Description of Work: Ernie Smith & Sons performed extraordinarily well! They identified more serious problems than what I originally anticipated. Michael came out for roof tune up, however, he found a roof leak I was not expecting. He replaced rotting decking on the front of the house and re-shingled area along with replaced seven plastic boots with lead vents. He also replaced ridge shingles at two areas of the house and one area of our detached garage. He also removed decking at water heater vent and re-shingled the entire area. Michael and his crew did an exceptional job! They were a very professional and competent company to work with. I will recommend them to my friends, family and neighbors.

Description of Work: The owner came to my house to quote replacing the roof. He was prompt and courteous, and was knowledgeable about the roofing business. I considered his quote, but ultimately went with a competitor.
