Very professional, and quick response. I am new to the area, so it is good to know that I now have plumber I can use in the future.

Arrived 15 minutes early. Gave estimate,replaced faucet that was leaking with higher quality faucet than original one. Cost $125 which is the range I thought it should be. Would absolutely use them in future.

Contacted React-Fast Plumbing for an appointment and gave us an appointment early morning 2 days later. They arrived 10 minutes before appointment time and proceeded immediately to find the leak. Used instrument to determined that the leak was the hot water line behind the kitchen sink about 12 in. in the cement slab. Covered furniture and removed breakable items so that they would not fall during the jack hammer process. Jack hammered area, found leak, and left for a few minutes to get self-leveling cement to repair hole. Came back and filled in hole. Very professional, took attention to detail, worked quickly and efficiently. Personnel was friendly and impressionable. Will definetly call them again if we ever have another plumbing issue.

They went far beyond the water heater. I had them check other appliances and they did all that for free. They told me what they had done to the water heater and what steps I should take to ensure its continuing performance. They also informed me what might go wrong in the future and they provided me with the price if I wanted it done. I had a minor issue which needed additional charge but I was given the option to decline it and I never felt I was being pressured. They gave an explanation and it seemed reasonable to do it. Those two guys were really good.

Ok, friendly, master plumber.

I did extensive research on toilets and picked Gerber. I looked for a plumber who carried Gerber and found React-Fast. Checked them out on Angie's list and they have an outstanding rating. Made an appointment and Jerry, the owner and a master plumber, came out. After a discussion about products he convinced me my research was right. Gave me a price of $1130 for two toilets in-stalled and disposal of the old ones. Toilets do not come with toilet seats any more, but Jerry provided two top of the line self closing seats at no charge. Jerry is one of the sharpest plumbers I've ever used-both knowledge and appearance. We had to change the installation date once waiting for one toilet to arrive. Jerry said it would take 3 hours for the job, but finished in 21/2. I have never seen a plumber take such pains with a job. Every detail was precisely done and spotlessly cleaned up. It was the best plumbing experience I've ever had.

They were fine and did the work what needed to be done so that we could use our kitchen sink again. They were prompt and courteous and came when they say they would. It has been good so far with the plumbing. They did a lot of work so the price seemed okay to us for the work they did. They are very responsive and live up to their aim.

I had a very good experience with them. They came in, did what they were supposed to do, and finished the job on time. We made them recommendations and I was pleased. It was outstanding.

I was contacted within an hour after emailing the service provider. I was able to schedule an appointment within two days. The technician was courteous and professional and performed the work quickly and left the repair area in a cleanly manner. I will use for future projects.

Jerry arrived promptly at 9 am. He analyzed the problem, explained what would be done and provided a written estimate. He was very efficient, and he completed the job in about 30 minutes. He then gave me a demonstration of how everything worked. I will definitely call on Jerry again for any future plumbing needs.

It was a while back, but I believe everything turned out well. They did what they said they would do. I don't remember anything negative. We have harder water. We also have a water softener, but in our old house we went through three water heaters so I should probably think about having them come back out again.

Plumber arrived soon after I got a call from office. We thought leak was in yard but Jerry quickly diagnosed that it was coming from water meter. He dug around it and tried to fix leak but discovered the water meter on city side was not shutting water off. City had to come and plug meter so leak could be fixed. We thought city would then fix but they didn't. Jerry came back out, fixed leak. We then called city to unplug meter and Jerry covered hole. He was very professional and we really appreciated his knowledge which convinced city workman to call his supervisor and now our 30 plus year meter will be replaced sometime in the future.

The used excellent quality hoses. The job was done quickly and professionally.

They were in my house for an hour. The price was very good - they gave me an Angie's List discount.

We had originally called because of a small mystery leak underneath our kitchen sink. When Jerry first came by he said the small bit of water was coming from our old kitchen faucet. We could either have him reseal and fix the old one or go out and buy a new faucet and he'd replace it for less than the cost of fixing the old one, granted we'd be paying for a new faucet too. We went with the new faucet. Jerry left with no charge and, after about one week, I finally made it out to buy the new faucet and called him back. They accommodated our new appointment quickly and it took Jerry less than one hour to replace the faucet. So happy we went that route! He was lovely and blended in nicely to the morning routine of my 14 month old and myself. We will definitely call them for any future plumbing issues.

We had a clogged toilet drain that has been a continuing headache. I was able to unclog the toilet with a plunger, which lasted a couple of days, and it would get clogged again. Since we have a septic system for our property it was important to know of the pipe's integrity. We were very pleased with their work and glad they were able to correct it and give us peace of mind about the condition of the drain pipe.

Very pleased with the result. Will use them again next year.

It went really well. This was the first time I had used them, and I would use them again in the future as well as recommend them to others. The tech that came out was really nice and did great work. I’ve already recommended him to a friend!
