Love My Clean House

Punctual, polite, professional excellent work by two very nice men.

I had a new roof put on by another business, and some of the scraps got into the gutters. They did a good job cleaning them out, were polite and courteous, and didn't leave anything behind.

They called and told me they couldn't do it until two weeks later. After two weeks, they told me the lady was sick and couldn't do it. They then told me that they couldn't even reschedule and that I could contact Angie's List to get my refund.

They did a thorough job cleaning the gutters and they did a great job cleaning up the mess.

The cleaners arrived late. In 3 hours they only cleaned master bedroom, guest room and floors in the living room. The rest of the house remained untouched. I would never hire this company again.

Was advertised as 2 house cleaners coming. 2 came and one left. 3800 sq ft house.

They cleaned all of them inside and out, including the screens. I have used them before and once again they did a fabulous job.

Love My Clean House did an excellent job. They arrived right on time, work hard the entire time they were here and the house looks and smells awesome. I will definitely hire them to clean again. I used the First time customer discount and the service was for 4 hours of cleaning: two people for 2 hours.

After they left my wife and I notice numerous places that were not clean or not cleaned properly.

The big deal covered all costs. They did everything that was mentioned in the deal and did a good job.

It turned out good. They don't require you to be home at the time of the service. They seem like they picked up everything. They were punctual, and did everything that was stated.

Work is fine, but, I paid $99 through Angie's List and received a receipt for $65.

I've used Love My Clean House in the past, and they did good work at a reasonable price. This year, the person taking my call kept putting me on hold to answer other calls. After the third time I asked him to finish his business with me before answering another call. He agreed and then promptly put me on hold again! That is not the way to treat your customers.

It went well. They wore covers inside. Took a bit longer than expected, and they insisted they do the outside first rather than vise versa. I wish they would have done the inside first, as they made me late for another engagement waiting for them inside. Also, I had less than 20 windows, but they charged me extra to clean the ceiling fan. I felt it wasn't fair, but I did not think it was worth the argument. Overall, they do a good job and the windows were crystal clear.

It went well. The crew arrived on time, worked diligently to complete their work in a timely fashion, and they cleaned up nicely after themselves.

Excellent service, a review of the work was provided with pricing provided up front and any issues found were clearly defined and explained before the work began. During the work one of the screens was found to have an issue and this was discussed to determine the best course of action. The windows were cleaned very well and the window screens look brand new now. I was very satisfied with the service and would use again.

After calling several times and receiving several different mixed messages, I finally resigned to the fact that they were never going to show up.

Went well except the way I read the offer was 20 windows inside and out. It turned out to be 20 windows in OR out.
