The first message left went unanswered, but the second call the following morning was returned promptly. Along with apologies for not getting the original message. Very polite! I'm glad I made the second attempt. The drain line was clogged and was draining slowly. We set up a date and time for the service, but as time went on, they were able to move up the call by several hours. Greatly appreciated! The gentleman that came was polite, knowledgeable, and very efficient. The job went well. The results were what I anticipated. What I appreciated the most was the fact that the dispatch fee was applied to the bill. (not "in addition" to the service call.) Also the plumber that came to do the job did not try to be a salesman and up-sale the job. This was greatly appreciated! I will use this company again and I will recommend them highly.

The contractor arrived on the scheduled date and was very professional, courteous, and skillful. He removed the old toilet and installed the new one very quickly. This is my second great experience with this contractor and I'll use them again in the future.

The experience was great. All issues that we had were fixed and resolved with the utmost in professionalism. This company is now my go to for my plumbing needs. Thank you.

My wife and I had noticed the strong smell of gas in the house. We first called our gas provider who, using a sniffer device, told us we had two separate leaks, one by the fireplace and one in the furnace gas line upstairs. We then called Jerry who has been our plumber for some time. He quickly pressurized the gas line with inert gas and determined there was a large leak in the main gas line in the ceiling of our master suite. He repaired the line which involved cutting a hole in the ceiling to gain access. He then pressurized the line after repair and determined there were no further leaks. His prompt response and thorough diagnosis and repair avoided a possible catastrophic result.

Installed the faucet first then flushed the water heaters. Educated the customer on water heaters and water softeners while providing a quote for new water heaters.

Pretty bad. The plumber from the beginning was pretty rude and never really wanted to do the work. He started to make excuses and finally went away. When asked if there would be mess on changing the toilet, he asked for entire area from the toilet to the door thru the stairs covered. He then claimed that he would not be responsible for any damage due to his installing the new toilet. Finally he went away without doing the work. We tried to call the company's office but no one picked the phone and returned our voice mail. Never ever use this company.

He fixed the problem. He even set up the kitchen faucet properly; it had been put in wrong by a Pulte Homes contractor. The faucet had never seemed to be set up right, but now it does.

I called and talked to Mary and Jerry called back Monday afternoon. After I gave him the count of valves I wanted to replace (all 22) he gave me a quote on the phone that included installing a new owners cutoff and box. After less than 30 minutes consideration and talking to a couple other folks, I called back and we set the appointment for Friday morning. Shortly after that I took a picture of one of the cutoff valves and emailed it to React Fast so they would have an idea of exactly what valve was being replaced. I got at thank you note back via email. So that does work! The plumber arrived shortly after I was called and told that he was on his way. The entire job took less than 4 hours (I had guessed a max of 5). The plumber took special care to see that the work area was not flooded and when the job was complete he confirmed that there were no leaks. When we went outside to install an Owner's Cutoff and box we discovered that the existing one had simply been damaged by the City of Fair Oaks so he simply replaced it and moved it fully inside the box. His total bill was less than the phone quote! What really made this job super and way above what was expected in quality and professionalism was that there had been a problem with one of the master bath faucets - the hot water side would only do low volume and low temperature. The other sink was fine. Another plumber had told me told me that what I was seeing was proof the Delta cartridge was bad and needed to be replaced but he didn't have one on his truck. I did not mention this to Jerry, so you can imagine my surprise to discover Saturday night that the problem had gone away! I guess it was tied into the condition of that cutoff valve. After reviewing the work, the professionalism, the ethics, and the price the wife and I have decided we FINALLY have found a real plumber! Thank goodness.

On Wednesday we found we had no hot water. I contacted React Fast Plumbing, whom I had used in the past, to see if a plumber could come ASAP. Mary told me she would try to work me into Jerry's schedule, since they were all booked until the following week. She called me back and told me Jerry would be at our house the next day at 1:00 pm. Mary called @ about 10:45 am on Thursday to say Jerry could come in about half an hour. I thought a new water heater would have to be installed. Knowing that cost of a new water heater would be significant, in addition to modifications needed to bring into code conformance, I knew I was expecting to pay at least $2,000. However, Jerry convinced me that that would not be necessary. All that was needed to repair and get hot water again would be to replace burn assembly. I called Lowe's and the salesman said the part was in stock. Jerry went to pick it up and installed it on the water heater. Jerry was wonderful. He gave me information also how to maintain water heater to extend life. He's very professional, helpful and punctual. Hot water again. Thank goodness!!

I called React Fast Plumbing three times to get an estimate for plumbing work at our house. Each time, the phone rang and rang (approximately 15 times for each call.) No one ever answered the phone. There was no answering machine, nor any way to leave a message for them. I was not impressed. We called another company.

Mr. and Mrs. Guzman are an awesome team. Mrs. Guzman took my call and she was professional, courteous, and very caring ( i could tell by her going out of her way to work this job into their schedule). I believe she puts herself in the place of her customers and wants to take care of each customers as quickly as possible because she understands what it feels like to be inconvenienced without our plumbing. I called on Monday and they were booked but were able to come Tuesday at 9 am. They were punctual and arrived on time as promised. Mr. Guzman did his job quickly and professionally, called to explain everything he encountered (I had a tenant at the site). I received my detailed invoice by email and I am an over the top happy customer. I had another company come out before on Saturday ( a 24/7 emergency company) and they had told me it could run $3000 to dig up sewer clean out. i waited until Monday to call the Guzmans at ReactFast Plumbing and I am so glad i did.

The service went well. They came out once and they did what they said they were going to do. They were polite and then, they left. Everything was on schedule. The guys installed the toilet that I had already purchased. It took him about thirty minutes and did what was promised. It was expensive, but it was good quality. They left the area fine and in good shape. I would tell a friend that if they do not want any hassles and they want it done right to call them, but they will pay for it. Currently, they are a one-man-shop. The issue is I noticed some other things that are a problem and I called somebody else because it took me a long time to get a hold of the receptionist and he was booked out for two weeks. They did not have any backup or anything like that, but then again, the guy did exactly what he said and I have no complaints about his work. I would not use him again in the future. The reason why I would not use him again is personal. When I needed it in, it was fine for installing a toilet, but when I had a major leak, I discovered that I do not feel comfortable using a one-man-shop. I just felt that they needed more resources than that. I would recommend him for what he did. Under some circumstances, I would probably get somebody else if it is a really large job.

On Wednesday about lunchtime I called to see if they could repair leaking toilet (American Standard). (Another plumber had been here and said that they don't carry American Standard and I should just try replacing the gasket as that seemed to be the problem. I did that but it didn't work.) The gentleman from React Fast said that they did that type of repair, gave me a quote ($285 I think), and said he could come on Friday (today). He asked that I email him photos of inside of tank. I asked if I could text them and he said he didn't like to give out his cell phone number. When I got home from work on Wednesday I took 3 photos with my phone and emailed them from my phone. I emailed React Fast separately to tell them I sent the 3 photos, but this is first time I had ever emailed photos from my phone so I wanted to make sure they went through. I confirmed that I wanted an appt for Friday and gave them my address and phone number (when I called earlier I also gave them my phone number and town). I called first thing this morning to confirm they were coming and woman who answered the phone remembered my email (saying this is first time I tried emailing photos from my phone) and said they didn't get the photos and I wasn't on the schedule. So why didn't you let me know???? They could have easily replied to my email or called me. This is unacceptable customer service.

Took the time and explained everything. He was super prompt and friendly. Total pleasant experience!

Jerry was great. He arrived at the designated time and finished the work quickly and neatly (very important to me!). The ground had to be dug up to get to the plumbing but Jerry put everything back so well that you could hardly tell the area had been disturbed. He was friendly and did not try to up-sell (also very important!). Mary was extremely helpful and friendly about setting up the appointment and keeping me informed about pricing and Jerry's expected arrival. Both Mary and Jerry were awesome to do business with.

Jerry and his team at React Fast Plumbing were excellent! We were having a vibrating noise coming from our pipes outside. The faucet was literally banging against our garage so loud it was disturbing our neighbor. Once we found out what was causing the problem, React Fast was able to come out the same day, diagnose the specific issues, pull permits and schedule the job. My wife and my schedules are very hectic with travel, etc. We originally planned on getting the work done 3 days later, but our water pressure got so low the next day - Jerry was able to move some jobs around and get out to us the very next afternoon! The work was done professionally, promptly, and I was given an extra 5% off for being an Angie's List member. I will recommend Jerry, his office manager Mary, and React Fast to anyone who needs a professional and courteous plumbing company. They have earned my business in the future as well. Cant thank them enough!

They were great and very quick with work. It hardly took 15 minutes to do the job. If I were to recommend them, I would say that they were quick and efficient.

It was very good. They came out that day and they tried some things- they didn't have one machine but they said they would come out first thing the next morning and they were very prompt and had it done.

The work was successful. I think it was a big deal. I like that they were just very professional, very informative and they did not try to over sell. I was just very pleased with them. The work turned out to be perfect, no problem.

It was an up-sell situation for about $300 and a lot of marketing promises. I don’t mind suggestions but I felt taken advantage of. I don’t even know if the repairs were necessary, but they made it sound like they had to. I know better now.
