A great experience. Jerry is very knowledgeable and talented. I found his assistant Sarah to be very competent and helpful. Both were extremely congenial and every question I asked was answered fully and with a smile. I could tell, as the work progressed, that Jerry knew what he was doing. It was proven today when the Plumbing Inspector came and assured me the work was of high quality. And by the way, kudos to Mary who manages the office. What a delight! React-Fast is a keeper.

Overall, it went great... Very fast service, very nice plumber, Jerry. Jerry did not forget to give me my 5% Angie's List discount. In addition, I booked another plumbing job with Jerry. Jerry was flexible in working with my time constraints due to my job. Jerry does not charge to come out and evaluate your situation. Bottom line: Jerry will work with you... just like a good old-fashion business should. Jerry Rocks!!!!

Arrived promptly. Examined failed heater, determined cause (wiring had chafed). Said was reparable but there was no telling how long repair would last, and given age of heater advised against repair. As we have a home warranty, advised on how warranty company would likely try to get it repaired rather than pay for replacement. Answered range of questions on various replacement options.

Called React Fast at 7am on Sunday. Talked to his wife to set up the appointment. She was very nice and pleasant person. He came out within 2 hours.Ran the snake down sewer drain and unclogged pipe. No service charge just cost to do the job. Very polite and fast. Very nice person. Would call again.

They did a great job repairing the leak with minimal damage to the foundation. Arrived on time and finished the job faster than I expected. Planning to call them for some future remodeling work. I highly recommended these folks for plumbing repairs. Thought price was reasonable considering the difficult leak that was located and fixed with minimal damage.

We had numerous little plumbing issues when we moved into our house. React Fast Plumbing was available to make a service call to our home very quickly. The technician was prompt, courteous, knowledgeable, and helpful. About a week after the original service call, a heating and air conditioning technician found a gas leak on an old hot water tank. React Fast came back quickly and let us know what our options were to repair the leak. We chose to replace the old hot water tank and the technician did it efficiently and cost effectively. He cleaned up very well after he finished and he removed the old tank from our home. We were very happy with the services we received and will call React Fast Plumbing in the future.

Everything went great. Jerry's wife answers the phone politely and promptly and returns calls efficiently as well. Jerry came out on Friday a couple days after we called him as scheduled to evaluate the job and provide an estimate. There was NO FEE for the service call and estimate. He told us that the cheapest way to do it was to remove the wet bar and cabinet/counter ourselves and call him once that was done so he could get to work. If we did all that prep, it would cost $175. If he removed all the cabinet/counter, it would be $450. He recommended we do the demo to save money, and we took him up on it. Once the cabinet was removed, we called him, and he was there a couple hours later as promised. He was extremely polite, clean, and even wore shoe covers in the house. He clearly knew exactly what he was doing, and explained his methods as he worked. He left the site cleaner than when he arrived. I will definitely use Jerry again in the future. The only reason I gave a "B" for price was just that it seemed a bit high to me. I didn't get any other estimates because I have come to value and trust Angie's list reviews and with his Angie's list rewards and excellent reviews, I went with React Fast. I'm happy I did.

Set up an appointment quickly and the owner arrived on time. After inspecting the the faucets and shower, he said that he thought it could take up to a full day to complete the work. He promised to put together an estimate and call back. The next day I called another plumber who came out quickly and completed the work in less than 3 hours. Several days later I recieved a call from React-Fast to discuss the estimate, but by then the work had been completed.

We went into the wall through the outside wall which made it alot simpler than to remove the shower walls. I did the carpentry myself which he allowed me to do. He actually gave me a break on the cost of the job.

Discovered leak yesterday (Monday). Waited til my husband got home to see if he wanted to try to fix. He said no. Started calling plumbers. First plumber said they couldn't get here until late Tuesday afternoon. React Fast got here at promised time the next morning. By then, water was running in street. Turned waster off, started digging, found problem, replaced pipe, and cleaned up area. Great job.

Woke up in morning with no water pressure. After looking around the outside of the house for a leak I found the source. Next I turned off the water at the main and dug up the area. There was a leak at a service line going to a water softer pipe. This required more expertise so I called React-Fast Plumbing and Jerry was at my house about 1.5 hours later. He did the repairs and showed me how he made the connection better. Since I did all the digging the cost was less than it would have been. So I'm happy with how everything went and I'm glad Jerry could make it out so quickly.

Called in the morning and scheduled for the same afternoon. Jerry was very flexible on time and was punctual. He came out, diagnosed the problem, identified different solutions, and made a final recommendation. He removed the existing toilet, cleared out the line, and made sure that it was completely clear before reinstalling the toilet. He was very careful and made sure the work environment was clean during the entire process. I also asked about other issues and he seemed very knowledgeable about many aspects of the plumbing business. I will use him again. He also recommended a product called Bio-Clean which is supposed to help clean out the gunk that can accumulate within the pipe. By the way, I think a contributing factor to the clog is the use of an older model low-flow toilet that doesn't have enough water push for the line. I will be replacing the toilet with a newer, more powereful model.

The receptionist from React Fast was very kind and professional over the phone and the plumber's response was quick (1 day). He came out and assessed the situation and gave me a fair price. He answered all my questions and we shook hands on the deal (and signed the contract). He came out the next day and by the time I came home, the gas line was installed and the trench was covered with cement just like he said. Great service, professional attitude and a fair price. They also said that if there are any issues to call them anytime. I called another company and they said they would have to charge me for an estimate so the plumber from the other company basically said to take a digital photo of the problem and the pool heater. No thanks. I'd rather deal with a live person so I can look him in the eye and be a pest and ask all the questions that pop into my head. Needless to say, I didn't use this other company. React Fast is highly recommended if you want to deal with tradesmen the old fashioned way.

Jerry came and diagnosed the problem. Because the sink is old and we could not find the brand name, he had to search for the parts to repair it. Jerry took extra time researching the part and found it within two hours. This saved me from having to get a new faucet. I was very pleased with Jerry's work, his price, and his commitment to helping us. He was our second bid and he was $100.00 cheaper than the previous bid. Definitely a great plumber!

Jerry diagnosed the problem immediately. He had the parts in his truck to fix the problem and did a good job. He finished in approximately 35 minutes.

Found Jerry thru a recommendation from Serve-Pro, (didn't know about Angies list at the time) The owner came out within a few hours and preformed the services needed in a very professional manner. Jerry is very friendly Told me what the charge would be in advance, and advised me on another plumbing problem at no charge. Very reasonable prices.

i called on 5-14-2010 and spoke with mary and explained my issue with faucet. that the pressure was almost noexistant and that i had called my water provider to see if it was a water presssure issue. she scheduled my appt. for 5-15-2010 (sat) at 11am because he had an earlier job. so on the day of the job i was contacted a bit earlier and told he was on his (jerry) way and it put me in a bit of a bind because i had a garage sale in progress and i was at an eye appt luckly my wife was at home but dealing with the garage sale so it was a little crazy but manageable. so when i arrived home jerry was already checking the faucet. i should state i have a detachable faucet head so after he looked at it he said it you need a new faucet head and i said okay and he went to lowes and purchased one for 22 dollars and change and installed it which i was greatfull for the only problem was it didnt match my sink my wife was not happy about that. but it was a saturday and the problem is fixed. now i dont know what a fair price is for a simple job like this i thought it was a little high i could be wrong. but to jerrys credit very professional and clean cut with clean plumbers uniform and marys update calls were very helpful.

We opted for the second solution, and Jerry congratulated us for the good choice. Again we never felt pressured one way or another and felt we were well advised of the options. Jerry needed to get a part, then worked the entire project start to finish - tested for leaks and showed us what he had done every step of the way. He was open to our needs and understood we had little room to fit the pipe and dryer. He reinstalled the dryer and helped move the dryer into place. -- When he realized that due to the new pipe an old 220 electrical outlet was in the way, he completely and professionally removed the item to make all parts fit. He never appeared to be in a hurry or not willing to answer a question but answered every question in detail and explained other services he performs.

What a great experience. I had water everywhere!!! Jerry was quick to respond and fixed it in no time---The hose to my kitchen sprayer was loose. He not only re-attached it, he made sure it would not happen again. I appreciate that he took the time to show me and explain what the problem was!!
