Working with Jerry, the owner of this company, is wonderful. He takes pride in what he does and was very helpful in explaining things, which i appreciated. I feel like i learned a lot about how things work in my bathroom and I like that. Jerry shows up on time and works hard. He is an absolute professional and i am so happy to have found him. His office manager, Mary, is so nice. She makes sure you know when Jerry is coming and is a pleasure to speak with on the phone. I have definitely found a plumber i will be calling in the future and one that i trust.

This was by far the BEST experience i have ever had using Angie's list. Jerry is wonderful as is his wife and i will definitely be calling them again. I love that this is a family owned business and that Jerry did the work himself. Jerry capped off two gas lines, raised the plumbing for the toilet and drain in bathtub, which he had to demo concrete to get to. He was curious and very respectful, which i appreciate being a woman.

Mr. Guzman arrived ahead of scheduled time. He shut off the water, replaced the shut-off valves and turned water back on. He proceeded to R&R faucets, supply lines and drains. He pointed out the seals for the drains were smaller than required. One leaked. Mr. Guzman had one in his truck and replaced it. Leak solved. Very satisfied with his work.

Jerry and his assistant were very punctual and prompt - I arrived at the appointment time, and they had already met with the tenant and were preparing to get started. SAWS did spot the leak during their inspection, so they did have that advantage. Still, Jerry immediately advised he could forego the leak detection process and fee, and proceed straight to the repair work. He finished quickly and immediately advised me of the progress and root cause of the issue. Great service!

Prior to calling React I had Jon Wayne come for the same problem. The claimed to have cleared the blockage but told I would need to have it cleaned more thoroughly at cost of about $1,100. I was told the current cleaning would probably last a while. Two days later I had the same problem which should not have surprised me since they did not guarantee the job. I then decided to call React Fast Plumbing who responded very quickly. They analyzed the problem and explained what needed to be done very clearly. They performed the work efficiently at a reasonable price, much less than their competitor. They also provided me with a 6 month guarantee. I am extremely pleased with the quality of their service.

It went better and easier than expected. They were able to come the same day and fixed the problem quickly. The issue was with the height of the flange. It needed to be raised higher and bolted down into the subfloor. The flange extender w/attached wax ring we tried to use initially was a waste of money. Thank god for React Fast Plumbing! :-)

Jerry was very helpful and customer service oriented by taking almost an hour of his day to educate me on my broken water heater and the exact issue I was having. After our conversation, I knew this was the person I wanted to do business with. He arrived on time, and work was completed very quickly and thoroughly. Jerry now has all my plumbing business and I've told my friends about him.

He tried snaking from the roof vent. No go in twists and turns of drain. Then he worked from under the sink and success. All kinds of black sludge, as seen from outside master drain clean out pipe.. Recommended not using harsh chemicals in cast iron pipes, which we have. Chemicals can degrade pipes and turns food to sludge. He was courteous, friendly, knowledgeable, and even cleaned up after. No "sales pitch" but did give us good information. He is on the top of my list for plumbing servies.

Jerry was great. Arrived on time and provided excellent service. Provided an estimate for the repairs needed and was right on the money. Repair was not easy with the one piece since it had to be removed from its seating in order to gain access to the open area in the rear.

Owner was confrontational and rude. I had told the office manager I may not be at the house but there would be adults here. She told me she would have the plumber call and give me an estimate and secure payment. I had to leave, just like I told her I would. I arrived and the plumber confronted me and told me he had been waiting and customers were now waiting on me and how rude it was that I didn't think of others and that I was what was wrong with society today. I contacted the office and asked where the break down in communication was to find out that it was the owner, so of course he isn't going to do anything about the rude behavior and poor interaction. I apologized to the owner for the miscommunication by his office and suggested that he make sure that the information being given out by his office was accurate and that if he needed someone onsite and would not call with an estimate and to secure payment that she not tell people that. She apologized. I let him know I contacted his office and that was when he told me I was what was wrong with America today. I picked him because he had a 5 rating, and he did fix the issue quickly and arrived early. However, his lack of customer service skills and his inability to accept responsibility and be accountable for his office's miscommunication, is completely unprofessional. Will not call them again. I waited 3 days because of his 5 star rating and the online coupon, but it was not worth it. I should have used Beyer Boys. At least if I had a problem with their plumber, they would address it.

Awesome. Plumber not only fixed it he showed us how the garbage disposal was rusted and leaking. He provided a better quality product. Fixed everything perfectly. He was on time, very professional and cleaned up the area. Very pleased.

Went well initially but pressure kept increasing 10-15min afterwards and it shouldn't have. The new pressure valve should have helped stabilize. After a few rounds of setting and monitoring, it still wasn't stable. Jerry was very professional and didn't leave until he figured it out. After 3 hours and a few calls (to the city and part manufacturer), we figured out it was related to the water expansion tank on the water heater. He immediately helped fill it with air pressure and it seemed to stabilize.

To put it simply, everything went superbly. Punctuality is a big deal to me and Jerry showed up 10 minutes early. He was dressed professionally and, after introducing himself, inquired immediately as to the problem and its location. We showed him to the master bath and he got right to work diagnosing the issue with the sink. He talked us through everything he was doing and explained to us how the "coupon" we purchased through Angie's List would work. He showed us a problem that would not require immediate work but would likely be a problem in a few years. We really appreciated that since it will likely be an expensive fix and this way we can save up for it. The sink was missing a seal which he quickly replaced and sealed before setting to work on the toilet. He had to pull and reset the toilet, replace the wax seals and bolts, and reseal the bottom of the bowl. Total time was maybe 2 hours but he only charges by the job and not by the hour so it didn't cost us anything extra for the time. The cost was approximately $200 plus the "coupon" which was about $90 for a total of $300. Jerry was cordial and professional the entire time. We will definitely be calling him again for any of our future plumbing needs though I doubt we will bother with the Angie's List coupon as it didn't really save us any money.

First of all, I had 3 other contractors with A ratings quote me $9000 (to start) to $15,000 to replace all the pipes under my kitchen. They would need to dig from the side of the house and remove a lot of the foundation to replace the pipes. Not one of the other contractors suggested anything different. Each time I had the kitchen clean-out snaked and prayed I could make it until the house sold. Finally, Jerry from React-fast came along. Jerry said he could dig straight down under the kitchen sink and replace the elbow, which is most often where the most damage is. In less than two days, Jerry had replaced the elbow and had the kitchen running, only to find out the problem was much bigger. All the pipes leading to the garage were busted too and the washer was flooding the garage. Jerry said he would apply the cost of the pipe under the sink if I were to have the entire job completed; I had no choice. Thank goodness Jerry was able to run the pipes from the sink and dishwasher, through the garage, and out the side of the house where he dug all the way around the house and tied to the bathroom plumbing I had replace two years ago. The whole thing took two days, while digging under the house would have taken 2 to 3 weeks, and the final cost was $500 less than every other contractor's starting price. As if that weren't enough, Jerry and his coworkers were extremely kind and pleasant the entire time. I would say I will never go anywhere else again, but I may not never need plumbing help again after the job they did. Awesome.

Jerry arrived ahead of scheduled time. Turned off water, replaced shut-off valves and turned water back on. He proceeded to remove and replace faucets, supply lines and drains. The seals for the drains, provided in the faucet kit, were smaller than required. One leaked. Jerry had a larger one available and replaced the leaking one. Leak resolved. Very satisfied with the work performed.

Mr. Guzman checked the flanges and discovered one flange was loose. He was able to do a minor repair to secure. Also shimmed one toilet due to a floor tile being raised slightly, causing toilet to wobble. Checked that the water shut off valves worked properly and the supply lines were good. Inspected for leaks and that toilets flushed properly before leaving.
