Description of Work: "B" Rating is because technician had a significant time-lapse between beginning and completion of work. The description he gave of completed work is consistent with what I expected. I am unable to go onto the roof to look.

Description of Work: Jerry Fowler, one of the sales reps for this company, inspected my roof per the request of my new homeowner's insurance company. It looked like there was damage from the street view, so the insurance company wanted a report and any damage fixed. Jerry was professional and quickly provided a written report which showed that the roof was in great shape - no work needed. Integrity and trust are paramount in this line of work, and this company will get my repeat business.

Description of Work: Very happy with service. Took a bit longer to get them to start the work on the repair than I would have wished for, but I think it is a case of a good/successful company being fairly busy and my job (which was a non-urgent smaller job) took a couple of weeks for them to get to. I want to stress that they always showed up when they said they would and work was done on-time and as agreed. Good stuff all around!

Description of Work: Arrived on time and checked roof concerns. This company installed a roof and large skylights for us a few years back and did an excellent job then and continue to do so. They go above and beyond to ensure concerns are addressed and service personnel are clean cut, professional, courteous, and are conscious of safety as they do the work. We are impressed!

Not well.
Description of Work: I called twice for an estimate. I am on a tight time line! They finally went to the house. Walked around it , left and never heard from them again. My house is a small 1 story home. I guess it was not worth the trouble to provide me with service or actually give me an estimate. As a Realtor, I am always looking for good contractors who will provide service or at least tell me that can't handle taking on any more customers.

Description of Work: Came out for a roof inspection package that included minor repairs.Technician was friendly and professional. He advised that some of the roof vents needed to be replaced and he told me he would send an estimate. After a couple of weeks I had not received anything and called them back. A couple of days later I received an email estimate.
