Mr. Jesus Herrera did a wonderful job on our broken garage door. He fixed it, changed the coils and replaced the door strip. It’s like new now. I highly recommend this business as he was fair, punctual and very professional in his work.

Marco was quick to get to my job. I called on a Tuesday and he got me in on Friday morning, as I wanted. Price quoted was on target. He suggested I get new rollers as well. Mine were 20 years old so I did get those replaced and he installed an outdoor entry key pad. Professional service was provided.

My family and I have been using A1 for years now and recently decided to add a driveway gate and opener. We were totally satisfied both with the quality of workmanship and service received. We love our new gate and neighbors are always asking who built for us. We always recommend them to friends and family and will never consider using another company. They have always provided us with professional, friendly service.

It was replaced timely. However price was higher than original quote and replacement model is very basic, (only 1 button remote). Can not add another opener to the remote, I have a gated driveway that requires another opener. Now I have to have two remotes to enter my home.

Was quoted $335.00, to include a basic opener, "premium" rollers, and labor. Marco stated he was surprised that plastic rollers were installed. I decided to supply the door opener. In the end, Marco replaced the rollers with plastic ones, and installed the opener I supplied. The charge to my wife was $250.00. Considering I supplied the opener ($198) and the metal rollers were not installed, I feel we were taken advantage of. I have had other openers installed in other homes elsewhere and am familiar with what a reasonable cost is.

I called their number at 9:00 am and they showed up before 12:00 pm. He diagnosed the problem and told how much it would cost. I agreed to his quote and the job was done promptly. I was quite pleased with the results and will recommend him to family and friends.

They came out promptly to ***** the problems and told us that only a repair was needed and we didn't need a new door, just some repairs, also a new motor and we also got an outside code opener. It was better than ever and not nearly as costly as we expected!

I was concerned that I was going to have to wait over the weekend to have my garage door problem taken car of. However, Marco responded within the same day that I placed the service call. He kept me posted as to his arrival times, due to the fact that he had other calls ahead of mine. Upon his arrival, he explained what he was going to do beforehand and quoted the price. He replaced the sensors and took care of a few other things that needed attention. Mom's observation: Wow no more loud rattling noise! I found him to be polite, professional and fair. I was in a panic that morning because as I was closing the garage door a long handled tool fell into the rail's path and completely derailed the door on one side. I called A1 Garage Doors before they opened and left a message. Within fifteen minutes the company called back. I explained the situation, gave them my address, and they were able to repair the door a lot faster than I had expected. I thought the door was a total lost and was prepared to pay for a new one, but did not have to do that. This is the third time I use this company, and I can testify that they offer fast courteous service and get the job done right the first time. They always assess the situation and have always given me a fair price. A1 Garage Doors is a company I trust implicitly.

I called about a half hour after hours and left a message. I wasn't expecting a call back until the morning but Marco got back to me 15 or 20 min. later and said he should be able to do the job between 10-11 am the next morning. About 10:30 am he called and said he was running a little late but would be there before noon and he was. I liked that he kept me informed as to the time he would be there. He explained what needed to be done and recommended a 2 spring system I only had one and that the rollers also needed to be replaced, I agreed. He did repairs and maintenance making sure everything was working properly. He was very friendly and professional. My garage door has never been as quite as it is now.

Mr. Leal, was very gracious and very professional. Took care of the problem quickly and efficiently. No gimmicks nor extra costs. Highly recommend him and very trustworthy! A very rare attribute in today's society. Don't wast your time, just call him and get it done right the first time.

My garage door suddenly began running extremely rough and making loud popping noises. I discovered one of the rollers had broken and was completely coming out of the track. This garage door had not been serviced in at least 8 years -- maybe longer. I called A1 Garage Doors and explained the problems i was having. I was quoted a reasonable price and agreed to have the service done. The service truck arrived right on time -- very nice truck; the service technician -- Marco -- was very friendly, polite and professional. He completed the repairs promptly and correctly. When the job was finished the bill was exactly what was agreed to -- no additional charges. My door runs very quietly now. I couldn't have asked for better service. Marko installed 2 Wifi internet garage door openers with remotes and placed all new rollers. He did an excellent job. Very impressed with his service and professionalism. I will definitely hire him again for any future garage concerns.

The repairman were on time and explained everything that was going to be done before hand. He was able to repair the garage door and save me money in the long run. I definitely Will recommend this company to my friends and family.

On the morning of 5/7, I noticed a bolt on the garage floor that had fallen out of the garage door bracket. I checked the bracket and noticed that it was getting very loose. I tried to tighten the remaining bolts, but the net result was when I tried to close the garage door, the bracket was sticking out so far that it was tripping the obstruction sensor and reopening. I could no longer get the garage door to close and stay closed. I called Marco with A1 near noontime on 5/7. He said he could come over later that afternoon to see what he could do. He arrived about 3:30 PM and determined that the only way to permanently fix my garage door issue was to replace the panel. He was able install 2 carriage bolts to stabilize the bracket so the door could close without tripping the sensors. He told me my garage door was a custom door and he thought it might be manufactured by Clopay. Marco followed up with me a day later asking how my door was holding up (that's good customer service). It is still holding together and I have reached out to Clopay . They acknowledged that it is one of their custom doors and I have started the process to obtain a replacement panel. Thank you for such a quick and efficient service!
