They scheduled to be here at 09:00 and they were on time. They did a check of the water heater and then drained it. They did provide me alot of information on why it was so important to drain the water heater annually. They also provided me with an estimate on some of the work that possible I would need.

Overall, very satisfied with React Fast Plumbing service - and answers to all the questions I had. I plan on doing some additional upgrades in plumbing and will use React Fast Plumbing again.

Water heater was drained as expected and water temperature was reset for me, I forgot to change it back after lowering it during summer. Was given quotes for other plumbing issues also. No sales pressure at all.

Came when they said they would. Fixed what I asked them to. Charged a fair price. Polite and professional. All was completed in a timely and efficient manner. I would use them again and recommend them to anyone.

They seemed to take pride in the work they do. They did not try to push on any other extra work. They left some open suggestions and recommendations when they did the inspection, but not a hard sale.

Excellent. React-Fast had a cancellation and called to ask if they could come a week early. Fine with me. The Plumbers arrived exactly on time. They were very cordial and performed a thorough job of inspecting my water heater. They showed me how a malfunctioning part was causing problems. Of course, I authorized a reasonably priced replacement. I am so glad I had this done. I might have had a big problem if that part had not been replaced.

Promptly responded to call for appt, very nice receptionist, was early for appt (liked that), identified other issues/problems with the water heater but seemed a bit irritated that I didn't want to get the additional work done. Just didn't have it in the budget, but plan to address the issues later. Overall, I was pleased with the work done, they seemed VERY knowledgable but he made me feel a little ashamed that I wasn't addressing other issues that I felt weren't urgent or major safety concerns. All in all, very knowledgable and very attentive to detail, just need to be a bit more sensitive to limited budget of clients.

My wife noticed a leak under the sink. The leak was coming from where the garbage disposal connected to the sink. I just had shoulder surgery and wasn't able to do the job myself. I called them that evening and a lady answered who was very friendly and professional. She got us scheduled for the next day. The next morning they actually called to see if they could come out early which was very nice. The plumber came over who was also very friendly and professional. We went over the options and I decided to have him drop the disposal and reseat it. He did a great job at a reasonable price. I will definitely be using them for my plumbing needs!

Arrived on time. Went to work flushing and inspecting the water heaters then explained the one had a faulty pressure release valve and the cost to replace it. Also checked the older tanks magnesium rod which was almost all gone and explained the importance of magnesium rod and then replaced that as well. He was very friendly and I am confident in his work. Price may have been a little high, but our water heaters are on the 2nd floor so I don't want to risk any chance of leaks.

As part of an Angie's List Big Deal, scheduled an inspection and flush for two water heaters. Mary, the scheduler was extremely courteous and professional in setting up the appointment. She also called 30 minutes prior to the appointment to let me know that the technician was on his way. Technician arrived as promised. He was also very courteous and professional, and cleaned up without a trace. He also advised me that the corroded magnesium rods were causing rust and needed replacement. We arranged for a new appointment because parts needed to be ordered. As with the previous appointment, scheduling and the work was completed without a hitch. Mary also called twice to advise me of other cancellations to move up my appointment. Courteous, prompt, professional and quality. What more can you ask for?

I thought it went great. The technician was on time and did a good job. The bill was the exact same as the estimate.

I purchased an Angies List Big Deal for $99.00 for a complete toilet repair replacement. When they got here they said that the deal was for a standard toilet and that my toilet was a water effecient toilet and was not considered a standard toilet. They charged me an additional $250.00 for the replacement of parts for two toilets. I had no idea that my two year old American Standard toilets were not standard toilets. When I purchased them at the big box store it seemed all the toilets were water efficent toilets. I did have bronze colored levers which they said also needed to be replaced. The repair men left to buy the appropriate parts, they came back, replaced the parts and it took a few hours total. They did a good job and we have not had any problems with the toilets since. I was surprised at the additional cost and wish the Big Deal had been more specific about what type of toilet it covered.

The plumber came to my house at the appointed time. He cleaned the Tankless Water Heater and installed the Scalewatcher System. He diagnosed my problem with the Rios Shower panel and asked me to order the part that was needed. When the part came in, Fast-React Plumbing came back to my house and installed it while also cleaning the unit of accumulated scale. The unit works without problem now. I have plenty of hot water. Before React-Fast Plumbing, I had asked several plumbers about the problem with the shower panel, but none could help me. I am very pleased with the work of this company and recommend them without hesitation. Thank you React-Fast Plumbing.

I had a back-up in the downstairs bathroom around 8:30pm. I called three main stream companies, all said they couldn't confirm if someone could come out. I read the reviews of React-Fast and gave them a call. Jerry returned my call within two minutes. He was at my home within 30 minutes. Jerry did his magic with the snake and clog was gone by 9:30 with clear running water. Great job would call again.
