Love My Clean House

Person was unprofessional. Windows had streaks everywhere and charged me extra.

It went well. The coupon was for 4 hours of cleaning. Two persons did the cleaning in two hours and did as much as possible. It was not deep cleaning and the "2 persons x 2 hours" of time was not enough to clean the entire house. It went well and no complaints since the price was discounted by 20%.

They did a great job and I can tell the difference with the recent rain we have had.

I booked this service through Angie's List great deal. Love My Clean House immediately got back to me and we arranged a day for the gutter cleaning. The work was performed on exactly the time and date agreed on. They were extremely professional. My gutters needed a lot of help! There was a whole bag of debris taken from the gutter. I have been really grateful for the clean gutters since we have had so much rain in the last week.

The service was started on time and completed without incident.

The cleaning process went well. He was very pleasant and thorough. Carpets look great. We had a few fits and starts getting appointment scheduled. We cancelled once due to rain. They cancelled once because their equipment broke down. Then, he arrived 2 hours later than scheduled. HOWEVER, we were informed of the delay ahead of time and communication was prompt, polite and thorough. In other words, expectations were managed well. We would use them again.

The service was fine... definitely didn't knock my socks off, but it kept me from having to clean my own bathrooms, so... The cleaners they sent worked the full two hours - they weren't slouching - but when that time is up, whatever isn't done yet simply doesn't get done. They didn't change the sheets for me, even though I had clean ones sitting on the bed. I thought that was pretty unusual. I'd use them again, if only because I don't have time to clean my own house, but I can't give it a rave review.

No issues. Clean gutters on 2500sqft house. Would use them again.

The process was smooth and the only issue I had was they used plastic bags to collect the leaves which I had to open and transfer to a paper bag for the city to collect. I would use them again as it saved me from climbing the ladder.

It went well the guy did a good overall job, spent couple of hours on a two story 2000 sft house.

Service was fine. My problem with this company - and Angie's List - is that they advertised the v ery same service that I purchased as a "deal" for $120.00, for $99.00. one week later!!!! I had already purchased the "deal" and when I called Angie's List to complain - before Love My Clean House came out to clean the gutters - The A.L. representative told me that they would give me the new "deal" for $99.00. I asked if this would disrupt the scheduled service and was told no. One week later another Angie's List rep. emailed and told me that I did not qualify for the new "deal". Apparantly the rep had not turned in my complaint when I called, delaying for several days so that the service had already been performed - and (I love this part), they had no records of the phone call that I had made! So, for the sake of $20.00, Angie's List has lost a customer, and so has "Love My Clean House"!!!!! Vicky Bailey

They were OK and they did a good job. They didn't do the high gutters, they didn't have ladders to get up to the top of the front of the house. They only did the back gutters. The price was OK and they came right away.

We have lived in our house just a couple of years and were not having any problems with our gutters but decided to buy the deal and have them cleaned anyway. The company was very good communicating with me by sending an appointment confirmation, and reminder of the day and time. He arrived exactly on time and proceeded to clean the gutters, which just took about an hour. When finished he told us that our gutters were not very dirty, primarily because we do not have any big trees in the yard. He also said we wouldn't have to worry about having them cleaned for at least 5 years. We were very impressed with the company and will use them again in the future for other services.

They exemplified the type of service, professionalism and thoroughness that one always hopes for from a vendor. I am very happy to have found this company and will utilize them for other services as well in the future.

It was okay. I wouldn't use them again. I found someone else in my neighborhood.

They left my carpet very damp and wet. After 2 days of drying our carpet smells of mildew. We contact a major name carpet cleaning company who came out and cleaned the carpet removing the odor. I'm not sure why this company used so much water and not vacuumed it out of the carpet and padding. Lesson learned.

It started off on the wrong foot. Provider arrived close to 1/2 hour earlier than the scheduled time without any warning. Not everyone was awake and prepared for them and they kept constantly ringing the front door . Two ladies came. They cleaned the downstairs and were on their way out the door when I caught them to have my wife look at what they'd done. There were some minor issues with the work but overall they did a decent job. However, it would be professional to let the customer know you are complete and ensure they are satisfied with the job before walking out the door.

It was okay. We have some blinds in the house and they only cleaned outside because I didn't want them to remove the blinds. They did an okay job. I would use them again but maybe if I find another offer because their price is a little expensive. I would want to use a coupon. There were some windows that didn't look that well cleaned but it was just a couple of them.

Glad to see honesty in the workplace.

I Called the number listed here for 2 days and no answer- not even voicemail. I ended up calling Angie's customer service line and they were able to contact them for me. The question I had was if I could just ask them to do just 2 rooms for deep cleaning including baseboards. They came back saying that there would be an extra charge for baseboards- $35. I think that's ridiculous when I telling them I only wanted 2 rooms for the same price.

Two young ladies arrived on time, and worked non-stop for 2 hours to thoroughly clean the designated areas we discussed. We were very impressed with their work ethic, and when they were finished, the house looked great!

Used the deal for 3000 sq. feet of gutter cleaning. Had a bigger house, so paid an extra $80 as well. Did a nice job. Worked quickly, professional and gutters were cleaned. One note, they use a shepherd's crook tool to clean the gutters which can inflict some damage on the gutters if used too violently, so be sure to keep an eye out. However, no issues at our house with it, just a word to the wise.

The fellows that came out to clean my gutters did an awesome job! I used them last year too and was very pleased with the work. They are very professional, pleasant and get the job done. And they even clean up after themselves which is awesome! I will use this service again and I highly recommend them! Keep up the great work that you do!

They did a great job! Showed up on time, cleaned up well, and gave me feedback on my gutters. I would totally use these folks again!
