Perfect Trees Tree Service

First, Paul arrived for the estimate at the time he said he would. He gave me great advice and also gave me a good discount for being an Angie's List member. He had the crew out to do the work in just a couple of days. The leader of the work crew had me come out and inspect what they had done before they packed up, which I am glad because I wanted a few extra limbs cut off. They cut every limb which I requested. The brought a chipper and left my yard clean. In all, the work was high quality, done quickly, and at a very good price. I highly recommend Perfect Trees.

I was very impressed with how well this went. The trees were very large and situated between two homes. They spread over power lines, a pool and a fence. The crew managed to take both trees down with out damaging anything. The crew was very professional and cleaned up every day before they left the property. I was very concerned over being able to do this with out damaging one of the homes and was very pleased with how this was handled.

Called on Monday, got an estimate on Tuesday, work completed on Friday. Truly professional. They did not leave until I inspected each of the tasks and signed off. As far as clean-up was concerned, I think I found one little trig in almost 2 acres of work area.

Arrived on time. Removed the fallen tree and stacked the branches and cut up stump on the curb for the City to pick up on bulk trash day. Cleaned up the work area. Great job

I have used Paul (The owner/operator) on 4 homes over 15 years. He is always on time and I don't remember him ever being in a foul mood. Paul took the time to walk the property himself and got a game plan together. We were moving and money was/is tight so he formulated a "now" list and a "later" list which i love. The "now" list covered the work done above. The "later" list included shaping a few feature trees and getting rid of some junk plants we have growing around the pool. The work is top notch, he is reasonable, and they left my yard cleaner than it was before they came. When my new neighbors saw the work being done Paul picked up a few jobs and I got to meet the neighbors because Paul did the intros. Kinda funny. B. Murphy Prestonwood

Paul came by to give an estimate Tuesday, and the work was done on Thursday, as promised. I wish all maintenance was this hassle free. Paul was very polite and professional.

Based on reviews from Angie's list and people in my area, I called up Perfect Trees on Aug. 29th and talked to the owner, Mr. Hanson. He was very cordial on the phone and seemed motivated to provide me an estimate to trim a large tree in my backyard. He indicated that he could meet me at the house at 1 PM the following day after I texted him my address, or if he was done with his job early, he would try to swing by my house and leave an estimate in my mailbox. I texted him my address right after we hung up and he responded that he would meet me the following day. Mr. Hanson never showed up to my house, there was not an estimate in my mailbox, and he did not call to indicate that he needed to reschedule. As a result, I am searching for a new tree trimming service provider.

Contacted Paul Hanson and he was at our home providing an estimate within one business day. He followed up the next day confirming our appointment and sent a written estimate & company insurance via email. His crew trimmed the dead limbs out, off the house, raised the canopy above the 15' over the street as required by the city and removed a large branch growing into an ornamental tree by the house. It was amazing to watch those gentlemen climb all over that live oak with the greatest of ease (they did use harnesses & equipment tethers for safety). I wanted the tree to retain a natural, not sculpted look. So was relieved when my neighbor dropped by to take a look. Live Oaks are a hobby of his but he was impressed by the job done by the Perfect Trees crew. We are as well. The tree looks so much lighter and healthier. The crew was only here a couple of hours. They also cleared any cut branches from the roof & ground - chipped - hauled away. Paul called as the crew was finishing up to check if we were satisfied with the work done. I recommend Perfect Trees Tree Service for any tree pruning needed.

They did a great job. The crepe myrtle is finally gone!!! No more flowers in the pool. For the pecan tree trimming - this is the first time we used someone other than our lawn guy to trim the tree. Now I understand what a professionally trimmed tree should look like - beautiful job! We'd use them again.

GREAT!! Fast to respond to an estimate of the job. Came when they said they would. Got the job done and did a great job with the clean-up!! My trees looked better than I thought they ever could! And, no "hidden" or additional charges. The price he estimated the job to be was the price he charged. Very pleased and would definitely hire this company again!!

They did a great job: Raised the crown 14' over street. Roof clearance 4 feet from home and neighbor's home. Removed suckers , 1.5" and smaller, and downward growing branches. Chipped and hauled away. used alcohol to clean equipment to prevent spread of fungus.

I asked for bids from several vendors. Paul's bid fell somewhere in the middle of all the bids. But, he was informative as to all my options and he went out of his way to get my business. What impressed me the most was that he sent me his proof of insurance of his on volition. Because of that, I asked another vendor (with a lower bid) for his proof of insurance. I'm still waiting on that. Also, we did this job remotely as I'm currently out of state and both of us had to trust each other to use email, phones and UPS to make this transaction work. Paul was willing to do the work and trust me for payment from a distance. Of course, I did everything I could to get his money to him in a timely manner. I wasn't there to see the work, but I received reports from my neighbors and they were raving about the thorough and professional job that his crew did. The tree was old and living on borrowed time. So, Paul and his crew saved me from a potential disaster. I will definitely use his service again in the future as I have some more older trees in my backyard that will eventually need to be removed.

Mr. Henson worked on my trees and they did other minor jobs that recalled a package and referred to AngiesList in regards to the "package". The job was fairly uneventful. I had to point out a few things but nothing major. They said once they were finished with a tree they would not go back into that tree. It would've been helpful before they got out of the tree to inform me so that I could've told them that I was happy with what was done or I wanted changes. There were several things that Mr. Henson said would be included in the package that were not done. I was picking up some branches that were left behind and I had noticed that a marble bench had been broken. I also had a spotlight in the tree that had fallen and shattered the metal housing of the light. I told Mr. Henson about these incidents and he became upset and said that his workers would've said something to him if something had been broken. In his words he said that they "could not" have done it. Mr. Henson was relying on information from his employees whose livelihood depended on Mr. Henson and therefore they did not want to say anything negative to Mr. Henson, which was a poor source of information on any damage. The area was bound by a fence and a bridge so the only path out from removing the trees was to go over the marble bench. I talked extensively to him about his insurance before he got the job. He told me his insurance would cover anything that could possibly happen to my property. This is a small problem that could be very easily resolved. We discussed other work to be done in the yard and he knew that I was a potential repeat customer. We promptly paid $2,500 to Mr. Henson without hassle and never tried to negotiate on the price. It was not particularly a great price in our experience but we wanted to have a good job done. He specifically said that I was an extortionist and trying to bully him for money. We do not want any money from Mr. Henson. We attempted to be agreeable with him and we lent him our jumper cables and our car after he had left his A/C running in his truck draining the battery. It caused my husband and me to be late for appointments and he begrudenly lowered the bill by a few dollars. The damage was not easily seen and there was never a thorough walkthrough for the job. Mr. Henson's statement that the lady said that it looks good was not a based on a walk through of the property. The damage was not immediately apparent to anyone. The break in the marble could not be seen easily except from behind and it would not have been obvious to anybody.

I've used this Tree Service before, and they did an excellent job. I have many old, very tall trees in my yard. I hadn't had any work done in about four years, and noticed I had a few trees with many dead limbs. I called Paul who was very prompt in coming out and giving me as estimate for the ones I was concerned about. He also noted that one of my trees over the street was not within code limits. His crew came out a couple of days later and did most of the work. Their clean up was excellent, but when I got home I noticed that one of my gutter guards was slightly bent on the roof under one of trees that was pruned. Fresh sawdust was also on the shingles. When Paul called the next day I told him about it, and when I got home later that evening I could tell it had been fixed. I can easily see how something like that could happen, considering the height and location of my trees. I will certainly use Paul and his company again, and would recommend them.

Look no further for a tree expert. Paul did a beautiful job for $400 dollars below any other estimates. He also trimmed a large tree that was overhanging on our roof for free. He responded very quickly to my initial call and was very prompt with an estimate and was available to complete the job the next day. He also was very helpful with payment options. I will be recommending him to all my friends. He cut the trees within an 1 1/2" from ground (very good) and they cleaned the yard so well you could not even tell they had been there:)

Paul was prompt in arriving for the estimate and called to let us know when the crew would arrive. He and the crew leader had a conference call with us prior to their arrival to be sure everyone understood what was to be done. The team was professional and careful and worked with us to be sure we were satisfied. They did an outstanding job and their cleanup was superb. This is the second time Paul and his crew have come to maintain our trees and we couldn't be happier with their outstanding work ethic. For all they did, we consider the price reasonable. We will certainly use Perfect Trees regularly.

I am very very pleased. I let them know I wanted to save the wood, and they stacked the wood for me. They cleaned up beautifully. I was very pleased with Paul. He was very professional. I cannot recommend them more highly.

Paul is very easy to work with and his crew did a great job. When I came home after the job was done everything in the yard had been picked up, you would never have known they had been there. I had one issue with a single tree and they came back and fixed it in short order. I would definitely use them again.

Paul immediately answered my call. Within 24 hours he had come to my house to give me a quote. He called to make sure what I wanted and was very about what could be done. He provided me with the quote and his certificate of insurance. He worked with me on the price so that it fit my budget. I had expected them to be at my house on the 26th, but they showed up on the 25th. That was fine with me. When I got home that evening, I realized that they did not complete the job. I called and asked if they were coming back the next day. Paul said yes, but unfortunately they had some equipment issues and did not get to my house until Saturday. Overall I was very satisfied with the service and would recommend them to family and friends.

They were very good and they cleaned up after themselves.
