After living in the same house for 10 years our flooring was starting to show quite a bit of wear and looked a little dated. We scheduled a consultation with Dungans in August of 2015 for them to measure and make a recommendation. They came out, measured the house and took the time with my wife to see exactly what she was trying to accomplish with the home. The next week we went to their showroom where Linnie spent a couple of hours with us designing our new floors. We gave her a budget of $25,000 for the entire house and she showed us 3 options for our budget and our likes. One came in a few thousand below budget, one almost right at budget, and the package we went with that had almost everything my wife wanted. We scheduled them to do the service when we were going to be out of the house for a week so we didn't have to be bothered with the construction. We felt confident with that decision after we met their installer and spoke with him. Apparently he has been working exclusively for Dungans for over 10 years. We still told our neighbor to keep an eye on things as he used to build homes for a living. While we were gone the house was completed and the work was done perfect. Almost a year later, we are so happy that we decided to go with the upgraded carpet in our master suite as it makes the room look and feel way more cozy. Jaymi and I are planning on remodeling the Master bathroom, Kitchen Counters & backslash. and the boys counters and tile surround in the shower this year. We are looking forward to working with them again and having our home completely finished in the coming months. Thank you Tony, Linnie, & team, we absolutely love our house again.

We called Dungan's with a model number of a floor to match current flooring in another area of our home. They called me back with a estimated price within 10 minutes. It was a better price than I found anywhere else. I set up an appointment for a measure and Tony came out as scheduled. We had already taken out carpet and just had bare concrete floors.Tony did a quick measurement and sent me a quote a few hours later. We ordered the flooring and it was installed 3 weeks later. Others stores told me it would be 2 months to get wood and then install it. We were amazed at how quickly it could be done. The installers showed up on the agreed date and took only 2 hours to install the floors. We had taken off the baseboards to paint the room ahead of time, but never got it painted so I don't have baseboards yet, since we plan to do them, but the floor looks AMAZING! We are so impressed with Tony and the installers and the staff at Dungan's. They will be our go to people for flooring for our future needs, and all this was done over the phone and at our home. We've never even been to the store. LOL

We were doing a kitchen update and decided to replace our ugly vinyl tile with hardwood floors. Dungan's was absolutely fantastic throughout the whole process. They let us check out samples of their hardwood offerings so we could take them home and see how they looked on site. This being our first new floor purchase, Tony gave us a detailed account of what was involved in the process. When installation day came, the workers were on time both days, professional and did a good job of keeping the place clean during the install process, even during the very messy tile removal. There were a few hiccups during the install process (related to having a 30-year old house) but you would hardly have known since the installers took care of everything. A great experience throughout and I plan to use Dungan's for carpet next.

They did a good job. Things were real good and excellent. The work was good quality and they were local and convenient.

They are wonderful. I liked their knowledge. They were efficient. With regard to their carpet, I don't know if it's the best price or not, but they had a good selection. They know their stuff, and they do a great job. With regard to price, I felt that they were competitive. They were great.

Crew showed up on time and was very professional. Two of the crew stayed late and took care of our concerns. They told us they would stay until we were completely satisfied.

We couldn't be happier with Dungan Floors. I went to the showroom twice and took samples both times. The owner came out a day later to measure and told me to return to the store to discuss our options. I was under a time constraint as we were getting ready to list our house for sale. I went to the showroom the same day and sat down with the office manager. She happily provided three different quotes for different products trying to fit my budget. They ended up showing me a great product that was on sale, so helpful. Both office ladies are amazing one even entertained my 18 month old while I did paperwork, he had a great time. We were able to get on the schedule within 10 days. The crew showed up on time. He told me that they typically recommend that the homeowners hang plastic to contain the dust but since we didn't have any he ran to the store to buy plastic and did it for us. They did great work. Our new floors look amazing and will definitely help with the sale of our home!

Pulled up linoleum and replaced with Tile and carpeted three bedrooms. Work went well, tile was better than the carpet, which was a little sloppy. No major complaints.

We had a Saturday appointment for 10am - 12 pm but the installers showed up after noon. However, they worked quickly and did a fine job. Good news was the installer recognized that the carpet needed to be vacuumed when he completed the job - the trimming leaves lots of little bits of yarn. The bad news - he had to borrow our shop vacuum because he didn't have a carpet vacuum on the truck. He tried hard to get all the trimmings, but it really needed a carpet vac. Unfortunately ours is out of state at our home that is on the market. In spite of that minor issue, I would give the team an A - Lennie and her assistant in the show room are very helpful, friendly, kind and accommodating. Lou came out quickly to measure and Lennie called with a quote promptly thereafter. The installation crew, 2 men and a teen, worked quickly, efficiently, carefully and cleaned up after themselves. I feel like the price and quality were quite fair and definitely competitive.

They were overpriced. We had a particular tile that we wanted and it was a look-alike wood floor tile so we wanted our grout lines to be tiny and they did not want to do that for us. I was very unimpressed with them. One person said that they should have been able to do that. They seem to not give me the same answers as the other contractors did. I talked to other contactors that said they could do small grout lines. The job was demanding and they could do it for us but Dungan’s would not do that. We asked them if we can do the first 2 bathrooms so we could move our dogs around and then do the den on week two and the master bedroom on week 3 and they didn’t want to work with us on our schedule while all the other contractors did. People would be careful with them and should ask them a lot of questions and if they recommend something, don’t always take their words for it.

They were very helpful at the store allowing us to take samples of up to 5 different tiles to check fit on the house. Owner came to the house took measurements and also gave us some advice on what would look well as a replacement tile and lay out - he was right! In addition the option he suggested was cheaper that what we had in mind. Their staff was excellent, hard working and on time. Job was of excellent quality. I would recommend this company to anyone wanting to do any kind of tile flooring in their home or business.

Very good, ?from the moment the owner showed up on time for the estimate until the crew showed up to demo the tile.? After?smashing out the tile, we found lots of hairline cracks in our slab.? After talking it over, we decided installing tile back over the areas with cracks was not the best solution so, the next morning we went to their store and asked to change from tile to hardwood. Even though, this decision was at the very last minute, we were accommodated with grace.? (Thank you!? It was the right decision for us!!)? The wood was ordered and picked up that day and installation started the following day.? The installers (Danny & Brandi) ?were extremely conscientious, helpful, and friendly which was great because they were going to be in our home for almost 2 weeks.? Any questions or concerns were answered without hesitation.

Dungan's was terrific. They promptly came out to the house to measure the kitchen. Since the job was around Christmas, they worked to get us in the week before Christmas. However, when a cancellation arose, they called us to see if we wanted the job completed sooner. We were ecstatic! The job was performed by two very efficient workers, and it only took them two days to complete it. For a very dusty, dirty job, they took great care to clean up after themselves and leave things in good order.

I highly recommend Dungan Floors. The staff is friendly and professional. We shopped around for over a year for flooring and Dungan's won out both in price and service. The installation was done so well we have not had any issues. They glued the floors which has made a big difference. They are very quiet.

Their work is excellent. In addition they installed a wood floor in my study about 4 years ago which still looks great. When I purchased my home new in 2002 I had them install all the window treatments as well. Everything they do is excellent and their pricing is very competitive as well.

Initial installation went well, but noticed that I was seeing some of the seams. I called Dungan's and they came out and verified that there was a color mismatch - the manufacturer did not have a uniform color across the roll. Dungan's contacted the manufacturer and replaced all of the contiguous area that was affected. But the new carpet had a different texture and color than the replaced carpet (due to manufacturing differences) so the carpet upstairs looked and felt different than the carpet downstairs. I contacted Dungan's again and they contacted the manufacturer and got new carpet roll that was inspected for dye lot consistency in the factory and replaced all of the carpet a third time. In the end it looks and feels great. The installers did a good job and Dungan's took care of everything with the manufacturer to eventually get the job done right.

There are a number of directions one can go for flooring: "big box", warehouses, "direct sales", and - if you're knowledgeable enough to seek and lucky enough to find them - businesses like Dungan's. Years ago I had a very good friend in this business and learned a lot about its "inside" from him. That is why I looked for a business like Dungan's and people like Lou and Linnie, the owners. I was lucky to have found them. Everything from measurment, to material selection, to installation went perfectly. Their mechanics are excellent. They worked with quiet precision exactly to schedule and left our premises in immaculate condition. Just like my "friend in the business", they delivered great value for a reasonable price in a transaction that was highly professional and very pleasant in its every aspect.

Started with a visit to their store in McKinney, TX. Very friendly store visit, no pressue, answerred questions and were very helpful. Picked out some wood samples and they just send them home with you so you can see it in your home. The samples are a good size, maybe 3 feet by 3 feet, by as compared to the 3 or 4 inch samples you find at Lowes or Home Depot. Very clear pricing, no gimmicks, no tricks no gotchas later. Owner comes to your home to measure the rooms and is a wealth of informaiton. Don't be shy, ask those questions. Day of install. The crew are very polite and give a lot of attention to detail and finish. They also double checked with me to confirm the rooms, work and wood direction. No guess work, this way they are 100% sure that they understand what I wanted. Excellent experience, beginning to end.
