Good work. They did clean all the gutters well.

They have very poor customer service. Lack of communication, they never answer their phone. After I was able to finally get them out to my house, they did a good job with my gutters.

It went great. The crew showed up on time and they were very professional and hard working. Five stars all the way!

They were 30 minutes late and did not call, but when I called in the agent informed me of where the provider is and when he would arrive. They were extremely clean. They wore booties over their feet and they had rubber covers over the ladder to protect the stucco on the house. They were very respectful and responsive to my requests. Inside the house they were also very clean and neat. They also were on the roof and I asked them if they could check out one of my dryer vents. He went above and beyond the call of duty and cleaned out the vent for me. This was not even what they were there, but they were more than willing to help me out in anyway possible. The coupon I purchased had expired, but they were willing to honor the pricing anyways! I would recommend them to anyone and will be using them again shortly.

Overall it went good. cons: They were a hour and half late and it was early evening when they arrived and had to come back the next day to finish. Also, one of my windows was tinted inside of the home for a glare and somehow it got a 8 in tear in the middle of window. When I asked about it, they said it was already like that.? Assured them it wasn't and they said sorry we can't do anything about it. In the end I had them remove the tint on the entire window because it was at the top of the stairs and looked horrible. pros- responsive in scheduling me and following up good price thru angies list workers were professional & responsive to any questions or concerns did a great job on all other windows

Great - The two-man crew arrived on time and cleaned windows quickly.

They arrived promptly, did the work, and asked me to inspect it before leaving. They did a good job.

They were very good until this last time and I was not happy with them. They just didn't do as good a job. They usually clean the outside and inside of the windows, but this time He asked "Well, do you want us to do the inside?" I thought with his attitude I didn't want him to see everything I've got in there anyway. I just said no and I won't use them again. Instead of coming in and just doing the whole thing, I don't know, it just wasn't like it was before. They just didn't do as good a job.

The crew seemed to work in slow motion and got very little done in the 4 hrs. (2 people for 2 hrs). And I had specifically told them NOT to clean the kitchen and focus on the bathrooms and other areas, but they cleaned the kitchen anyway, after I had just spent 3 hours cleaning it myself. And the instructions said to tell them what areas to clean, because 4 hours would not get my whole house cleaned. I called them to complain after they were done and they sent 2 people out to clean for another 30 minutes, and those 2 people got more done than the other 2 people did in 2 hours. So I know the first crew were just going slow in order to get me to pay for additional hours. All my 4 hour cleaning got me was my bedroom, bathroom, family room and my kitchen that was already spotlessly clean. I appreciate that when I called they sent another crew for 30 min., but I don't t like having to monitor and complain in order to get the service done correctly,

It was just ok. The lady & gentleman that showed up were very pleasant. I asked them to straighten up closets and pantries, which they did. When I came back that evening, there was still dirt and other things on the kitchen floor. It also didn't appear to be vacuumed in the living area or if it was, not very well. The bathrooms were clean and the laundry room looked good as well.

We had LMCH out for a house cleaning today. The 2 person crew was very efficient and did a thorough cleaning in about 2 hours. The appointment system used was very helpful with appointment confirmations sent by email. A good professional job! Highly recommended! We will have them back.

We had our windows and our upholstered furniture cleaned in the same day by Love My Clean House. The 2 person crew was punctual on arrival and efficient when they got to work. We are pleased with their service! This is second time we've had them out for windows and the 3rd time for upholstery over a couple of years. Highly recommended!

After 1 1/2 hr they said they r done for a 4 hr service. They didnt complete the whole work They didnt clean it properly, when asked they say we need to order detailed service !!

Professional was on time, went immediately to work and cleaned up. He was very personable. It was a wonderful customer experience. I highly recommend this company.

This is the 2nd time I've used Love my Clean House for window cleaning. They did an excellent job both times and will continue to use. Very easy to get an appointment also.

There was some communications difficulty just in confirming the details of my appointment this morning. As a matter of fact, he emailed me last night at 11:30pm asking again for my address. He was supposed to show up at 8am today, but I didn't get a call from him until 8:30 letting me know they weren't coming. He was actually kind of rude over the phone, also. He had tried to get me to reschedule before the weekend, but we needed it done Monday before our out-of-town guests arrive. If he truly couldn't have gotten it done, he should have let us know up front instead of agreeing to a Monday morning appointment.

My house is 3 bedroom 2 bath house 1700q ft. My housecleaning service has ben cleaning my house for the over 2 years for $75.00 per visit, the 2 person crew usually cleans the entire home My normal maids (2) clean my house in less than 2 hours for $75.00 I purchased the 4 hours of cleaning from Angie's list for $80.00. When the 2 maids arrived I advised them that 2 of the bedrooms did not need cleaning, however near the end of their 2 hour cleaning they advised it would cost an additional $23.00 to clean the 2 bathrooms. I paid $103.00 for your maid service and two of the 3 bedrooms were not cleaned. I do not plan to use this service again! Very disappointed!

It went well, the did a great job and I only wish I had scheduled them for my time.

She did a good job cleaning my house; however, she knocked over my necklace display in my closet and broke two (2) of my necklaces. She didn't pick them up or tell me that the display was on the floor. Additionally, I overpaid for the service. It took me two (2) emails, two (2) calls, and almost three (3) weeks before the owner would respond to my request for a refund. They are overpriced for the cost versus the square footage cleaned.
