Outstanding , the owner John was very professional and made sure it was done to perfection. Very pleased with my new roof.

My 91 year old mother needed a new roof. I had to work with her uncooperative insurance company for several months to get approval, only to find out that the rotted decking had not been included. Blue Ribbon stayed with our claim for 5 months sending endless paperwork to the insurance company. They were able to make the insurance company pay double what was initially offered to my mom. Roof looks fantastic, clean up was done quickly and throughly. Excellent company with honest and hard working people. I only wish I could give them more than 5 stars.

So after Friday nights hail storm, I discovered water in my master bedroom. Alex from Blue Ribbon delayed his plans so he could come out the next morning and take a look, and that really impressed me and so did he with his professionalism. I really didn't want to have to replace the roof unless absolutely necessary, and he wasn't pushing it. He seemed to really want to assist with my pressing issue the leak. Alex wanted his boss John to come out and take a look to because he did notice other damage from the hail storm and so John came out the next day. Again, this is on the weekend so I was happy with the service. John came out, really did an inspection and it looks like I do need a new roof. John walked me through the entire process, and after checking their credentials and other reviews, looks like I'm going with Blue Ribbon for my roof replacement. What sold me though was Alex and John. They are making sure my leak will be covered since rain is coming in the next few days, and really made the process seem easy, and I'm getting a new quality roof from a quality company!

Easy to work with, great customer service, professional crew that were not only great workers, but didn't trash my house while anything was being done either and cleaned up after themselves! Super friendly and everything looks incredible!! Would highly recommend!

It's hard finding a good roofing company, especially after all the storm damage Dallas has had. I've had bad experiences with fly-by-night roofers over the years, but Blue Ribbon turns out to be an actual, old-school, family-run business. They assessed the damage to my roof from overhanging trees and were able to use leftover shingles from my original roofing install. They're very booked up - but that usually means they're using their own people vs. picking up workers off the streets - so it took a few weeks to get slotted in for my repairs. They did the work in 2 hours, cleaned up after, and made sure I was happy. (A bonus is their foreman spoke excellent English, sometimes it's tough to communicate when a crew shows up). The last time I had roof work done, I awoke to a crew on my roof yelling "hey puta!!!" at my neighbor's daughter - nice to have polite professionals show up and get it done!

We were getting ready to buy a house in McKinney. The original inspector told us we were going to need a new roof. After finding Blue Ribbon, John got on the roof and said that we didn't need a new roof, but was able to get us all new siding and gutters. I appreciate the honesty. It was way less expensive for us, and it proved to me that Blue Ribbon definitely puts the customer first.

I referred a friend of mine to Blue Ribbon and John. They were so helpful. They helped her navigate the insurance process. On top of that, they helped her out with upgrades she didn't even know were an option. I have family in McKinney, and they will be getting all their work going forward.
