Description of Work: Cleaned windows, inside and out. Fans and other areas around house were dusted and cleaned using a very tall ladder! |Also, they installed sun screens on the front of our house. |Great product, excellent service. I've been using Kangaroo for over 10 years.

Description of Work: They washed my windows and cleaned my indoor fans. My husband and I cannot get on ladders at our age. I cannot say enough about the quality of work and how polite our worker was. He had been with the company many years . I will use them every year for my spring cleaning!!!

Description of Work: I used Kangaroo Contractors for some misc. items such as leak/drywall repair and tape cracks/painting/texturing. They did a great job and I've already called them this year to give me a bid on other misc. jobs. I went with them because I wanted the work to look original and I wasn't disappointed!

+ -1 moreTHE 2 WORKMEN SHOWED UP ON TIME AND WERE PROFESSIONAL AND POLITE. ONE CLEANED THE OUTSIDE WHILE THE OTHER TACKLED THE INSIDE. THEY GRACIOUSLY CHANGED THE LIGHT BULBS (THAT I SUPPLIED) IN THE HIGH ENTRYWAY CHANDELIER AFTER HE CLEANED IT. THIS IS A GOOD TIME TO REPLACE BULBS! THERE WERE A COUPLE WINDOWS THAT REMAINED FOGGY/DIRTY AND I BROUGHT IT TO THEIR ATTENTION. THEY SAID IT WAS BECAUSE OF MOISTURE BETWEEN THE TWO PANES. IT WOULD HAVE BEEN BETTER IF THEY TOLD ME THAT THEY TRIED TO CLEAN IT AND WHY IT REMAINED DIRTY LOOKING. ON THE WINDOW THAT LOOKED FOGGY, THERE WERE ALSO COBWEBS IN THE SCREEN THAT THEY MISSED. I'M SURE IT IS HARD TO TELL IN THE BLAZING SUN, BUT BE SURE AND INSPECT CLOSELY. I ALSO FOUND A THUMB OR FINGER HOLE FROM A WORKER ON ONE OF THE SCREENS, AND THEY DID NOT BRING THIS ''ACCIDENT'' TO MY ATTENTION. SO INSPECT CLOSELY WHEN THEY ARE THROUGH. I WOULD HIRE THEM AGAIN ALTHOUGH I WOULD BE MORE OBSERVANT DURING THE SERVICE AND INSPECTION.
Description of Work: KANGAROO CLEANED THE INSIDE AND OUTSIDE WINDOWS, SCREENS, AND TRACKS ON MY 2-STORY HOME. THEY ALSO CLEANED THE INSIDE ENTRYWAY LIGHT.

WHEN REQUESTED FOR ADDITIONAL WORK, PROMPTLY REPLIED WITH AN ALTERNATE CONTACT WHO COULD DO THE WORK FOR ME (I DID NOT CALL THE CONTACT). THE QUOTE WAS A WEEK LATE IN ARRIVING AND DOUBLE THAT OF THE COMPETITION. I SUSPECT THE WORK WOULD HAVE BEEN GOOD GIVEN THE PROFESSIONALISM DISPLAYED ALREADY. COST WAS THE REASON I CHOSE TO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY.
