Jerry (salesman) was very easy to work with and he was very helpful. I was concerned about extending the custom wood without it looking very noticeable. They did a phenomenal job. They laced the wood in and there is no way to tell the wood was extended. The work around the fireplace was so precise and detailed. Everyone was very professional and courteous.

They came out and completed the work and we are completely satisfied. It took them 3 days to complete.They did 1400 square food into hardwood and then some of the other places they installed carpet.

I worked with Gayla Young from start to finish and she was quick to respond to every question or concern I had. I like to ask most questions via email and I always received quick responses from her. We wanted separate estimates for each area as we didn't know how many of the other rooms we would be able to add at our own expense after insurance paid for the water damaged family room. I had a very detailed breakdown from insurance and I wanted similar from the flooring companies to make sure everything (shoe molding, painting of it, etc.) was included. Gayla was the only one/company who would provide this. I had a hard time getting the other two companies giving estimates to even give me a separate estimate for each room. I could never get a breakdown of any kind from the other two. Their very nice showroom is nearby so I made several trips to pick up more samples. They have so many to choose from. I was pleased that their bid was a bit lower than one company and quite a bit lower than the third. One of the companies lowered their bid to be more competitive but I still felt more comfortable working with Gayla and Builders Carpet. The installation team was polite and easy to work with for the week it took to complete the work. The floors look great and I can't find a single place that should have been done differently. All of the new shoe molding and baseboards match existing and they even touched up some nicks that were there before they started. One company said they did no painting so I was happy Builders did it all. We found one small issue with the threshold to the garage and they were out here immediately to fix it. If I had to pick one area for improvement it would be cleanup afterwards. They left a lot of sawdust by our front door and dust from from their vacuum by the garage. Minor points in the overall scope of the huge project but the sawdust shouldn't be there. I would rehire again without hesitation and recommend to anyone.

Cherrie was great - she helped me decide which carpet to buy and it was perfect. I love it. I don't know if the price was competitive but the customer service was worth it. The installers did a fantastic job.

The flooring is beautiful, but the installers left it dusty and foot printed. Not sure if that's the norm. I thought it'd be move in ready when they left. Never the less it's gorgeous. We love it.

Price is VERY competitive. Pleasantly surprised that their quote came in very close to one of the most highly rated floor companies on Angies List because their showroom is superb so I expected their prices to reflect their overhead, but I was mistaken. Showroom feels like a high end store but the prices are similar to companies who operate like a warehouse. They have quite a selection too. Unfortunately, I've been assigned a sales associate who takes a bit of time responding to inquiries and providing quotes. I'm still in the process of finalizing the specs and numbers. I will update my review once this whole process is over.

It turned out excellent and it was outstanding. Red Collins was my sales person, and he was really good. I got one other quote and they beat the other quote by a good margin. There were not any issues and they got the job done in about a week from the beginning to the end. They also hand-scrapped and stained the floors and they had to wait for the floors to dry up. They also helped me move furniture and were very helpful. I have had them a year now, and there are no flaws with the floors. I have recommended them to others.

The work was fine, but I have noticed in the last couple weeks that our tile is now cracking. The sales rep Gayla was very nice to work with. They were no issues with the work. They were very professional and nice.

Everything went great from the initial measurements to the finished product. Our salesperson was Gayla Young. She was very professional and gave us an estimated completion date of 2 weeks which is what occurred. We were kept informed from the beginning until the last step was completed.

Their price included carpet, padding, installation, removal, where other companies those were all separate prices.

It turned out really good. We were really happy with it. They showed up on time and the cost was priced very fair for the quality that we received. They were 2 separate jobs, and initially the carpet was installed, and a year later the flooring. If they were bad we would not have gone back. They did a really good job.

I am very pleased with them. They are dependable, prompt, and thorough. I have no complaints with them and I use them because of all their characteristics. I still use them to this day if I need them without hesitation.

It turned out fine. Their service technician was really good. I didn't have any problems with them. There was one issue with the wood floor, and it wasn't there fault because it was with the product. We had to send it back and we appreciated that the technician did not want to put it in since it wasn't up to standard. Their price was very good.

Their price was decent and I felt they didn't in any way make it convenient and they made us go to Dallas to pick it up. I guess our order wasn't big enough to get better service. I had to call them several times and they wouldn't return my call and the sales people seemed like it wasn't worth their time. I had to get the tile from them that matched in my bedroom. I wouldn't use them again based on the sales people. I felt like I wasn't important to them because my order was smaller.
