React Fast Plumbing

This is a rather late review, but worth submitting: They replaced a rusted, old hose bib. They did the work quickly and professionally. That went so well, that I had them replace my kitchen sink faucet while they were there. All went very smoothly and still working well.

My experience with them was very good. They came out and were on time and did a good job. I believe the people who did the work were a father and son. They were very nice and went right to work. They wasted no time and did the job. They were very courteous and very pleasant. They were really very nice people. They were very good.

They were good. The work was satisfactory.

He gave me a 10% discount so I actually paid $648. I thought he did a good job but I also thought the price was on the high side. He was here approximately 3 hours. Yes, I would use him again (very nice man and very professional) but I think I would get his quote to go with a couple of other quotes. In my opinion, for the 3 hours he was here, even at $100/hour + parts, his price was sorta over the top, which disappointed me cause I really wanted to find a go-to plumber in SA.

Called the company last week and was promptly answered by Mary, She was impressive in the way she handled herself. She made a commitment for the following day at 2:30 PM. Mary stated she would call me prior to the plumber coming. I received a telephone call from Mary the next day alerting me that the plumber, Jerry, was on his way and would be at my home at approx. 2:30 PM. Jerry arrived and quickly went to work. He concluded that both toilets needed a major reconstruction due to a very heavy build up of calcium. I explained that you could not see the leak immediately. It took a while before a puddle of water would collect. Jerry fixed the toilet then went on to fix the second toilet. After completing the work he went back to the first one to recheck and insure there were no leaks. The leak still existed and he committed to replacing the whole toilet. He discovered there was a hair line crack that was not visible to he eye and it took a long time for the water to appear hence the feeling that the problem was corrected. Jerry installed a brand new toilet yesterday. I was very satisfied with his performance and his strong desire to please the customer. He was a man of his word by charging me the price he originaly quoted. He was generous in his discount. I will certainly call on him again for any future needs,

Wow. Wow. Wow. After having really bad experiences with previous plumbers, it was wonderful to find React Fast plumbing. From Mary who works in the office, to Jerry and the team coming out to the house, I couldn't have asked for better service. They are punctual, and if they are running late, they call and update you. They are polite, and patient, and explain things in great detail. Being a recent widow, and not an plumbing expert, it was very reassuring to have them there. They are mindful of what insurance may or may not cover, so they review it with you prior to cutting into walls, etc. They provide solid advice, and are extremely personable -- you know you're getting an honest deal. When we found out about dangerous issue with gas water heater, they rearranged their day to accommodate me and ensure our house was safe. I've had to call them out on a couple of other items, and it's continued to be WONDERFUL service. React Fast was the right team, and as far as I'm concerned, will be my only plumber from here on.

My tenant called me at 3:00pm and said that neither the master bath shower nor the guest bath tub would drain and that water was coming back up in the bathrooms from under the toilets. It sounded bad, so I called react fast plumbing and Jerry said he could be there in 30 minutes. I told him OK, but honestly did not think he' be there that quick. The tenant called me at 3:29 and said he was there--he was one minute early! I met him a few minutes after that at the property and it took us awhile to find the clean out, but we did. He cleared the clog and threw in a new clean out cap for free. He was done in a little over an hour. You might think $285.00 sounds expensive for an hour, but relative to others, it is not. They have the equipment to take care of the problems and they get it done right. He didn't try to up-sell me anything. Last time I had a clogged drain they told me they needed to run a camera in the line and wanted like $350.00 bucks just for that--before cleaning the line. React Fast was honest, professional, quick and fair. I will use them again for my plumbing needs. I had an Angies list coupon for 5% off, but forgot to give it to him. They did such a good job I won't even try to redeem it now. Job well done--I highly recommend them.

Very knowledgable, very neat, polite. Knew what he was doing, He was good at explaining things. Very prompt!

We knew from a previous estimate that our gas water heater needed replacing and the lines needed to be updated. I called in the morning and got a same day appointment for Jerry to come out and look at our water heater and give us an estimate on replacing. The prices were excellent compared to my earlier quote and we were able to upgrade to a 50 gallon water heater for much less than we had originally thought. He scheduled our replacement for 2 days later and was right on time. Everything went as planned and he hauled away the old water heater and cleaned up as well. We are very happy with the receptionist and plumber, both were friendly and very responsive. We will definitely be using them again.

They performed a flush of the system and confirmed all the connections were dry. They gave us a recommendation regarding the useful life of the heating element (five years) given our water source. Overall, it was a good visit.

This gentleman was an expert and knowledgeable in replacing a commode. Fantastic.

The service was excellent. He wore shoe booties while in our house. They were very professional and came out on a Saturday which was excellent. I'm very satisfied with the service.

appointment scheduling - easy arrived on time drain/flush - a 30 years old water heater tank, inspected heating tank condition/over-pressure relief valve etc. reported the tank condition as good iaw the actual flush out/temperature condition.

Had an appointment for Tuesday 11-26-13 but fortunately Jerry's office called and said that they were able to come out today 11-25-13 and take a look to see what the problem was. Thank you Mary, just as you said you would call if it was possible for the React-Fast to come out earlier than Tuesday. Outstanding customer service from the office! Thank you for the speedy reaction time! When React-Fast arrived Jerry introduce himself professionally with a smile. I took him to the side of the house and showed him where the leak was and he knew exactly what it was and what had to be done. Jerry explained to me what he was going to do and quoted me the flat rate price upfront. After I signed the authorization to proceed with the work, Jerry and his assistant did not waste no time, they got all their tools together and starting digging the ground to expose the leak and sure enough it was a cracked PVC pipe at the elbow. Jerry informed me he had to turn the main water valve off to replace the pipes, not only did he replace the broken elbow but also replace at least five other extensions connect to it. They turned the main water valve back on and wait to see if there was anymore leaks or problems with the repair job. I must say he did an outstanding and honest job, they cleaned up and did not leave any debris behind. He definitely knows his trade! I will definitely be calling React-Fast again for any plumbing issues.

Very professional and knowledgeable. Was able to come out the first day we called and quickly identified the problem. Worked around my schedule to come back and replace the entire drain system. Worked quickly and explained exactly what he was going to do. Great overall service!

Jerry was prompt and very professional. He checked out what need to be done, explained what he was going to do and got right to work. The copper pipe to one of the hose bibs was sticking out about 3/4" too far and needed to be cut first. He then changed out both bibs. He double checked the work and cleaned up the work areas. Did an excellent job. He is very courteous, friendly and honest. The woman who makes the calls to notify you about Jerry's arrival status (think her name is Mary) was also very pleasant. I definitely will use React-Fast Plumbing for all my future plumbing needs!

This is my third review of this provider. I originally found him on Angie's List and used him again because of outstanding service on previous problems. I called on the afternoon of 10/7/13 and requested appointment for the next day. Jerry arrived on time with appropriate gear and ready to work. Immediately identified the problems and related issues with pipes and routing. Described recommended solution, quoted fair price, and commenced work. He finished quickly but performed his usual professional work with skill and efficiency. A bonus is that he explains everything he is going to do before he does it in case I have questions or concerns.

It went good. I don't remember any trouble with anything and nothing stood out really. I just paid them the price of the big deal. I would use them again.

The experience was excellent. The person who came out went through an entire process of explaining what hard water does to appliances here in Texas, since I am from Philadelphia. He even went out and checked the water sprinkler system in my yard. He was very nice, polite and patient because I was asking him all kinds of questions.

He did a good job. The guy was prompt and did what I asked him to do. It was a good experience overall.

They used assessed the situation correctly and had to work for awhile. They cleared the back up and cleaned up the mess.. Every thing worked perfectly and my mom was so relieved
