Everything went very well. I purchased the deal in July but hadn't gotten around to calling for an appointment. Mary Guzman called me approx 9/20-9/21 and we arranged to do the job on Wed, 9/26, at 9am. Mrs. Guzman called at about 8:45am to let me know the plumbers were on their way and they arrived at 9am. The only unusual thing was that there was a grounding wire attached to my faucet. Mr. Guzman was familiar with it and explained that it served to protect the copper pipes and the rest of the house from lightning strikes. He and his son knew what to do - they removed it, removed the old faucet, attached the new faucet, and reattached the grounding wire. There were no surprises and I was pleased with the job.

Technician arrived ontime. Work was performed quickly.

It went very well; I was pleased. he was straight forward and I appreciate the fact that he did not try to sell me anything I did not need.

Professional throughout from first phone contact to completion of work. A valve needed replacement, which considering the age of the water heater was a valid finding, and no attempt was made to push for additional services or parts.

Set up visit much more quickly than expected. Arrived on time and ready to work. Alas, the flushing mechanism of toilet in question was too far gone to save. We have had an ongoing problem with it. They proposed replacement and priced it and we accepted. Do not recall the price for the replacement. They did the repalcement quickly. When finished, they left the bathroom clean and dry. Have had no problem with the toilet since. We're pleased.

I called their office and talked to Mary. She was very helpful and explained how the coupon worked and scheduled the work. On the appointed day, she called me to let me know the tech would be late because of a traffic accident that was slowing traffic. The tech showed up soon after and I directed him to the faucet. He was professional and completed the job not long thereafter. I am very pleased with the new faucet.

We had received a special offer for an inspection and flushing of our hot water heater. Since we had gone on vacation in between purchasing the deal and actually scheduling the appointment, I had forgotten to do so. React-Fast plumbing followed up with me to make sure I remembered to schedule the appointment prior to its expiration and I was quite appreciative. The workers seemed very knowledgeable. They pointed out to me that someone had previously broken our safety temperature and pressure relief valve and it was jammed in the off position so that if we did need it to vent in an emergency that would have not occurred. I am so relieved that they noticed this hazard before we ended up with a serious and possibly lethal situation on our hands. They also noticed that the water heater was not properly draining due to some build up from before we had a water softener installed. They suggested that we have a larger drain valve installed to help it drain more efficiently. We did notice this was a problem before the appointment was made and am glad to see they picked up on and addressed this issue with a relatively quick and inexpensive solution. I did feel that originally they were trying to hard sell having a new anode rod installed, which would have almost doubled the price (around $165 solely to replace the anode rod) which was more than we felt comfortable spending at the time. However, after making it clear we were not interested in replacing the anode rod at that time they were very courteous and even informed me how we could purchase and change out the anode rod himself to cut down on costs.

I ordered the Angie's list Big Deal for a water heater flush and inspection at a price of $69. The young gentleman who did the service was very polite, and didn't use the inspectin opportunity to "upsell" other items. After the service, I asked him about my water pressure (it was very low). He discovered that the previous pressure control valve was broken, and quoted me $238 to replace it. I decided to go with the service, and he did the repair on the spot. It was nice that he stayed and worked outside in the heat for two hours to do the additional work. The overall service was great, and I would highly recommend!

When Jerry showed up, he got right to work, and my husband & I visited with him in the garage. As he began to inspect the water heater, he discovered it had been hooked up in a way that was allowing cold water to drain into the hot water valve (I think that's correct). Anyway, we began to trace down which faucets were draining, and he took care of them. My husband and I were both very pleased with Jerry's friendliness and professionalism as well--we've found a new plumber. His wife, Mary has also been very courteous to us over the phone.

Bought an Angie's List Big Deal to have our water heater inspected and whatnot since we just bought our 26 year old house and want to have a better idea of where we stand with the appliances. The Big Deal listed many many things that were included (flush, inspect, test water temps, reset the heater, etc. etc.). The guy who showed up was nice enough and professional but I don't think he was too aware of what was supposed to be happening. He went directly to work draining the tank etc. He approached me a bit later and said he was done and went to hand me my receipt. I asked him how my water heater was doing and he told me a couple times that it was 21 years old. I had to pressure him for more info like, how does everything look besides it is old. Eventually he told me about the ball valves and other particulars. I wasn't about to go into water temps and all the other things listed in the. Like I said, competent, nice, and on time. Maybe just a communication error. Tankless water heaters are in my future so it'll be a while before I need another inspection...

We could not be happier with the quality of the service. They arrived on time and worked diligently and quickly to make all necessary repairs. They even called a few days later to make sure everything was working properly. This is the seconf\d time we have used React-Fast plumbing.

I used a coupon for the first hour service which said that it covered one hour service worth $100. The mclam ace an estimate at a glance without writing any notes or discussing what he needed to do. He did not leaave a written estimate. The charge turned out to be $300 per hour. Although he claimed to bid on the service by the job, the whole time he was here he was saying that it looked like it would take more time and he would have to charge me more. He appeared to be seeing just how much I would be willing to pay. He opened up the pipes tp drain the Water out of the pipes and left it spewing water for hours. It has been a year and the pipes still groan and moan like they are possessed because of something he did. He moved the hot and cold water pipes up several inches, but did not level them, so when the tiling was done and the decorative faceplate put in it is tilted. He is very personable, but did not do a good job and I felt he was a con artist. I am embarrassed that I fell for this. I did object to the outrageous charge and he lowered the charge to about $150 per hour.

They did great work and I would recommend them. However I think there price was a little steep.

They were very prompt coming out the day I called even though I told them it was not an emergency. He informed me there was a 68 trouble shooting charge (discounted to 64.60 b/c of angie's list). I agreed & he checked the water heater finding a very dirty air filter which he cleaned. I was told the pilot light may have gone out due to a back draft but the filter was not allowing air to get to the flame.The only fee paid was for the trouble shooting. GREAT SERVICE

I called to schedule the appointment. They responsded quickly and were polite and professional. Two men came over, the father and son. Son came in to do the work while the Dad stayed outside. Told the son what I needed and he said let's do the toilet valve since it leaks. Also, other work would have cost more and I did not have the funds to accomodate. Pulled off the old valve, but left the old compression ring since he could not get it off. Installed the new valve. $75.00... hmmmm...should have been $150.00... which is their regular price. Too much money for my blood. Next time I'll go to the DIY stores and figure out how to do it my self. They give no partial time for small jobs. I also asked about installing a tub. Dad came in and quoted me $1500.00. WHAT??? I asked how long it would take and he said about 6 - 8 hours with a mortar bed. Cost also included moving the tub faucet up to accomodate a taller tub and intalling a $75.00 diverter valve. Had another company come out and they did the whole job, in a mortar bed, with a new valve for $850.00. Took 7 hours. If you have the money, the company is good and does good work. (the valve doesn't leak) and they are quick at what they do. For me I need good work at a great price which I found in another company. (who guarantees their work too)

The hot water heater flush was the deal I purchased through Angie's List. He drained the water heater and tried to sell me on several unnecessary services. I scheduled him to replace the utlity room washing machine faucet hook ups for which I was overcharged. The plumbing companies that have set prices for services are such a rip-off!

I just chalked it up to the great price for a flush and drain on the water heater. Once it was found that he could not do much I was still charged and the job.

I received a call (very nice lady) letting me know the plumber was on the way....2 gentlemen arrived right on time ...even though it was pouring rain. They were wonderful, cheerful and very professional!!!They addressed my issue fixed it and then since we had already spoken of another plumbing issue we had. He was able to fix it quickly and gave me a 10% discount to boot. I will most definetly use them again!!

Went perfectly from start to finish

Jerry and his son were wonderful. Very professional and on time. Our hot water heater ended up going out completely and Jerry replaced it at a very reasonable price a few days later.

Purchased "Big Deal" for faucet replacementgot notice from SAWS i had a leak and it wasn't their problemCalled React-Fast on the premise of getting external faucet installed and leak looked atShowed up the very next day, fixed the leak and replaced the external faucet all in around an hour.

I am a repeat customer of Mr. Guzman's and React-Fast Plumbing. He and his son did another great job. The work performed appeared to be well done, and they cleaned up the work area before leaving. Quality plumbing work is not cheap, but I am confident in the quality of work performed by Mr. Guzman.

Mr. Guzman and his son arrived on time and assessed the work in regards to replacing the MIXIT shower valve and fixtures. We also thought it wise to replace the divertor since it was 19 years old and to determine the loose tiles. It was easier getting to the divertor through the shower side. After removing the loose tile it was discovered the dry wall was ruined due to water leakage and a larger section tile and dry wall would have to be removed. The section of damaged dry wall was removed. The old divertor was R&R. Mr. Guzman obtained concrete wall board to replace the dry wall. He also picked up matching tile, replaced it and grouted. Then they installed new shower fixtures.
