Overall they did a good job. A couple of the cabinets still had dust on the top of them, but overall was good.

I had a few problems with the cleaning but contacted one of the owners Jonathan. I have been using this service since 10/13/2015. The past few cleanings have been inadequate. I keep my home picked up and they usually only have one bed to change but I have a 3 bedroom 2 bath home. The last visit the cleaning ladies were supposed to be here for 2 hours which is a total of 4 hours for the pair of workers. They left after little over an hour and did a horrible job, so as always when I had a problem I emailed the company. They sent the same crew out the next morning to re-clean. Lupina and her Mother were not happy to be here and she said she couldn't finish cause she forgot her vacuum the second time and on June 30 2016 tore the cord out of my vacuum so I called Jonathan and he promised to replace my vacuum. Today I emailed the company and asked when I would be receiving my vacuum. I received a call from the other owner at 8:45 PM on July 6, 2016 and Juan stated that he was not buying me a vacuum and proceed to be rude and bad mouth us. He is very rude and unprofessional. Please review all the other bad reviews on their Facebook account. Very disappointed.

I booked this 4 service for housecleaning for $80. I am disappointed with this service and to me, it wasn't a good value for money. I also feel a bit ripped off the way service was delivered. I booked 4 hour service assuming that I will get 4 hours of efficient labor. In past, 2-3 hours were always enough for my apartment including the tasks which this service provided claimed extra $$$. This time I wanted some deep cleaning and attention to detail and hence booked for 4 hours. And chose this deal over my previous company as they offered 50% discount on Angie's list site. This 50% is clearly a trap. In return what I got in that two ladies showed up. They arrived ahead of appointment time which is nice. The first lady was efficient and did most of the work. We liked her work to some extent. The first lady worked for about 1.5 hrs and the second lady was not at all efficient. She spent most of the time doing a little bit of dusting, standing / relaxing or watching the first one do the work and left after an hour. It was clear that the purpose of second lady was to just fill up and claim it as 4 hours of total labor. Even if I count the total time irrespective of efficiency, it was around 2.5 hrs. When asked about deep cleaning, without even attempting, we got the answer this is the best it could be. When asked about the patio (as lot of time left), they said its extra. And almost everything else they claimed as extra and whatever we asked / said, they single response was talk to our boss / this is extra. At the end, I ended up doing deep cleaning which took me an extra hour so yes, if they would have tried, they could have done the same. No professionalism and respect for customer the way they talked. The second lady couldn't even understand / speak english so every time we have to talk to the first lady in regards to the work being done by second one which was a bit of inconvenience. Finally, with this deal, you can save some personal work but you can't save time. To make sure that work is done properly, you have to stand with the crew and keep watching whole time. and at the end, do the final touch ups / deep cleaning yourself. If you do not want attention to detail and have a small place (like mine), this still deal may still work for you. I just wanted to share my experience. They were on time and got the job done in a timely way. They were also very careful around the landscaping. They picked up most of the gutter debris. If they had done a better job cleaning up, they would have gotten an "A" across the board. There was a lot of gravel from the shingles that should have been picked up.

They did a great job. Even with ten years of build-up the windows are spotless.

There was a scheduling snafu, but it was addressed satisfactorily. Carpets had many bad pet stains. They pre-treated but I wish they had used something more effective. Also, my expectation was that not all stains would come out but carpet would--for awhile-- look somewhat better and smell better. Alas, the latter hope was in vain. Not really their fault, but again, could they have used a more powerful and/or more fragrant product or deoderizer? After less than a week, some stains are re-appearing (coming up from the padding, I know). I expected that would happen, just not so soon. The whole experience was a little disappointing, but I do think this is a good company and would probably try them again.

When I bought the house and got on a ladder it looked like the gutters had not been cleaned in years (plants were starting to grow in the build-up). After they came the gutters were spotless!

They did a great job. The ladies were very nice. I would definitely use them again.

There were 2 people who arrived to clean the house. The ad stated 4 hours of housecleaning services for $80. I wasn't aware until they arrived that it would actually be 2 hours since there were 2 people (4 LABOR hours), so buyer just be aware of that in the small print. Aside from that, they were both professional. They came in, began work immediately, and stayed busy the entire time. I don't have a big house, so since there was a little bit of extra time, they spent that doing a few baseboards, which usually costs extra. Thanks for a job well-done!

The window cleaning was good. The house cleaning was not so stellar. That was the first time I used them and I just ordered a bunch of stuff all at the same time because I was selling my house. What stood out the most was that I don't think my windows have ever been that clean. There were a number of things I had to finish up myself. I think it was probably in the neighborhood of $400 or $500.

I had to cancel on a prepaid appointment and the owner was very gracious about it. Will use them in the future.

Everything was great...they notified me of a 2 hour delay due to rain and then showed up as promised and did a great job. One item I did learn from prior reviews is that they use heavy plastic bags for the debris and they do not haul it away. I live in Plano and they will not pick up plastic bags of waste, so I provided recyclable lawn bags that they used and everything was great.

Great service and will use them again!

Great experience for the second year. Fast, clean, on time. Will do business again next year.

Juan was on time with his assistant and did a good job. The company should provide bags accepted by the local cities. They provide plastic garbage bags and Plano will not pick them up. The last time we used them, we had to dump the leaves from the bags into the recycle bags, what a mess for us to clean up. This time, I provided the bags and provided the feedback for him to take back to the company.

The service was excellent. This is our second time using Love My Clean House to clean our gutters. The owner is very responsive and the workers are very friendly and efficient. I am satisfied with the service and have recommended this company to friends.

The gutters under trees definitely required some deep cleaning. They were quick and thorough. Left behind the waste in garbage bags where I asked them to leave it. One of the bags was very heavy and will need to go out on a bulk trash day. They did leave handprints on the siding in some areas but was nothing that did not wash directly off.

The ladies were punctual, polite, and did a great job. I was wary after reading some negative reviews— but found the service provided to be great in quality and value.
