The visit was excellent. Even though he could not repair the leak (it was coming from the AC unit in the attic), Jerry did a great job of walking me through the steps he was taking to find the source of the leak and spent time showing me the AC unit and explaining how the leak was traveling from the AC unit to the living. He was utterly pleasant and professional throughout and I would use React Fast again in an instant.

I hired these guys and they said they can't replace it. He said the hose bib would have to be broken for him to fix it. They said do yours it would be and extra $125. They stated it was because we didn't have our own hose bib. Providing one was never stated in the deal or during the conversation I had with them on the phone.

He did a good job. The only thing I did not like is that I wanted a different type of faucet and they did the round one, and I like the ones that look like an ‘I’. Other than that there is not a complaint, they did a good job. There weren’t any additional charges. My husband didn’t have any complaints or concerns so I am sure everything was fine, otherwise he would have shared that with me. The price was reasonable.

Showed up as scheduled and worked quickly. They didn't try to upsell us on anything. They were very busy with their BIG DEAL offer through Angie's List, but still fit us in the day after I purchased it.

They are a husband and wife team. It was our first time to use them and I remember they came out very quickly. They automatically gave us the Angie's List discount too. They were prompt and I will use them again.

I was going to replace a toilet that keep cloging up with a Gerber toilet. I got the part number off of one that I had replaced with home owners insurance and called Gerber to order one so they gave me the phone number of React-Fast Plumbing & Rooter. I talked to Jerry and he said he had the one I wanted and made me a good deal on it. Jerry was very professional with no wasted motion, he knew exactly what he needed to do and hauled off the old toilet. We like the slow close lid he installed. Yes I would call him again.

Excellent. React-Fast actually happened with same day service and a year guarantee. Jerry came by for an estimate the same day that I called, got the job and finished it on the spot. I couldn't have asked for anything more.

It went very well. The plumber arrived on time and began work right away. He assessed the situation and made the repairs better than the original. I was very pleased with the way the repairs were handled. He checked to make sure there were no leaks and made sure all of the faucets inside were working properly after the repair. I would highly recommend this plumbing company to anyone who needs repairs or any type of plumbing work. They were very responsive and punctual. A breath of fresh air after the disaster of yesterday when the plumber didn't bother to show up or call until after the latest time only to tell my husband that he couldn't come for another hour or so; then told his boss that my husband cursed at him because he hung up on my husband, so this experience was SOOOO much better!!!!

Have had a shower leak for months and could not identify problem. Was able to get a quick appointment with React-Fast Plumbing. They arrived on time and identified the problem within 5 minutes. Fixed the problem quickly and professionally. Very, very pleased with this company.

I have this done every year and it went very well. They do a great job every time they come out, and they never charge any other fees ? which I always have to watch for in San Antonio.

The technician was punctual. The work was done quickly, professionally, and the quality of work was exceptional. It is nice to see a company that takes pride in their workmanship. Now we have our plumbers of choice for future needs.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. It was okay. There were no additional charges. They were pretty fast. It was nothing spectacular. I would use them again if I had to, otherwise no.

Very courteous, efficient. Knew problem right away. Unclogged drain coming from kitchen sink. Told me probably from garbage disposal - not flushing enough with water after chopped up material. I used Big Buy coupon.

I bought a "big deal" and the provider contacted me the same day. They set up the appointment for a few days later. Came out on time and replaced both outdoor faucets. no fuss, no muss.

I took advantage of the special on replacement of outside faucets. Mine were 35 years old and difficult to turn. Turning knobs were chipped, rust, etc. They came at the appointed time and went to work right away. 30 minutes for all 3 faucets. Your water will have to be turned off which they will do.

It went great. The technician was on time, pleasant and very professional. He completed his work in short order and did a very good job. I plan on using this company's services again in the future.

Received a call from Mary about 20 minutes after I posted via Angie's List. I had mentioned that next week would be fine but, Mary said she could send a plumber out today. Ten minutes before the appointment time Jerry arrived and assessed the situation, went to his truck to retrieve the needed part. Installed, test, all within 20 minutes. Excellent service. Jerry, the plumber, was very friendly and knowledgeable. Will request his return if I have plumbing needs in the future,

Scheduled a service call on a Monday for a Wednesday 1pm appointment time. I was told it was an approximate time and I would be notified if there was a delay. At 2pm, after not hearing from anyone I called the office, I was told they had not heard from their plumber and they would be calling them to find out a status. She phoned back, said she couldn't get a hold of the plumber but would call me and let me know a status. Another hour passes, I finally get a call and was told he could be there within an hour. After 2 hours of waiting...no thank you. They offered to reschedule for another day but after having to take off of work once for a no show...we'll go with another company.

They did a fine job. They are good at flashing the water heater.
