Description of Work: Rodent problem. They set out about 10 traps, came back every 3-4 days for a total of 4 visits. Charged $400 but caught NOTHING until the fourth visit when I suggested they bait the trap with peanut butter.

The inspector then looked for leaf cutter ants nests when I mentioned that they had eaten all the leaves on one of my plants in the yard. He even looked across the street. He gave us some general advice on pest control, prevention and recommended an inexpensive product avaiable at any store for roach control since they are so prevalent in this type of climate.. After spending about 20 minutes with us, he left without charging us anything. Great customer service. Very professional. I will certainly use them again when the need arises.
Description of Work: We found what we thought was evidence of termites in the wall of our guest house during the construction of an addition to it. We called Bugworks and an inspector came out the next morning. A thorough inspection was conducted and, much to my relief, no termites were found.

We just purchased a home from out of town and notice upon further inspection, the house we bought had termites. I called around and Bugworks were the only ones that came around to give us a reasonable quote and a prompt date that worked for our family. The people answering the phone are also knowledgeable and courteous. Highly recommed this business.

We have just moved to the area and our movers noticed a beehive/wasp nest the size of a soccer ball in the tree outside our front door. Bugworks came out the first thing the next morning and took care of it. Gone. They were great, calling when he realized he would be just a few minutes late, and friendly AND did the job for HALF as much money as another company quoted! While he was here he quoted me on monthly maintenance treatments for other pests. I will be calling them back.

They are pretty good. They have been taking care of our house for seven years. There is no problem; if there is any request, they take care of everything very fast. If there are beehives or anything or if there are fire ants, they take care of it and that is included. If there is something more needs to be done or if I have some concern then they do extra work. But, they are usually very good. There is no problem with scheduling appointment and if there is anything, they take care of it. I never had problems with them. Their price is reasonable. I would absolutely use them again in the future.
Description of Work: I used the services of Bugworks Termite & Pest Control. They control pest and insects in the house. It is an every two months service; they come every two months. They spray in the inside of the house and spray at the outside of the house.

When I called they told me they could come out there tomorrow and we requested after lunch (since it is a work office). They came very promptly, let us know what he was going to do, and started. It did not take him too long but he sprayed a good amount of areas. When the service was completed he gave us a run down of what he found outside and his recommendations. He did find a HUGE hornets nest that looked to be over 2 years old it was so large but we had missed it bc it was pretty hidden. A person would have had to have been looking for pests and know where they hide to have seen it. We also asked him about spiders and he knew his stuff too. His information was helpful and he was very courteous and friendly. I would definitely recommend Bug Works to everyone.
Description of Work: We requested pest control for specifically roaches. He sprayed for roaches in key areas and where he saw fit he placed these glue boxes that were also big enough for mice (which we told him we also have sometimes).
