Description of Work: I started using Burnside over 10 years after calling them out for a second opinion/bid. Not knowing this call was for a second opinion I was shocked when the serviceman showed me that the compressor had been tampered with and "rewired" to fail. They then became my company to use. They have serviced my business (a retail healthfood store) as well as my home since that service call. Two years ago Burnside replaced one of 3 units I have at home with the new Lennox system....top of the line...at my choice. It is absolutely incredible! The air is cleaner, less dust and cools and heats quickly and quietly. This week they will be installing a second unit for me as my 10 year old "Trane" had a wreck. Burnside has my complete confidence. They are family owned and they are honest and very dependable. I would highly recommend them. They truly believe in customer service......kind of old fashioned isn't it? Donnie, Patti and Dean....thanks for the fabulous service and response for the last 10 years. Mike Sammons
