They are nice guys, they were straightforward, and it was a wonderful experience. I have been to their showroom several times and the people are always very cooperative.

They did a good job. The workers were fine. I would recommend them.

We had extensive water damage to our home resulting in having to redo the wood floors on the first floor of our home. The wood floor was removed prior to installation to allow the floors and walls to dry so we do not have experience with Dungan's in that regard. Our initial visit to Dungan's was late on a Saturday afternoon. Though we got there within a few minutes of closing, the sales associate was helpful and we did not feel rushed. We set up a time for them to come to our house to do a measurement (which they do free of charge). We returned to Dungan's to go over wood and carpet selections. We were unable to make a selection during that trip due to the vast amount of choices! But, Linnie did arm us with some rough estimates so we knew what to expect when we got our insurance check. On our final trip to Dungan's, we ordered our wood and carpet. Linnie was very helpful with suggestions to keep us within budget. We ended up coming in thousands of dollars under budget. Mario arrived on the specified date of installation at the specified time. He was courteous and efficient. He completed the work in a day and a half (half the time allowed for the installation). The carpet crew showed up on time and on the specified date. They removed the carpet and put in the new carpet quickly. It took less than half a day. The only complaint was there was nobody on the team who initially came who spoke English. My husband and I do not speak Spanish. It was about 30 minutes before someone showed up who could speak English and we were able to explain what we wanted done. All in all, we were happy and would use Dungan's for any future flooring needs. The wood we chose was an Engineered Bamboo and the carpet was a nylon. We love how it looks and the installation has been sound so far. They also give a 2 year warranty on their work.

We had a pipe leak and had flood damage. The clean up was very well handled. This is the first time I am using them.

He showed up as said. Everything went good with them. The price was high.

At the store, Judy and Linnie spent time with me helping me to choose fabric, lining, and hardware. They gave me some good advice on design features and fabric choices, of which they have a vast display collection. The man who came out to do the measuring was very prompt and professional. The fabrication of the drapes took about 6 weeks, which is typical. The same man who took the measurements did the installation. He was very meticulous and detail oriented and obviously knew his stuff. He spent time getting the pleats just right. The drapes are gorgeous, well made, and I expect to use Dungan's for all my future window treatment needs.

They were very helpful in providing suggestions regarding carpet quality. We were looking for a very unusual shade and they were able to find it for us and get us a large enough sample that we could be sure it was what we wanted. The installation was fast and efficient and they cleaned and vacuumed afterwards.

I shopped around before I went to Dungan's. I purchased a house full of carpet from them years ago and they were outstanding then. They still have an excellent reputation in the metroplex. They deserve it....nothing has changed. They are still doing an outstanding job. Pricing was very competitive, but more importantly they helped me work within my budget and still get just the right tile that looks expensive and fits the look of my house. Their work crew was excellent. They were extra careful to lay the floor to fit my space. Everyone there was trustworthy and the job was finished perfection. I dreaded this job since they had to tear out the old tile, but Linnie prepared me so I knew exactly how to prepare for the work. They were easy to work with and they addressed any concern that came up. The floor was so level and precise, it looks like a new house.

They came and did an estimate at our new home. They did arrive on time to do the estimate and were very professional, kind and courteous. They gave me a bid that same day and we are planning on using them to do the work.

They did an outstanding report. They arrived on time and did quality work. The final bid was exactly what they said it would be. And the price including and 8lb carpet pad installation, hauling away the old carpet and moving away furniture for no extra cost.

They were very helpful in choosing the right carpet. They were patient while we selected the color. One of the workers scratched a piece of our furniture, and they promptly sent someone to fix it.
