteous, and knowledgable. The first crew came and did the removals, and the stump grinder team arrived about 10 minutes after completion of the tree removals. The teams delivered exactly as promised, and cleaned up beautifully when done. I was very pleased with the work, and definitely recommend this company.

Excellent service! Imet with Paul from Perfect Trees. He is prompt and arrived on time. I explained to him that I wanted to remove trees limbs that were growing over the roof. He listened carefully and kept my budget in mind. He was very detailed in explaining what his team will do to ensure that all my needs were met. Originally we had planned for the work to be done the following day, but his team was able to come out the same day and take care of pruning and trimming the tree branches as well as clean the gutter. His team was quick and removed all debris from the property. I would definitely work with Paul and his team again!

Paul handled my tree service request with excellent customer service. Initial contact was only through text (Sunday late evening) which I find efficient, and the actual work was scheduled for Tuesday (moved from 11 AM to 3:30 PM after a follow up call). The actual work was performed by a 3-man team, led by a 4th person, Douglas. Paul (5th person) was also there at the start of the job to make sure that we were on the same page prior to the start of the actual job. There was a high degree of focus on customer satisfaction not only from Paul and Douglas, but from the crew themselves, who performed the job without supervision. There was constant follow up as far as progess of the work and if it was in accordance with expectations at the beginning, while the work was in progress, and at the end. Douglas was there to wrap up the work and perform finishing touches. Great customer service, excellent quality of work. Our next door neighbor was definitely impressed. We had two very overgrown trees in the front yard and one big tree in the backyard. Paul came right out to give me an estimate on trimming and he included an estimate for trimming the bushes in front of our house as well. He said his crew would be out on Tuesday and they came out first thing in the morning. Our trees look AMAZING! I liked that they kept confirming what needed trimmed and how I wanted it to look. They checked with Paul, he checked with me, and only then did they cut. I am so pleased with their work, everything looks so wonderful. All trimmings were picked up and it is just as I asked. I will definitely use them again and tell my friends about this great company.

The work was fantastic. They came in and had the tree down in about a half hour. They left after cleaning up afterwards. They chopped up the tree and carried it away.
