Description of Work: We have had our water heater drained and cleaned before and for some reason it takes all day. React was fast and prompt getting the job done in a timely manner. We were very pleased.

Description of Work: hot water heater-drain and inspection. My heater is old and took extra work to do the job. I actually am having him cone back once, maybe twice. Mr. Guzman was wonderful, his office was very friendly and helpful as well.

Description of Work: I purchased a coupon to have one water heater flushed and inspected. I was not allowed to buy a second coupon for my second water heater. However, the company discounted the cost a bit (not as good as the coupon) for the second water heater. They initiated the call to schedule the appointment based on my coupon purchase. Very friendy and professional on the phone. It was easy to scheudle the appointment. I received a call when they were on their way. They were punctual and professional. They explained what they were going to do before they started and then when they finished they explained the results of the inspection.

Description of Work: Jerry from React Fast Plumbing came out with his assistant to do the flush and check of our water heaters. He discovered it was 20 years old and there were several indications that it was in poor shape and might fail in the near future. We chose to have Jerry install a new water heater, which he did the same day. Our water heater is in the utility room and it was left very clean.

Description of Work: He explained the importance of maintaining your water heater then completed the inspection & flush. His explanations were so good that I purchased future maintenance from him for he next year.

Description of Work: Excellent family owned and operated Plumbing service! I was getting ready to leave for Dallas when I noticed a leak in the bathroom. I called and they did their best to get here as fast as they could. Replaced a few parts and I was good to go! I have used them before and will continue to use them and recommend them to everyone!

Description of Work: I called on a Tuesday night at 7:30 pm and was expecting to get an answering service to setup an appointment. Instead, I was told Jerry could be at my house with in 45 minutes. Wow! That made my life a how lot easier. Jerry was upfront on his pricing and what it would take to fix our leaking kitchen faucet. He did the job and verified that everything worked and also checked my other sinks.

Description of Work: Jerry showed up early, was very nice and courteous. We had a leak in our front yard. He got right on it and completed the job in little over an hour. I will use this company again.

Description of Work: We only received an estimate for moving the hotwater heater to the utility room which meant moving the water heater to the room behind the wall from where the water heater was currently installed. The estimate was high.

Description of Work: Jerry was called to check a leak which he had previously fixed. After further investigation Jerry determined that the reason for the leak was a water psi of over 100. He ordered the necessary valve and obtained the necessary permit to put a psi valve on the inbound water line. Once done the water psi coming tinto the house was 70 (much better). The leak is much better since the psi is less. Jerry was wonderful. He wears boots inside the house. We will continue to use Jerry for any future plumbing issues.

Description of Work: I used React-Fast Plumbing to repair a leak that was in my slab so they had to remove the piping.
