Horrible! On their 2nd visit the technician slipped through my ceiling and they assured me it would get fixed! A week later, I’m still waiting for the hole in the ceiling to get fixed.

John showed up when he said he would and did a professional job for us. He treated the yard around, and under, our RV and we have not seen ants since!

The job went very well. The chemicals they use are environmental pet safe, which is important to us. They worked in am efficient and unobtrusive manner.

They were prompt, professional and on time. This is the second year I have used them. I would use them again.

They came again in a few weeks for second application of flee control. I still see today dead roaches but primarily the ones that come from outside. We had no normal inside infestation.

I haven't seen a lot of live roaches but there is sliverfish and I was told it was for all types of indoor bugs

Excellent service, he arrived on time and explained all the procedure. They make a follow up of the service to be sure everything still ok.

The exterminator showed up on time asked us questions about where problem areas were. He completed The job probably without any issues. This is the second time I've used them and have been very satisfied.

Mark Sullivan was very professional and gave me an excellent proposal. We didn't use his service because of reasons unrelated to the proposal or inspection and will definitely keep him on our list for any future pest control needs. Stephan was very knowledgeable about rat behaviors and treated the problem very professionally. He came on several occasions and was able to extract all but one pesky rat. We are still working on getting him. Hopefully that will happen soon or we will call Bug Works again.

They did termite inspection. They were very friendly and efficient. They promptly answer their calls.

We use them four times a year. I won't see them again until September. They were professional and very knowledgeable. They were reasonably priced. A lot of their products are green. They're friendly. I like the service that they provide.

Because Angie's List only allows one review for a provider/client service I am combining my original review with the second one that was not published. Even though the original appointment was not handled well and I had a variety of concerns about the lack of punctuality and professionalism of the technician, I am very impressed by the response of the owner/manger of BugWorks. He contacted me and apologized for the previous handling of the appointment and made a generous offer to correct it. He did not try to defer blame and took ownership of the mistake by the technician and treated the experience as a teaching opportunity with his employees. I was pleased with his professionalism and his willingness to make things right.

Good. We have an apartment unit so they come often. So far this one is good. We call and they come. They respond right away. There are no complaints from the tenants.

Tiny spring gnats invaded my home and yard. BugWorks came out and eradicated them. First two service people were EXCELLENT!! They were professional and courteous. The last guy wasn't informed of the situation. Therefore he asked us what was the problem. He called the office and they informed him. He was able to finish the job very professionally. I highly RECOMMEND them.

Termite inspection and extermination. Very prompt in all communications and service. Service appears to be state of the art. Effectiveness can only be determined over time, but Im confident they will follow up as necessary

A physical engineer hired by my insurance carrier made a recommendation to hire a good pest control company in order to get rid of the termite problem in my house. I looked Angie's List provider and found Bugworks Pest Control Co. Angie's List had the highest recommendation on this company. Later I called their office and they send a technician the following day. The technician inspected and made recommendations on my termite problem. He recommended a complete treatement that included making a 6 inch trench all around the house and the garage to inject the pest control chemical. The areas covered by concrete would be drill and the treatment would be injected. On the inside of the house, he recommended drilling holes on the button of the walls that were severely infected by termites and inject the treatment with an expander in order to cover the lower part of the wall completely. I agree to this service and the same technician came the following day. He dug the trench all around the house and garage and showed me the termites coming in and out the house. He injected the treatment into the ground going in about 6 inches about a foot apart. He did this all around the house and the garage. He then drilled the porch concrete and garage and injected the treatment. It took this technician about 8 hours to complete this work. He used about 130 gallons of this treatment outside the house and the garage. Another technician went inside the house and drill the holes on the lower walls in my dining room, nook and the two bathrooms. It took him about two hours to complete this work. He recommended to have the two by fours boards to be replaced by a good carpenter in order to repair the damage done by the termites. I will hire a carpenter to repair the termite damage inside my house. I would definitely recommend this pest control company to do severe termite problem. The only shortcoming with this company was that this technician was suppose to come back and do a complimentary regular pest control treatment on both the inside of my house and my yard. He never came back. About a month later, a representative called my wife and ask if we were willing to have a yearly pest control treatment of our house. My wife informed her about the complimentary treatment. She never called back to set up an appointment for the complimentary treatment. I still waiting for my this service.

The Bugworks technician was prompt, courteous, knowledgeable and very professional. He provided us with information on the type of chemicals he would be using and how they were to be applied. He let us know when we could expect results and informed us not to delay calling them back if we did not. We are satisfied and will use Bugworks in the future. I recommend this vendor for pest control and extermination services.

Very professional, informative and reliable. Also have strong but safe/organic products. I have used 3 other very large, well-known pest control companies here in the Valley and have never had such great service. and effective service. Have not seen a live bug either. Mr. Sullivan takes the time to discuss your home/business' needs and what your pest control solution should be. Right off the bat he suggests starting with something economical. He educates you on all the possibilites and options. Because they also do the pest control with the local hospitals....their chemicals are strong but safe...I didn't realize that but it makes sense. Their technician told me ways to help with the post application I had never known. Just great and knowledgeable and pleasant. I learned a lot and I have better service and better products. They were referred by a friend. Thanks friend!

Provider was very profesional and fully explained the process to rid the attic of the rat problem. Provider came back to the house at the times promised to check progress on rat extermination. They were knowledgable and answered all questions asked of them. I would use them again and would recommend them to my friends.

They were really good. I had no problems with them at all. They called beforehand to set up dates. I was very happy with their service.
