Love My Clean House

It went great! Professional was on time, began work immediately and cleaned up the area after he finished.

They did a good job. They are particular about the end time. So if you want more done get more hours. For a 2700 sq feet with 2 people they couldn't finish vacuum for all bedrooms upstairs. I had booked 6 hours so 3 per person. But whatever they did a great job

The house keeper did a good job, it was to be 2 house keepers for 3 hours. Had only 1 show up, was on time, she worked for 5 1/2 hours, started to have her do some windows to make the whole 6 hours. It's usually a 6 hour job for 1 person. I would use Love My Clean House again, they bring their own cleaning supplies and vacuum. Did have her to use my own cleaning Orange Glow for my wood floors they looked great.

The team did a great job addressing the items on our list. The house had a nice, fresh smell to it when we arrived home. My only complaint is that they don't make appointments on Saturdays.

Went well, but they charged extra for french doors, even though our window count was beneath the limit of the promotion. And the clean up could have been a little bit better, but overall pretty good.

Showed up on time, did the job well. Would hire again.

The cleaning was good but the follow up after they cancelled on me was not good.

Gutters were cleaned... Will have to wait until it rains too see how effective. I don't plan to climb up there myself to see.

The were late but called to let me know they would be - quickly completed the task and I did not have to get on a ladder.

They cleaned inside and outside of every window and glass door. Removed the screens and replaced them.

Confusion on address. I specifically clarified that the cleaning was for a new home, and schedule coordinator verified correct address. On the day that the cleanout was scheduled, I called to verify when the crew would be arriving and after a series of phone calls over 90 minutes, the coordinator called to tell me they had finished the job at my previous address and didn't have time to complete my new home that day. This was disappointing, as there were storms predicted and our gutters were definitely clogged. They did return after the weekend and complete the job. It went fairly fast and the gutters now working much better.

Claudia worked hard and did a great job. My house was very clean and she was able to get a lot done during the 5 hours.

They turned down my request for the special deal since I had used them before. They said the offer was only for first time customers.

Timely and done properly. Locked my gate when done, as requested.

They usually show up late, sometimes as much as an hour. One time they were scheduled at 9, but she showed up at 8. For the deal I purchased, they were only here for about 2 1/2-3 hours because they finished the job early and I was satisfied with what they did. Today, they were supposed to send one person out at 8 am to continue the job from my purchase, It is now noon, and no one as shown up or called.

They did a very good job - everything cleaned - floors shiny.

Only one person showed up when should have been 2 for three hours each. The one employee was only here for 5 hours instead of 6 that offer entailed. Cleaning was average. My shower was still dirty and floors not cleaned very well. I wouldn't hire this company again.

We had them come for the first clean, and then scheduled a second cleaning on our own. We would use this provider again.

They did amazing work! I will definitely use them again in the future. Great process!

Excellent work. Have used several times.

Two ladies showed up for 6 hours of cleaning, They arrive 1 1/2 hours later than quoted, One lady spent most of the time on the phone speaking Spanish, They only had Master and master bath to clean and 3 rooms to vacuum they worked slow. Downstairs they rushed to make up time, Had to vacuum I room and mop the rest. Because of the fact that only one worked most of the time, I was really dissatisfied. Have used for over 4 years and the service keeps getting worse. They seem to have lost their better cleaners. Will not call again.

The morning that they were supposed to arrive at 11 a.m., they did not show up. At 11:30 I called them and said where are you? I really needed you to be here at 11. The girl I spoke with flippantly told me that they were not able to make it and they had moved my appointment two two days later. She said that they sent me an email about it, but that was not true, and it would not have done me any good anyway as I had to have the house cleaned that day. She was Unapologetic and did not try to make any accommodations. I would never recommend or higher this

Excellent, prompt and professional service. Will definitely use again and it's great to be able to see. Amazing!
