I think I was satisfied. They just drained the water heater. I think that was it. They told me there was some rust in the water heater and that it would need to be replaced at some point but I could go ahead and wait until it went out. I didn't really shop around a lot as far as prices. I think, like I said my husband handles a lot of this, but I think we actually did use them to replace our water heater after that.

Everything went as expected....purchased 69 deal. Very satisfied. Definitely recommend React fast to someone looking for a plumber. Honest, reliable, & fair.

The guys that came out were courteous. They were good, on time very puntual. One guy even climbed up on the roof to look at an issue. They even sold me something for my drains to flush down the toilet and I haven't had an issue with it since.

They were friendly, prompt, and efficient. I would use them again.

While installing new countertops in our kitchen the installation team accidentally broke off the sink drain pipe (PVC) at the wall. I do a lot of plumbing work around the house but was concerned that I would damage the drain pipe in the wall if I tried to remove the broken PVC pipe myself. All that is required is to heat the broken pipe to release the adhesive and remove the broken piece, but I still figured this I would rather be safe and have a professional plumber come and take a look, just in case more damage is there than I can see. The plumber arrived the next day, on time, and was very friendly. When he looked at the situation he immediately grimaced and stated that it would likely take 3 to 4 hours. He quoted me $285 and I felt that for typical plumbers working 3-4 hours this cost is reasonable. He started working and was done within 45 minutes. He handed me the bill for $285 and I was pretty shocked that he was still charging me the full amount considering he was there 25% of the estimated time. The only parts involved were a new trap and less than 12 inches of drain pipe, all of which can be purchased at Lowe's for less than $15. I can honestly say that I am happy with the quality of work that was performed, and ultimately the end result is that I have functioning plumbing as intended. However, I cannot get over the fact that I feel I was duped into being made to believe this was a much bigger job than it actually was. $285 is an exorbitant price to pay for the amount of work completed and because of this I can in no way recommend this company to anyone, nor will I be using them in the future. I hate to let money be the driving force behind an otherwise quality job, but ultimately I feel that they owe it to their customers to given them fair pricing.

Our water heater stopped working and we purchased a heater and installation from a big box store. The installer for the big box wanted to tear out a wall just to verify the path of the flue or they wouldn't touch it. We agreed that wasn't a preferred solution so we had a water heater with no way to install. As I hunted for a plumber, I called React-Fast and they couldn't fit us in for a couple of days. Rather than leave us waiting, The owner's wife (sorry I don't remember her name) suggested we take a spot on their schedule while we searched other plumbers for an earlier installation time. I can't talk about their plumbing, but this shows an company attitude that is customer centered. We ended up using another plumber that could come out a day earlier, but I'll keep React-Fast in mind for our future needs.

React-Fast Plumbing flushed out the water heater, They did a good good job. I was very surprised my water heater is about 12 years old. I would use them in the future.

Jerry arrived on time and the work went flawlessly. He cleaned up so well you could not tell he had been there. I have used Jerry twice in the past with similar results and his prices are fair and reasonable. On top of that he is a genuinely nice person.

The owner performed the work and did an excellent job. I would definitely call him in the future. he was awesome, on time, very knowledgeable and efficient. His price was very reasonable and he was a total gentleman which is rare these days. I felt assured that my system will be in working order for a long time as long as React Fast Plumbing is able to service my unit each and everytime. I would HIGHLY recommend this company. If you haven't had your water heater drained and serviced, you're setting yourself up for problems with the hard water here in San Antonio. I have a water softener and when I was able to, I would drain and take care of it myself at least once a year but for the reasonable price, I now know who to call and by watching his work, I also know I can trust them to do a great job. The deal was so popular it took some time to make an appointment. They called as a reminder and arrived 10 minutes early. I had them in 2012 and will continue to call for their service as they are reliable, professional and pleasant.

They were prompt and courteous. I will definitely use them again.

They came out pretty quickly after I purchased it. They were professional, gave me some information about my hot water heater, and did not try to upsell me on anything I did not need. I was happy with the experience.

They pretty much demanded putting the faucet on. It only stayed on for about one month because I was replacing the hot water heater, which I told them. The hot water heater was over 45 years old. They gave my a price for a new hot water heater and it was way over. I would not recommend them. They were nice.

Went well. He gave us the coupon discount even though it had already expired. And we asked him to also check out our kitchen faucet which was dripping. He fixed it for free and showed me how to do it myself next time.

They installed a new faucet that we had purchased ,but the faucet had a faulty part. After they left, we had a leak, but they came back and fixed it for no charge.

They did the work however, they were pushy as far as wanting me to try purchased a new water heater. For that reason I would not use them again.

Today is Friday. Moving van coming on Saturday. Closing house sale Monday. Did not need leak under bathroom sink! Jerry and son came ahead of scheduled time. Performed their work in an exemplary manner and were very respectful and polite as well. Got the job done in no time at all! If you need a plumber, call them!

Jerry and Jerry, Jr promptly arrived at the appointed time. We decided to install an ice maker box with valve on the wall behind the refrigerator. Jerry also suggested to replace the old water supply line at the same time with one not given to easy leaking. After this job was finished, he proceeded to install an instant hot water controlled faucet at the kitchen sink. Again, I was very impressed with the professionalism, the knowledge and the friendliness of the repair men. The work place was left cleaned up and neat. I will refer React Fast to all my friends and acquaintances without hesitation.

They definitely REACT FAST! I called them in the morning and he was here within 90 min! Very quickly assessed where it was leaking and explained thoroughly the work that needed to be done. Had the part on hand and was done within an hour. Seriously impressed. Very professional and friendly!

I called React-Fast to check a leaking shower which they performed a standard shower pan leak test. This was over with within 10 minutes at most which I was informed that the pan was not the issue. The issue was that the door was leaking and would need to be pulled and reset properly to stop water from leaking into the wall. During the time from when the test were performed and I could schedule them back, we also found a leak in the front yard which was the water cut-off valve. React-Fast was able to replace the valve and has been working great ever since. The shower however was not fixed and was improperly diagnosed. The door was not properly sealed however it did minimize the water leak between the metal frame and tile shower. The main problem was the shower pan which should have been known from the very beginning. For the amount of money paid out to React-Fast, I would have expected a more accurate diagnoses. After having someone else come out and inform me properly that the pan was indeed leaking, I am now having them tear out the shower and rebuild. I personally would not contact React-Fast for any complicated type work. I believe that they are capable of performing a new install or fixing easy jobs however they are not very good at determining if a shower pan is leaking. If you dont mind overpaying for mediocre work that may or may not resolve your problem then please contact React-Fast, otherwise get some other quotes. I would be more than happy to share my experience with photos if you would like to know more about the situation.
