We've used this service many times and we like the ability to schedule online, the prices are fair for the work done and the crews are pleasant. The rating is based on early mixed results - the crew assigned to our account now consistently provides A work.

One of the workers stood on my couch and did not ask too. I felt they were unprofessional. I have used "Love My Clean House" in the past and didn't have any issues. I will not use in the future.

about 4-6 hours before the cleaners were due to arrive, i received an email that they were cancelling the job because they just discovered i was out of their service area. i purchased this job about three months ago and spoke with them on the phone, seems to me they could have told me then! i'm thoroughly disgusted. i'm not saying they're a bad cleaning service, because i don't know, but i would expect them to handle their business practices better.

This was just trouble to start.First off, I told her she didn't need to bring anything to the house, and I would provide all of the products and tools. There's four bedrooms, but just two of us now because my daughter moved out. So, basically the whole upstairs was not used at all so it's basically quite clean. So, the whole upstairs she just really needed to go over the dusting. I cleaned all four toilets myself and I told her that she didn't need to clean any toilets. There were two bathtubs upstairs and a jet tub in the master bath that we did not use, we haven't used. All she had to do was wipe it down from the dust. There were still things in it.I don't think she got to any of it. She said she did, but I question her own it. So, there was one smalls shower that he needed to clean. It took her less than 10 minute to clean the shower, I have a problem with that. I told her the one area she needed to concentrate on was the banister. We have carpet, and that was to be done. She seems to have done it. She said she did, but she forgot to dust the banister. I took my finger and went through four or five steps. There was just dust on my fingers. She looks at it and said:" Don't worry, I'm so sorry. I will do it again; I will do it all over again. I'll do it like I didn't do the first time.". The thing that she used and I questioned her to do the duster on the blind. I have wood blind, and what I preferred her to do was to use the dust cloth. I have a duster, but she used the duster and I don't know how that happened. I don't know how that happened. She made it very clearly to me more than one time, take she was not here for a deep cleaning, so no baseboards were not done. That kind of threw me. She said if you want baseboards you would have to pay extra because that's considered deep cleaning. I told her that I beg to differ I think the price would have been fair had she done what she was supposed to. I think she didn't know her place and why she was there because there were times that I checked in on her and she was on the floor. I don't know why. I saw her with her phone three times.

I purchased the $99 Angie’s List coupon for an exterior window cleaning. I called their office to schedule the appointment. The receptionist seemed completely incompetent during the entire conversation. I mentioned several times that I live in a three-story townhouse and wanted to make sure that the technicians would have a ladder tall enough to reach the third story. The receptionist assured me that they would be able to reach them without a problem. Sure enough, when they arrived, they said they indeed did not have a ladder tall enough to reach those windows. The technicians were profusely apologetic and very polite, but they were not able to complete the job. They advised me to contact their office for a partial refund. I emailed the office twice and only on the second email did I receive a response. And that response was a single line: “Please explain to Angie’s List.” No acknowledgement of the issue and no apology. Horrible service all around.

They arrived on time and cleaned window inside out very nicely. However, they refused to wipe the window sills and tracks, even though its clearly mentioned in their fine print! When I called their office and asked for the same, they told me that wiping sills and tracks is extra. What they can do at max is brushing out the debris from there. I agreed to their point, as there was no other way around. Nevertheless, the deal breaker for me was that one of my window was not cleaned from outside at all. The crew never talked to me about it. I realized the dirty window after they left as on that day it was too cloudy to notice. When I complained, they said that crew already informed me that its too dangerous to clean that one window from outside and they didn't offer me any alternative option even after requesting multiple times. I am not asking to put any of their crew members life in danger, but as a window cleaning professionals, they should have some better way to clean it off! I am really disappointed with the service and communication I received from them. I would not recommend them to anyone!

Service was pretty good and home was spotless once they left.

The two men did an excellent job, and were professional the entire time. They recognized windows with film on them and took special care to not damage the film.

Showed up at the wrong time, their scheduling is poor. Cleaning is good but staff is not professional.

It went very well. There were three people working together and they really made the house sparkle.

Made appointment for a few weeks after I had purchased promotion because I have guests coming to town; Cleaning company said they'd call me the day before to confirm with me. I ended up having to call them...and when I did confirm my 11 AM appointment, they said, 'oh, we have it slotted for 12 pm'. I knew I had to leave on the cleaning day at 3 pm, which is why I made the appt for 11 AM (+3 hrs equals 2 pm finish) which leaves me enough time to depart at 3. I suggested that if they arrive later and can only squeeze in 2 hours, then to send another person (3 persons) to make up for lost manpower hour. Gal said she'll check with boss and get back to me by end of the day (day before visit). Nobody got back to me, until next day a couple of hours before appt. Two cleaners arrived at almost 1 pm on day of appt (late), then around 1:45 pm, two other cleaners came. Overall, they seemed to do a rush job and were "finished" within hour and half (well short of amount of time paid for). Basically, I cannot say I'm pleased with their service--I wouldn't hire them again!! I was hoping that the house would be smelling really fresh and clean afterwards, which it doesn't. I really did expect more from a company that is listed on Angie's List. I have turned to Angie's List portal for service professionals before because I thought they are somewhat vetted...but now I'm not sure.

Used them once. Did an adequate job with the exception of putting a sopping wet mop on my hardwood floor in the hallway after mopping the bathroom floor. I caught it before wood was able to soak in too much water. One of the women was wearing a strong cologne/perfume which gave me a migraine headache. The next time I scheduled I requested that she not wear the fragrance.The owner told me he would not tell her not to do that. I never called them again.

They did a good job, came about 15 minutes late but got to work as soon as they came in. The house looked clean when they were done.
