I noticed a slight dip in water pressure after the install. I plan to reach out to them to have a look. But I am satisfied that they will give me a great customer service experience. There is a need depending on where you live to have the job certified by San Antonio inspector. React Fast plumbing does not have any control over the schedule, but Mary did a great job keeping me in the loop as she tried to coordinate this for me. Definitely will use them again for any of my plumbing needs.

Contacted React-Fast Plumbing on Friday about a leaking shower faucet. They advised they would try to have someone drop by to check it. Service tech arrived and discovered faucet wasn't dripping anymore. I called the office and said I wanted to replace the cartridge anyway as I suspected it was going bad. I was scheduled for Wednesday. On Sunday the faucet gave out and the faucet began leaking a steady stream of hot water. I called React-fast plumbing first thing Monday and was told they would try to work me in their already scheduled service calls for that day. I was called later in the day and told a tech would be at my residence in 45 minutes. Personnel arrived within that time. Upon checking the make, model of my faucet it was discovered they didn't have the part needed on their truck. They went and picked one up. The defective cartridge didn't come out easily and the recommended extraction tool was used. Still had hard time removing defective cartridge. Eventually it came out and the replacement was installed. Personnel were courteous and professional. Would highly recommend and will use them again in the future.

Professional and courteous, the estimate was somewhat high and not a very competitive price.

He came out and installed the water heater. Afterwards, the inspector said he didn't do it right; he still had things to do to bring it up to code. The inspector called them. I called them and they said they would come out and fix it for free. After the guy fixed it, he tried to charge me another $685 dollars. I had to argue with him because I was told it would not cost me anything to have it finished since it wasn’t completed the first time.

The plumber who came out was friendly, professional, the work seems good quality. He came when scheduled. The price was as quoted and he just tried to find something to inflate the price above the bid and when he couldn't he had to resort to not finishing the job saying he would have to come back out! Don't use this company unless you have lot's of experience in remodeling, set everything up so it is absolutely clear what is to be done...then be prepared to stand your ground and don't let them try to inflate the price over their written bid

It went really well. The guy was on time and very courteous and polite. He knew exactly what he was doing.

They were great! I called, and within 2 hours, the work had begun and the leak fixed within a VERY reasonable amount of time (considering some issues we faced with the city due to the meter that were beyond his control). I highly recommend this company. I'll be using them for all my plumbing needs from now on. Wonderful customer service!

They changed an outside faucet for me. They sent out one plumber who was timely in completing the work.

I found them on Angie's List. There was nothing bad about them, I only thought the price was high. They came and did their job. I bought the parts myself.

Took the technician less then 5 min.

First call $270 One evening the sewer line that services two bathrooms had backed up. The next morning I called React-Fast plumbing. The person I spoke with was very pleasant and was able to fit me into the schedule that morning! Jerry arrived on time and got to work quickly unclogging and examining the sewer pipeline. On inspection he saw a small section of the pipe appeared to have lime scale build up blocking 80% of the pipes diameter. He informed me that it was most likely due to backflow he saw in that section of the pipe. The heaviness of the earth sitting on the pipe causes a dip so wastewater does not completely drain from that area, water sits, which allows scale to build up. He said the only way to remedy the problem would be to replace that section. He gave me my bill with a written recommendation for work needed and what he would charge. Because of the cost of the job and with the holidays coming, I asked him how long he thought I might be able to hold off on getting this fixed? ?Like until after Christmas? I said. He chuckled and told me if it stops up before then just call and he would unclog it - FREE of charge. Second call - NO charge Two days later, toilets and showers backed up again. Called React-Fast and Jerry was at my house that morning unclogging my sewer again. At that point, I asked him to start the BIG job as soon as possible. Third call - $2,500 Jerry was able to start the BIG job the next day (Friday). I received a courtesy call before he arrived and he and Xavier (his helper) arrived on time. He ran the camera to locate the problem and then informed me that the lime scale blockage was gone? He told me when he ran the auger the day before he had felt it get caught up on something and then release. At that time it must have dislodged the scale. With the scale build-up gone he can now see the spot where it was has a large ball of tree roots. He told me about a product he sells that would kill the roots ($40+/-) but that the pipe would eventually have to be replaced because it has a crack that the roots are getting through. At that point he asked me if I wanted to have him continue on with the job or hold off until a later date. I ask him if I could see the pipe and he gladly handed the camera down to Xavier to let me see. He pulled the camera through the pipe allowing me to see for myself the condition and the root ball (that looked the size of a golf ball). After seeing the mass of roots in the pipe, I told him to continue the job. He worked with me marking the cuts in the concrete to look like an extension of my existing flowerbed. He measuring and re-measuring to make it symmetrical but mostly to make me happy. While Xavier was cutting the hole in the concrete, I took the opportunity to ask Jerry about a drain cover in in the middle of my patio slab. It was sitting ½? above the ground. I asked if and how it could be fixed and how much it would cost. He said, ?Oh, nothing I?ll fix it? and went off to his truck to get the tools and fixed it in about 20 minutes. Then when he was waiting on Xavier to dig, I asked him as many plumbing questions I could think of. I asked about my water softener, my water heater, my pools plumbing etc. He saw the hose running into my pool and asked if I had a backflow preventer on the hose bibb I use to fill our old pool, which I did not. He said, ?I?ll go get one from my truck? of course I asked him the cost and again he laughed and said, ?no, I got it?. When Xavier got down to the pipe Jerry jumped in and started working on it. Then it started to rain but they continued on until it was pouring so hard it became dangerous with electric cords and power tools getting wet. Because it was forecast to rain the next day also, Jerry did a temporary fix to hold us over the weekend. Saturday about noon I got a call from Mary of React-Fast asking if it wasn?t raining on our side of town, would it be ok for Jerry to come out to complete the job? I said, ?Yes!? She dispatched Jerry and Xavier to my house and they completed the job and cleaned up area. While rinsing off their tools and boots Jerry noticed the broken jagged handle on another old hose bibb. He ran to the truck grabbed a new one, sent Xavier to turn off the water and quickly changed it out - again no charge. Conclusion I had a very good experience using React-Fast. I am a very hands-on DIY kind of person and when I can?t do it myself I?m going to be over your shoulder watching, learning, and questioning you and Jerry was ok with that. He and Xavier were polite, professional and even entertaining at times, which made the whole ordeal of a plumbing problem less stressful and unpleasant. Jerry honored his word by coming back to unclogged my sewer pipe for free. His honesty about the situation and offering me a cheaper $40 quick fix alternative could have lost him the $2,500 job for that day, but he gave me the choice. He also did small fixes for no charge. I know it was a high paying job for him and small dollar fixes, but he didn't have to do any of the extras and could have easily quoted a price and upped my bill. I would not hesitate one minute to recommend this business, they are the best!

They are great! I have used them multiple times. I feel he is very efficient, punctual, and honest.

He showed up on time and gave me the estimate. I have had them do work for me previously.

I had a sever water leak. I called two plumbers before him and the first plumber said there was no leak. He said the drainage from the rain was going under the house. It was a fast stream, going down my driveway. He did nothing. The second plumber said I had a leak, but he also said I had a foundation problem. He put gravel down and said that would help. He never found the leak. I found React-Fast in the publication. He came on Saturday to take a look on assess, it took him 15 minutes to find the leak and diagnose it. He had to go through the concrete to find the pipe. He knew where the leak was, because he is a good plumber. He came on Saturday, he cut old pipe and replaced it, put down concrete. He fixed it and he charged me less than the second plumbers who did nothing. Extremely reasonable rates. He worked for many hours.

All went well. They were on time and professional. The only thing I didn't like was the model of spigot that was used. It is not the same as what I had and I find it difficult to turn on and off and it also makes connecting the hose difficult.

The plumber was incredibly nice and did the job quickly and professionally. The faucet works great and we will not hesitate to use this company again in the future.

React Fast was very good about communicating when the plumber would arrive and he was on-time and professional. Work was done quickly and I was happy with everything when he left. A few hours after service was complete, I did notice a very slow leak on the interior shut-off valve that was replaced and notified React Fast. It was after hours when I called and I ended up leaving a message on their machine. I was called shortly thereafter and was able to set up an appointment the next day to fix the problem. I felt like they would have come back that same night if I asked but I preferred to wait. Work was completed the next day and no leaks since. All ended up exactly as I would have hoped.

Excellent, he was punctual, thorough and moved the washing machine back after he was done. And he provided a 5% Angie's List discount.

Purchased the Big Deal Coupon for the outside hose faucet replacement. What a great deal! I called earlier in the day to confirm that they would be able to come out to the house. Within the hour I had received both an Angie's List message that they would contact me and I received a phone call from Mary to set schedule an appointment. Jerry arrived promptly and went about his work quickly. He was extremely polite and knowledgeable. He quickly replaced the outside faucet and then came in to look at the other items we had discussed over the phone. The toilet in the master bath had begun to rock side to side and the internal flush/fill fixtures were not working properly. He explained everything that he would do and have to look at in order to fully diagnose the problem. He gave prices up front for the work which I considered very reasonable. After he pulled the toilet he found that it was only the wax seal that was 30% deteriorated, causing the rocking motion. No issues were with the flange. He replaced the wax seal and reset the toilet. Then replaced the fill fixture. He then looked at the additional toilet in the half bath which also had flush/fill issues. He replaced the flush/fill fixture in that toilet. Both toilets work better than ever. Jerry was great and I highly recommend him for any plumbing issues. I will definitely use his company again in the future.

When I purchase the Big Deal for one faucet replacement, I let them know I wanted to purchase a second one as well. The cost reflects price for both faucets. I was able to schedule a date that was convenient, which was confirmed in advance, and a call was made to let me know the plumber was on the way. He was pleasant and efficient - the process only took about 45 minutes total.

They did a great job and haven't had any problems. My faucet was leaking and now it is brand new!

The service was okay. It seemed like they were trying to tell bunch of other stuff, but it was alright. They did want they came to do which was to flush the water heater, but it seemed to me that while they were there, they were like telling me that they noticed that I do not have a water softer and that maybe I needed to get one of those. There were no extra charges to the Big Deal when they came. I would probably not use them in the future.
