Description of Work: We had an appt scheduled for 9 am. They arrived at 8:45, and my tenant called me to inform me that they were there. I was on my way and said I would be there at 9:00. I pulled in at 8:59 and the tenant said that the plumber said he couldn't wait all day so he left at 8:50. I wasn't even late!

Description of Work: We had pin hole leak in a water line entering our garage. Had to dig to get to the line, replaced a portion of the line with better materials and reattached it. Turned water on / off to retest for water leaks. Service was great but I thought a little pricey.

Description of Work: They replaced an outdoor faucet that was leaking. The woman who called to schedule the appointment was great! I was so surprised when they were able to schedule an appointment for a specific time rather than a window of time. They were early and completed the job in 15 minutes. Very nice technicians.

Description of Work: Drained and cleaned my water heater and advised me how to maintain it in the future. They were very professional and didn't try to sell me a bunch of services.

Description of Work: I had a leak in my drain pipe under my bathroom sink. I explained that I wasn't in rush to get it repaired but I didn't expect it to take a week to get it repaired either. They were only able to offer me an appointment time on multiple days at 9 am, which doesn't work for me on any day. When he finally was finally able to come, at 7:30 p.m. I guess he thought that his last arrival entitled him to more than doubling the cost of my repair. I'd had a friend offer to help me for $75. I'd described the problem to my friend and it was the same problem that React-Fast diagnosed. I agreed to have them fix it because it needed to be repaired and he was there. That being said, he did in fact do a nice job and my leaking pipe was fixed. But I will not be calling them again because the price was outrageous and the time it took them to take care of my problem was anything but fast.

Description of Work: One of our water heaters (that does not get used very much) was popping (sediment in the tank). I purchased an Angie's List coupon for a water heater flush to take care of the problem. After the service I noticed the same noise and questioned the technician who said rarely does a flush cure the problem. Then what good is a flush? My understanding is that is indeed the reason for flushing the water heater. So, as I see it, by $69 was flushed down the drain with the water they drained from the heater. | |I paid an extra $100 to have the anode rod changed.

Description of Work: I called because I had a leak that was obvious and copious. I chose them because they provided emergency services, even though it was during regular business hours when I called, I wanted to establish a relationship just in case I ever needed emergency plumbing services. I left a message and my cell number. THEY NEVER CALLED BACK! Thank goodness, I was able to use another provider from Angie's list, who personally answered my call and gave me instructions over the phone to stop the progress of the leak. I also wrote a review about that service provider, Jay Gomez, with Alamo Discount Water Systems, whom I have on speed dial and will definitely use again.

Description of Work: A licensed plumber from React Fast responded to my home on the agreed date to perform a gas stove installation, since there was no ball valve or flex connection existing- only a capped off pipe coming from the wall. The plumber arrived on time and got right to work, he was professional and competent. The work was completed in an expedient manner and he left me an adapter to attach the stove, which had not arrived yet. This was intentional on my part, as I wanted to install the stove as soon as it was delivered and I am comfortable making such simple connections, as long as there is a shut-off valve present. React Fast did apply a 5% discount, since I am a member of Angie's List. In all, I think the service was good and reasonably priced, I would likely recommend them to friends and would even use them again.

Description of Work: We did not use this service as their price was a bit higher than the other provider we eventually went with. However, they were very responsive and gave us a fairly competitive bid.

Description of Work: For a company that advertises nights and week ends, they don't answer the phone, just a recording. I called once last night and twice again this morning.
