Description of Work: i bought an advertised coupon from them this spring for window cleaning. after contacting them for a date to clean windows, i was directed to a website to find an available date. There were none available for when I was going to be at home as they were booked well into the future. Unfortunately I was going to be out of the country for more than a month and a house sitter in my home. Frankly I forgot about it until now. I have never heard from them to question why I paid for an unused service. Guess I am out $100 and still have dirty windows!

Description of Work: I have never hired anyone to clean my windows before and Angie had this special on her website to have windows cleaned so as I was unable to get them clean, looked like there was a glazed look to them, i decided to have them come out and clean.Boy am I glad I did. My windows look new and my house has more light coming in. At one time I had my house powered washed and something was on my widows that I could not get off. I will never clean my windows again, I will be calling Clearview. The owner and his helper came, they were polite and very professional and it did not take them long.

Description of Work: I used them because I had a Groupon from them for $99.00 for window cleaning. I had two more windows (25 total) so they charged me for the additional windows. I actually didn't expect much due to the low cost (I have paid over $350 before from a different company) but I was very pleasantly surprised. They were neat, clean and professional and did an outstanding job. * date above is not accurate. I used them the spring of 2011 but this program wants a full date.

Description of Work: I purchased the Big Deal on Angie's List, because I had purchased one last year and was very satisfied. I tried to schedule Juan to come out to clean the windows in June, but he told me he is very busy, and I would have to schedule August, so I did. He sent me an email reminder on Wednesday, and I had made arrangements with the necessary people to be home on the scheduled appointment day since my scheduled time was 8:00a. Juan called Thursday (the day before the appointment) at 3:15p to say he was setting up his schedule for tomorrow, and realized I lived in Mansfield. I told him he had cleaned my windows last year, and my profile says where I live. To that he told me that there is only one coupon per household (I only bought one this year). I asked if he stipulated that on Angie's List, and he said he didn't have to.Obviously I cancelled the appointment, but this is really poor customer service, especially since I spoke with him in June and he was aware of my address.

Description of Work: Had an appointment for 2pm, by 2:15pm, no one here. Called Amalia, she apologized and said it was her error. I accepted that and we rescheduled for same day at 4:30pm. 5:00pm, no one here AGAIN, I called Amalia and she said the crew was 5 minutes away. 5:20pm, would you believe... no one here, no call, nothing! I cancelled. I wasted my entire afternoon which I had blocked off for this scheduled cleaning.

Description of Work: I purchased a special price package from Angie's List. I had 10 windows for $99. When I made the appointment, I specifically asked about what would happen if it was supposed to rain, and I was told they used special treatment to prevent spotting. When they arrived to do the windows, I asked about having that done, and he said they didn't schedule time for that and that it would cost more money. This was never mentioned to me when I set up the appointment. I would have gladly paid the upgrade fee to prevent the spotting, as I have a swimming pool in my backyard and the pools sweep splashes the windows at times. The service was not the friendliest. Also, when I have had windows done in the past, the bases of the window were always cleaned as part of the service. They were not cleaned. The gutters were cleaned satisfactorily.
