Description of Work: Jerry and Mary Guzman were very helpful in reacting to a leaking pipe and water heater. Jerry got to the house, removed the water heater, replaced an old valve and added new fittings, then when checking for any leaks discovered another small leak in the wall which he took care of. I asked him to look at a shower valve that was leaking and he took care of that as well while at the house. He cleaned up everything, hauled away the old heater and even photographed the work and old tank for my insurance company. Their price was fair and very competitive, but mostly their service and work was excellent. I highly recommend them and will call them first if I need any plumbing work done!

Description of Work: Changed out all hose bibs on the exterior of house and garage. The one on the garage had a leak, and they came back out immediately to fix it.

Description of Work: Inital service was to drain hot water heater and check plumbing. Found out we needed a new hot water heater. At the time of the service we order the new hot water heater and set up date for installation. Love the new hot water heater. Service was great!

Description of Work: Sunday night we discovered water in our garage and this led us to the water heater which was leaking from the plastic drainage valve. I called React-fast plumbing and set up an appointment. They came at their schedule time and within minutes new what the problem was and give me options along with the best way to avoid leaky drainage valves. They replaced the leaky valve with a metal valve. They only took 30 minutes. They were courteous and also advise me to flush the water heater at least once a year to keep it working longer. React-fast plumbing were fast and efficient. I will definitely call them in the future.

Description of Work: I thought it would be a good idea to have some maintenance on my water heater. Couldn't remember the last time it was flushed. Anyway, service man and office were most congenial and helpful. But the plumber advised that the heater and the surrounding plumbing needed to be replaced. He gave me an estimate and left, giving me the opportunity to take a $69 reduction on the estimate if I chose to go with them. Or said if I chose to use someone else, I could get a refund. I asked my local plumber for information and he was able to do the same work for much less. Therefore, I'm requesting a refund.

Description of Work: We've used them twice now to flush and inspect our water heater, and we have no complaints. They called us as a courtesy to schedule, which was much appreciated, since we had not gotten around to scheduling the service. They also called ahead to confirm and to let us know they were on the way. This last service, we had a couple of plumbing issues, and they were more than willing to take care of those as well on the spot. Overall, very satisfied with the service we've received and would probably turn to them again for any future jobs.
