"Steven and Brian did a great job installing new window screens for us. They listened to what I had to say and explained everything well. They seemed straightforward in all our conversations. We had two 8 foot screens facing the front yard that needed replacement and they researched how to find the best materials to get a secure fit. They were not satisfied with what they found after installing one of the two screens so they used the old frame and refurbished it so the screen would fit securely and match the other one. "We had nothing but problems with Jose Moreno. Electrical outlets shorted, shower and new doors leaked, walls not plumb, covered HVAC intakes, told us certain things couldn’t be done (next guy did it easily and beautifully), reduced the size of the kitchen island without telling us...We hired a lawyer who told us to let the guy go and to not pay anymore. As soon as I have time, I will set up a website to detail all of the problems. I don’t want others to have the problems we had."
