Contacted Blue Ribbon Roofing. After one day delay in response, I finally talked to one of the Owners. They specified that Blue Ribbon Roofing does NOT do Gutter Cleaning as a separate job but it is often included as part of the other high quality work they do. While they were not able to meet my needs this time I would highly recommend others needing roofing or gutter work consider them in the future - I know I will.
