Everything went smoothly. I was satisfied with the experience.

$240 housecleaning and the master bathroom had lots of floor stains and tile around master bathroom toilet was not cleaned at all. Looked like they just did a quick runover with a fast mop

It went very well. The team was fast and very professional. Did exactly what we needed from them.

I was supposed to have 2 people for 3 hours. They did not stay for the full time and after they left, I could find areas that were not thoroughly done. True, I was offered the chance to review their work after it was "finished" but I am not a good over seer and was too chicken to say "don't leave." Plus, I gave each of them a tip. Areas not done sufficiently were dusting and the kitchen floor close to the cabinets.

i need to receive a credit for my purchase. After all the waiting time for them to come, they said they couldn't clean them because we had gutter guards. We've had our gutters cleaned before obviously and never had a problem.

Would definitely call them if I needed more window cleaning. Terrific job.

They arrived early. Explained the process. Got to work and were finished within 3 hours. They were professional and polite and got the job done.

I left a list of priority items to ensure we were on the same page in terms of our expectations. Returned home to find everything had been done (and our laundry had even been folded! :) ) They did a great job scrubbing our bathrooms and my husband even commented that it seemed like everything had a nice "sheen" to it. In short, it felt clean! My only less-than-positive feedback is that cleaners weren't available on Saturdays...only during the week and during the day when we couldn't be home. But everything was done, and done well. Thanks!

First time hiring a cleaning service. Two ladies worked for 3 hours and did an excellent job. I was getting a little concerned at first when they spent the first 1.5 hours just in my master bathroom and hadn't even started on any other rooms...but I was in shock/amazement when I saw the end product...I have never seen my bathroom sparkle like that and it was so gratifying! :) They quickly but thoroughly completed the spare bathrooms, vacuumed carpets, cleaned the kitchen (swept, mopped) and while one was packing up, the other even wiped down our leather couch last minute (which I requested when they arrived). They managed to get basically everything I wanted done in those 3 hours which was awesome...Would definitely hire again.

Two woman arrived promptly and were both polite and respectful. We have a large, two-story house. I asked them to start upstairs. I was surprised when they finished up stairs in about 30 minutes, considering there are 5 rooms and 2 bathrooms. They spent the other 3 1/2 hours downstairs on 5 rooms and 1 1/2 baths. This did include the kitchen and master bed/bath, so I would expect that to take more time. They did not bring their own vacuum cleaner, which surprised me, and instead asked to use mine. They did not follow my instructions on where to start downstairs and I had to repeat it several times. The cleaning they did was good and the house was clean, but at the end of 4 hours (the time we paid for) they left with 2 rooms left untouched. One was my office where I work from home and I would gladly have moved so they could clean in there, but instead of asking me, they just left when the 4 hours was up, leaving my dining room, office, and front hall untouched without giving me an option. I would hire them again, but would expect my complete house to be cleaned and my instructions to be followed.

I have been using them for about 2 years. If someone different comes out, they always gives me a warning and the manager comes out to make sure they do it right.

The crew was fantastic! The windows have never looked so good. They were on time, very courteous, and left no mess. I will certainly use them again.

Fine but need to change ad as promotion only includes screen wiping with a towel, not screen cleaning.

They did a great job, just had some problems with scheduling, I had a set time and they scheduled me earlier than my set time without giving me proper notice. Had a little trouble communicating with the workers, but they did a great job.

went well one of the workers seemed to be unaware of what was fully covered however the other worker was upbeat and made up for the other and corrected him as to the details of the work committed to.

Excellent- above and beyond my expectations

Within ten minutes of arriving they had broken an expensive piece of artwork. Did decent job of cleaning the house, but nothing outstanding. Called company about artwork and they said they could get another 6 hours for $99. Ha! What will they break next. The artwork costs more than $99.

Marcus and Victor were fantastic. I would hire them again. They were very detailed and made sure they didn't leave a smudge anywhere. I appreciated that they wore booties over their shoes when they worked inside!
