It worked out fairly well. They responded immediately and took care of my problem.

All this work was done in less than two hours, he had all the parts either on the truck or at his shop which was only a few miles away. I am very happy with everything and won't hesitate to call him in the future if needed. My phone call was returned with in 15 minutes of leaving the message, he stated he could be to my house to fix it in two to three hours. He showed up on time and did a great job.

I was very happy with their service. They arrived promptly, evaluated the problems, and gave me options for the repair. They had to leave to pick-up parts but returned in just a few minutes. They completed the work quickly and thoughtfully, even giving me the option to relocate the inside control so it would be more convenient. I would definitely recommend them to friends and use them again myself.

I called A! Garage Door at about 11:50 AM. Marco said that he would try to have someone out today, but it might be as late as tomorrow. Received a call at about 2:50 PM, the same day, asking if it would be convenient for them to come over. They arrived at about 3:05 PM and determined that the horizontal support bars were no longer giving the proper support. They repositioned the bars to a more efficient location and resolved the problem. They recommended replacing all of the rollers, since they were ten or fifteen years old. They quickly replaced the rollers. The door is much quieter and no longer flexes and bangs. Work was finished about 3:45 PM. Both workers were extremely courteous and efficient. I will call them to resolve any problems I might have in the future.

I called the number. They asked some specifics. They showed up the next day. Called me and told me what I needed. They had the spring made. They replaced the spring the next day.

We had a broken spring in the morning. We called and left a message. Marco returned call within 10 minutes app 10:30 am. We set an appointment for 2 pm. He diagnosed the needed replacement and promised to call that afternoon with an estimate. I wanted the heavy duty spring. When he called back, I asked for the garage door tune-up special advertised on Angie's List. He extrapolated the discount based on the heavier 50,000 cycle spring. They squeezed our job in to their schedule and were done by 4:00. The door operates smoothy and quietly especially with new rollers. The owner expedites skilled service.

Very punctual, professional. Came the same day I called when my garage door would not come down. They gave it a temporary fix and then came back the next week day and finished the updating at the time requested and in the time they had guaranteed. Very profrssional and pelasant. The service is not cheap but the product and owner and his staff are excellent and worth every penney--it is much better and more economical to have it done right the first time.On a scale of one to 10, this company is a ten.

The service personnel worked quickly and did a good job. They ran into some issues having to do with how our garage was constructed, but they solved them and completed the project successfully.

Marco was great. He arrived at the designated time :) Very professional and courteous. FIXED my problem in about 5 minutes!! I also needed an extra remote he had it on hand!!

I called Marco after Atlas Electric broke my garage door while servicing our house. We called him at 4pm and 3hrs later he shows up to help us. Marco was a lifesaver as we were worried it was to late in the day to get anyone to help us. He quickly told us what the problem was and that he had the parts on hand. Our garage door was made in the late 70's so once again we were grateful we had called him. He wasn't expensive and the price he quoted us is what we had expected to pay for the service. Would definitely recommend him if you want good fast service at a reasonable price.

My old garage door had broken hinges on the door panels and the cracks were out of line so the fellow who came and worked on it straightened it all up and left after a short period of time. I have had no problem since, so they do good work. The $135 charge was very reasonable.

Cost less than buying door from Home Depot or Lowes and installing myself, which would of taken days, if not weeks. Probably wouldn't of worked as well either. LoL

They were great they fixed the problem right away, I would recommend them. They also showed me how to do the maintenance in the future so I would not have more issues. They were very fast and very prompt. And reasonably priced.

A1 was highly recommended by my sister to repair my door that another big company had supposedly did. They came by and recommended a new opener, rollers and maintenance. The other company was nickle and dimming me with continual service calls. The technician from A1 took the time to explain the service that was needed and what my best option was. Once the service was done the tech left their phone number on a decal on the wall in case of any problems or question. Our door has never sounded so quiet or been so reliable. My wife and I are very pleased with the professional service we received. I would not hesitate to recommend this company to anyone.

I returned home from work and my garage door would only open part way. I closed the door and opened it again and it worked. On examination I saw that the torsion spring on my garage door was broken. Just after 4 PM I called A1 Garage Doors and one of their service men contacted me in less than 5 minutes. He was at my house in less than 10 minutes. He had the parts needed to fix it right then and was very professional in his work. He was finished with the job before 5 PM. He even took time to inspect my garage door for any other issues I might have and found none. Long story short, in less than an hour after calling A1 Garage Doors I had my torsion springs replaced by a professional for a price that matched up with what a Google search made me think I should expect. I would definitely use this company again if my garage door ever has an issue, although I hope to never have to call them again.
