Description of Work: Fixed 2 sinks (one leaking, 1 draining slow) and reset a toilet. |Awesome guy. Very professional. Very thorough and left everything very clean. Most impressed with this company.

Description of Work: I would not recommend React or even Angie's List to others after this experience. I found React through Angie's List and while React reps were nice, I was out about $300 and a water heater that wasn't fixed. They inserted a new heating element and couldn't get it to work after two visits. React encouraged me to replace my whole system (which is about 10 years old) and said that's how I could get my water heater working again. My cousin, who's a master plumber, said React should have known you can't put in a new heating element w/o also replacing the thermometer. My cousin came in and fixed what React couldn't and the parts only cost $40. I DO NOT want this review published. I'm writing it to inform Angie's List that React is getting a bunch of customers using the "Angie's List" brand, but their service was sub par.

Description of Work: Replace kitchen faucet. Everything went great. Very efficient and timely.

Description of Work: They were very prompt and seemed professional. They installed a new water heater, but it did not pass inspection. He did not do everything that needed to be done. They then charged me an additional fee $300.00 to bring it up to code. I had to take an extra day off from work to have them come out an re-inspect. The office staff was very nice. I would not use them again.

Description of Work: They installed a new water heater. The added cost reflected several items they said were needed to bring the system up to code. they did a good job except for one loose connection that caused a leak. they came by immediately and fixed it once I called them.

Description of Work: They were really nice guys but I think they were a little "over their head" on my job. Water heater was in the attic and had 25+ years of sediment. They could not drain the water due to the sediment and could not move water heater as it was too heavy. I went home and we decided to drop the old heater down the pull down stairs to the garage. They also did not install the correct secondary drain. It did not pass inspection. So I installed the drain. |They are probably great on a standard replacement but I do not think they can handle a complex assignment

Description of Work: Installed water purifier. Excellent installation. Installed hot water circulating pump that didn't work very well. Removed pump and refunded cost of installation. Circulating pump was a gamble in an old system.

Description of Work: The plumber did a good job and got to my house promptly but charged too much for the amount of work done. He replaced several feet of existing underground water line on my side of the meter. Had to reinstall pressure regulator and install new ball valve. He did a good job but was only here several hours. Too expensive but needed to get it done.

Description of Work: Inspected damaged toilet and surrounding areas. Removed damaged toilet and replaced with a new one. Sealed all spacing and gave thorough explanation of service performed.

Description of Work: My tenant called to advise water was leaking in the front yard close to the water meter. I searched Angie's List and found React-Fast Plumbing and realized I had used their services in the past. I called them and they came out and fixed a broken pipe within a matter of a couple of hours. The tenants were elated the problem was fixed in a timely manner and I was happy with a 5% discount, a 1 year warranty, and fast service.

Description of Work: They came out to replace my hose bib but it turned out the connector was also an issue which cost extra. However they were nice enough to help free a second hose that had gotten stuck by hard water. Although I had requested an additional quick look at my refrigerator plumbing when I called to schedule this, the person they sent wasn't willing to do so.
