I called the office about four different times on four different dates before I could set an appointment. After the service was done I noticed about a week later that my pressure relief valve was now leaking water and that the water was not as hot as it had been prior to the service.

We have their name in our phones! They are always prompt to return calls. They tried each time to accommodate our schedules, were never late for their appointments, and always were professional. We will always call on them first. Thank you!

My experience overall was very dissatisfying. They overcharged for additional services and were very pricey. He was only there for less that an hour for the flushing. I would not recommend this company to others.

great service, great customer service. came over to give me a estimate to install 2 commodes. in less then 3 hours both commodes were installed. A litte pricey but then you get what you pay for. Master plumber. Work is guarantee for one year and yes i would do business with them again..

I have used this company a number of times and their work is straight forward and dependable. You will pay a professional price but a reasonable price. I am confident I will use them the next time I need plumbing services. One more note on price. React Fast installed my water heater on a special they were advertising. Since I already paid another firm $75 just to tell me I needed a new water heater (ouch) I called that firm back beforehand to see if they would match that price, including the $75 toward the total, which they said that 75 went toward repairs. The other plumbing company, starts with a W, would not even consider it at the price. They acted like I was trying to scam them. Enough said. So it was to my benefit to be out the $75 and still use React Fast.

Excellent service provider. Clearly explained all details of the coupon work (flush and inspection); discovered that the anode was severely corroded and needed replacement (a normal occurrence given the age of the water heater). Did not try to "upsell" at any point.

.There was standing water in the area where the city water meter is located. I contacted SAWS first and they took over 24hrs to respond. After it was determined the leak was from an area I was responsible for, I contacted React-Fast plumbing. They returned my call immediately and since it was late in the afternoon they promised to be out first thing next morning. By 8:15AM the next day, Jerry was outside my house. He quickly confirmed where the leak was coming from (A coupler on the PC pipe). The leak location was under the side-walk so he had to remove a small portion of the sidewalk to get to the repair.He worked continuously for over 3hrs to fix the leak. Fix it He did, with a 1 year warranty on parts and labor. I was impressed with his attitude and professionalism in doing the repair. He took photo's before and after and explained in detail what work was to be preformed. Afterwords he explained and showed me what he had done. I was completely satisfied with him and he will be the first I call if a plumbing need arises again. A+ all the way around.

I gave Jerry a history of my problems at the location of the water leak before he started work. Jerry had to dig out the area of the leak adjacent to the house foundation to locate the source of the leak. After clearing the area of the leak, turning on the water, he found the source of the leak; it was right at the foundation. The copper tubing at the foundation wall had a twist to it caused by improper repair. He had to jack hammer around the copper tubing to solder a copper extension at the foundation wall. After that, he added an expandable extension tube between the foundation copper extension and the shutoff valve in the immediate area. I was extremely impressed the clean quality work he did and there was no twisting of copper tubing like there was before. From now on if I have a plumbing problem, I'm calling React-Fast Plumbing. I called on morning of 7/23/2013 and received appointment for that afternoon. Jerry (owner) arrived promptly at 1:00 PM. Went to work immediately wlth appropriate equipment and one assistant. Finished the job in approximately one hour. Outstanding performance from a professional. This is my second review of this provider.

Family business, father and son came out and were on time and professional, also very nice. They checked my water heater and then explained to me what needed to be done, then gave me two choices. Replace the Anode Rod because my tank was still in good condition or buy a new water heater, I choose the Anode Rod. They had to get the part and come back another day, so they came back the following week and did the work. They were fast and efficient and showed me the old Anode Rod, which was totally disintegrated. This family owned business is a winner and I would definitely use them again.

My experience with React-Fast Plumbing was fine. Everything went according to schedule. They were there at the appointment, as scheduled and completed the work as promised.

Discovered that faucet wouldn't turn off. Looked on Angie's List, called React-Fast. They came when I asked and repaired the part. They are also general contractors so I had some other work done as well.

They arrived on time, were very courteous and professional, and were in and out in less than an hour. Best of all, they didn't try to sell me a new hot water heater like most places would, and told me mine would last a long while. I always thouthought you had to replace the entire hot water heater when it's time, but they told me you can replace just the core for a lot less. I will be calling them for future service and for any other plumbing issues that come up.

They were really bad. We had a plumbing emergency. They broke a fixture on the front of our house. They told me to go buy a part at home depot. My last plumber would have never told me to go buy a part. The guy was the one who broke it. I thought that was super unprofessional and I was really disappointed. They did not charge us to replace it. They needed to remove the cap to get to the clogged drain and that was when they broke it. They did unclog the drain, but I was extremely disappointed with their professionalism. They were right on time. I would not use them again.

He was very honest and professional even though he knew that he probably would not be the one to replace the water heater because we have a home protection plan on our appliances and would need to contact them regarding the replacement of the water heater.

React-Fast Plumbing are good. They told me I didn't need a new water heater now, but I might want to consider purchasing one in a year to two years.

The fellow arrived on time, drained the water heater, checked everything out, and said water heater was in good shape. When I purchased the water heater, I was told to drain it once a year and it would last a long time. Of course we had never drained it, so was glad to have that done. Good price and good job.

I used an Angie's List Big Deal special offer for this service. It went very well, although I was not there since it was for my rental home in San Antonio. Judging by what my tenants told me the plumbers showed up on time and did a thorough job. They let me know when they were finished with the job and they did not overcharge or try to find other things wrong with my plumbing system or the water heater. They gave everything a clean bill.

It went fine. I don't like the one there, to me I've felt that they were just trying to find something wrong to add to the price, that was just my opinion. The price was fair.

The whole experience was quick, courteous and professional.

The appointment was easy to set up. Jerry arrived on time. He's worked at my house before and he wanted to check previous work because he wanted to make sure everything was still okay. When he checked a drain he had cleaned before, he cleaned it again (at no charge) because he said there was something about the pipe drain he wanted to make sure was cleared properly. The work was done quickly. Everything was picked up and no "mess" was left behind. Good experience.
