Plumber arrived at the agreed time, immediately got to work and finished quickly. Very professional, efficient, and nice quality work.

. The plumbing project did not go well at all. I had two free toilets from SAWS, the local, the local water company. They were the water efficient toilets. The toilets were made in Australia and when the plumber looked at them, he told me that they would not work in my house. I had to drive to Lowe's as fast as I could and buy two American made toilets for him to install. I later found out from SAWS that the toilets I had from were perfectly O.K. for them to install. React-fast plumbers just did not know what they were doing. I wrote the check out to react-Fast plumbing and I was just glad to get rid of them. Later that evening I went to the bathroom and I noticed that I was standing in a puddle of water. I had to call them back the next day because they had not properly tightened the water valve on one of the toilets. My experience with Angie's List and react-Fast Plumbing did not go well. My $99.00 project wound up costing me a total of over $950.00 because Angie's list promised me two hours of plumbing which turned out not to be true and because of the inability of React-Fast Plumbing to install the two free toilets from SAWS that they should have known how to install.

Great service! Punctual! No time wasted. He arrived on time, explained what he would do and discussed the advantages of my water heater. He service is sooooo good, that I signed up for an annual W/H cleaning! Hire this fellow if you want no nonsense, quality service.

Showed up on time, explained the options for our old water heater after inspecting, replaced corroded nodes, connectors. Didn't try to sell us on a new unit, even though this one isn't ideal. I appreciated their honesty and professionalism.

Overall, I am satisfied. React Fast has always been super-friendly, punctual and the prices are fair. My only issue with this recent service is the shower part that I needed installed was very hard to find. The plumber originally said he did not have the part and suggested that I get some additional work done or have a particular part completely replaced so that the faucet handle that he had in stock would fit. He quoted me over $600 to have this work done. When I told him that I did not have that amount I was surprised that he told me that I could call around myself to try to locate the part, or go to certain websites and try to find it. I told him I wouldn't know the first thing about locating a part since I a) did not know what part I was looking for and b) I was not a plumber. After asking the plumber to exhaust what he needed to do (AS THE PROFESSIONAL) to find the part he finally advised me that there was one store that may have it, but I would need to pay for his administrative time in calling this place and his travel time in getting the part. I told him of course I would pay his fees, as obviously I wanted to go the cheapest route. I felt like he "conceded", but got the problem resolved.

Scheduling the appointment was easy and fast. Jerry showed up on time for the appointment. He described what the service entailed and why yearly service was important. I asked a lot of questions re: water softeners, a pan underneath the water heater, what I can do about calcium build up on my faucets, etc. Jerry answered each question so I could understand. I ended up scheduling another appointment to add a pan beneath the water heater. Jerry was professional, very helpful in educating me on water heater maintenance. I have used him exclusively as the plumber I contact for any plumbing needs ever since this visit.

I found this company to be very good and professional. They always do the job right, very knowledgeable, provide good options, solve problems, and improve your situation. The price they charge is fair, not cheap. The quality is top notch. If you want some plumbing done right, I don't think you can go wrong with these guys. Would definitely recommend and use again. A lot of confidence in their work.

He inspected the faucets in question and found 1 to have needed repair to pipe. Gave me reliable estimate and completed work efficiently. He was knowledgable, punctual and polite.

It was a great service. I have been very well pleased with the service that I have received from the Angie’s List Big Deal. I would recommend this company very highly. While I don’t recall what they specifically did aside from a basic plumbing repair, I remember that the company is dependable, personable, and very pleasant.

React-Fast provided professional service from start to finish. Jerry was fantastic in every way, he replaced my very old water heater with a higher capacity/energy efficient model and brought everything assosciated with it up to code. He was very thurough in his work and also with information; what he was doing and why. Thanks Jerry.

Work that was done was OK. I was just lead to believe that I could get 3 toliets done at $99.00 each. I think there should be more flexibility with the providers and the Angie's Specials.

I purchased an Angie's deal for a $150.00 worth of plumbing for $75.00. In order to reseat the toilet, the flange needed to be rebuilt. I was informed that this would cost an additional $285.00. Without being able to obtain additional bids, I do not know if this was a good price. However, the company was very professional and the work was completed. As I stated in another review, Angie's deals are vague and may cost extra without knowing if it was really a deal. This should not reflect on the company, but you should research all deals before purchasing.

Arrived on time. Explained the process and what to expect (length of time etc). Made adjustments to water pressure and temperature. Taught me a lot about the dangers of not maintaining the valves etc and what was required to be safe (e.g no gas cans within 25ft of water heater). Very explained everything very thoroughly. Finished service and made some recommendations.

They did the job quickly without any problems.

Hot water heater stopped working over Thanksgiving weekend -- after seeing React-fast plumbing on Angie's list gave them a call -- everyone from their company was very professional. Were able to get to us the same day called and the office called prior to sending the repairmen over (Jerry and Jerry). Courteous and friendly, and both were very careful -- cleaned up entirely. Explained what they were doing and departed about an hour or so later. Unfortunately, the repairs didn't work and we had to have them back out the next day. Again very professional and explained what was found. Cost to repair all the parts wasn't worth it, so we went with a completely new water heater. Installed, and they removed the old one, and even deducted the price of a part we purchased the first day. Completely satisfied with their service in every aspect. Would use them again without reservation.

The hose that discharges water from the washing machine was leaking. We tried to fix it ourselves and realized that we couldn't. The repair man flushed out the discharge pipe, but informed us that there were roots in the line and it would probably happen again. He told us there were ways to get rid of the roots, but at the time we were not interested in spending more money. The problem was solved temporarily and since the house is old we expect to have to call them again.

It was a normal routine call so it was fine.

The young lady who called was very pleasant and very helpful in scheduling the service.. The technician called a day earlier than scheduled which worked well for me. He arrived and fully explained the service for which I had paid and went to work while I watched. He explained fully every step in his diagnosis of the problem with my water heater and suggested that the core be replaced due to the age of the equipment. I agreed and he proceeded to do the work quickly and efficiently. I had asked the contact person to arrange to install a sink faucet which the technician did also quickly and efficiently. I really enjoyed talking to him about the technical aspects of the job and found him to be quite articulate. In all, it was a very good experience. I would recommend these people to others.

They arrived promptly and completed the job quickly, which was to cap off unused gas outlets formerly used by gas space heaters. I also asked them for an estimate on major plumbing repairs I needed in the master bathroom. Their estimate was higher than another plumber gave me so I did not contract with them to do the additional work.

They arrived on time. Seemed to know what they were doing. Drained and inspected water heater. Checked electrical components. Recommended a replacement thermostat. Installed same. Fired up unit and it appeared to be working. That night we experienced a COLD SHOWER, unplanned no less. I called jerry and he offered too come out that night. I passed and he was back at 0 dark thirty the next morning.Checked new thermostat and it had failed. Replaced unit and we are satisfied. I only worry that maybe it was a cheap replacement unit. Anyway, system is still working fine, can't ask for more.
