Had no problem scheduling the appointment. Workers arrived on time and went right to work. As is usually the case, all went well until I was informed there was a valve in the water heater that needed to be replacecd. Of course at that time had had no choice and had them go ahead a change it for an addtional $65. They showed me what the old valve and it based on the way it looked, it could have cost me more in the long run if it had not benn replaced. I think they did a good job.

Overall, excellent. I would use them again without question!!

Jerry was great! He explained all the problems he discovered, thoughly. Discribed a course of action and executed the plan. The results were nothing short of the professional service expected. I will use React-Fast Plumbing for all my future plumbing needs.

Jerry came on time. His secretary had called beforehand to make sure I was home and he was on his way. He explained in layman's terms what he was checking and how everything looked. At the end of the inspection, he said that everything seemed to be running smoothly and reminded me to have the water heater drained once a year.

I had a leaking faucet outside. They changed two faucets for us and repaired a leak. I would use them again if need to be.

They told me I needed to have my magnesium rods replaced because they caused rust in my hot water heater. I called my insurance company to see if this would be covered, and they sent out another company to take a look. This company said that I didn't need any work done but I was charged $75 to have them come out.

Overall, the whole project was painless, professional, and quick. I'm tickled!

The water heater draining and inspection was done quickly, and with no problems. The technician arrived on time, went right to work and completed the job with no mess, and without attempting to seel us anything. After servicing the water heater, he quickly repaired a dripping faucet in the bathroom. Again, he left the work area neat and clean. The price for the service was given ahead of time, nothing additional was added. The second visit was in response to a call made late on a Friday evening, about a small leak in our hallway. I was going to make an appointment for the weekend, but React-Fast was going to be closed for a special family outing that weekend. The woman who answered the phone was very concerned that we would have the problem all weekend, and insisted she could have someone out there that night. I agreed to that, and the technician was there before long. He brought his daughter, to show her what he did. He worked quickly, teaching his daughter but without taking extra time. The problem was a block in the AC line. He gave me a price for unblocking it, I agreed to it, and he took care of the problem quickly. Again, he left the area neat and clean.

Outstanding. We have used this firm several times. As usual he arrived at the agreed time, checked out the leak and told us what needed to be done. Then he completed the work and cleaned up the work site. These folks are easy to work with and try very hard to accommodate your schedule.

good , replaced couple of parts for water heater

Everything went great. Showed up right on time and finished about an hour later.

Everything went great. The service people were on time, and took the time necessary to get the job done. They explained how the hot water heater works and what to look for in case of future problems. I will definitely call them again if there's ever a problem with my hot water heater or my water softener.

Great customer service. They inspected the water heater, flushed it, then gave me options and prices of additional work that they recommended to be done. More importantly to me, they explained the reasons behind their recommendations and I felt no pressure to do any of it. The gentlemen were very professional and knowledgeable. Prices were very reasonable and competitive and the work was prompt and service excellent.

Outstanding. They called to see if they could come ahead of schedule and did so. Jerry completed the work in a timely manner and cleaned the work site. He also made a recommendation to change out some valves that were 25 years old. We concurred and that work was also completed.

They were okay. They did a good job. I feel they overcharged me. I decided I wouldn’t use them anymore.

The service was great. Jerry did a great job, and he showed me the problems with the heater. I will need a new hot water heater soon, and I will have them replace it.

Small job but handled quickly and professionally.

Plumber was very thorough. Inspected old water heater. Had not been flushed out since water heater had been replaced 10 years ago. It was leaking water and decided to get it replaced. Plumber was very careful in removing old water heater. Heat temperature had been set very high in old water heater. Replaced with a new water heater and gave directions on how to maintain unit.

They actually called to say another appointment had cancelled and since they were in area asked if they could come early. They gave me a half hour notice so I could run home from work. They actually allowed me to purchase a second bib replacement at their same "big deal" price while he was on-site. It was quick. He was very friendly.

They service man was on time, courteous, and was finished in under 30 minutes. He did a beautiful job and I will for certainly call them again when I need plumbing service.

Jerry is a one man operation, and he did a wonderful job. I am happy with his work. His wife, Mary, runs the office, and she was a pleasure to deal with as well.

We were thrilled with the work done by React Fast Plumbing. The father and son team were prompt, curtious, ON TIME and very professional. They came when they said they would and worked hard to get the job done right. We plan on using them again very soon!
