They were a great company. They were thorough and everything but the only complaint I have about them is that they left a mess of mud on my driveway and patio and I just had my patio sprayed off. It took a while for them to come and clean it back up. But I liked their punctuality. They did a good job and everything was put in properly. We are going to use them again since they are going to put lights out in front of our house.

We did not have power in one room and it did not appear to be a circuit breaker problem so we called them to check it out. Turns out is was a circuit breaker had tripped and we somehow missed seeing it. The breaker tripped around 5:30 in the morning while no one was doing anything in that room. I asked the electrician why that would be. He suggested that there may have been a little power surge and suggested the whole house surge protection.Given the severity of electrical storms we experience and the state of the power grid in Texas (brownouts, rolling blackouts) we decided to go forward with it. Installation went smoothly and he was on his way.

My circuit breaker box was hit by lightning and needed to be replaced. I found Logo Electrical Service and others on Angie's List. I compared prices and Logo had the best price including a surge protector. The service tech did a good job of explaining what needed to be done and why. They arrived as scheduled and did a professional job. It would have been good if they filled out the label showing which circuit goes to different areas of the house but I can do that myself. I didn't know to ask if that would be included so it wasn't discussed. Overall I was impressed with the price and quality of services. I would use their services again.

Although the job got off to a somewhat bumpy start, Logo did an exceptional job of responding to the situation. Initially the new lights and switches weren't working properly. The tech who was onsite was having trouble resolving the issues, so I contacted Logo Electric's office, and the owner, Mark, was extremely responsive and helpful. He personally came over to our house several times to ensure that the issues were worked out and that we were happy customers. Sometimes things don't go according to plan, and Logo could not have done a better job rising to the occasion. All of our issues were resolved and we were very satisfied with the final product. Thanks so much!!

It went great. Jimmy arrived on the early side of the time frame and went to work. My friend's electrician husband said it should take about 3 hours and be around $300.00 and that's almost exactly how it went. Jimmy explained everything he was going to do and how he would do it. He was courteous, friendly and helpful and I would absolutely use Logo again.

Mark was very responsive to my call; scheduled an apt and showed up exactly as planned. He was very professional and answered all my questions and performed work in a timely manner. I will definetely use him again.

Lost power to several outlets on the main floor. Tried everythingI knew to do to fix it. It just didn't make sense how some outlets were working and some were not. Called Logo and they were at my house within an hour. Super nice fellow, very knowledgable. Took about 45 minutes to diagnose problem. He fixed it right then. No problems since. Great experience.

Very professional and prompt.

The gentleman came out and told me the job would be $1,200 - this is even after I told him that I would purchase all of the materials except the wire - I also provided the labor. All he had to do was connect the wire in two places. AFter he gave me the estimate I decided to complete the project on my own. The manager called me yesterday and told me he would be looking into it.

I gave Logo a call and they were able to send someone out that afternoon which was very good. While he was about an hour later than expected, he called in advance to let me know. When he arrived, he was professional and polite, looking at all of the options available. The suggestion and pricing we received, however, seemed significantly over the top for what we were looking for. For example, the suggestion was to add these 3 electrical outlets to their own breaker instead of adding them to the existing breaker which controls the outdoor lights and fans. While I appreciated the interest in quality, we were not offered an "easier" option, though we were assured this was the best way to do it and they would only use the highest quality materials. The rough estimate quote I was given was 2.5-3x the cost of the second estimate that we had received for the same work. I said that it seemed really expensive for what felt like a pretty straight forward job, but he disagreed. We left saying that he would send an email with a formal quote which I didn't receive. While I was pleased with the responsiveness and ability to come to the house the day I called, the high price and fact that I never received the formal quote makes me wary of using Logo in the future.

We were in a bind, our septic tank was down without elec. and we called Logo. They came promptly enough, solved the problem, but over charged for what they did and quality of product used.

I had Chad come out for an estimate to replace a blown circuit breaker. Chad arrived as scheduled and called ahead of time. When chad opened the box he saw water in the electrical box. So now it went from a minor repair to a much larger repair. Chad was straight forward on the cost. I went ahead with the whole replacement of the electrical box due to the fact of little knowledge i have of electrical items water and electrictiy do not mix. Chad was very professional and had the job done in no time. He took the added steps to correct a poorly installed original box. I was very pleased with the work that was done.

They called to let me know they were on the way and arrived about 15 minutes later. Took only about 45 minutes to evaluate and complete work.

I was told Chad would be at my house between 8-9 and he was there promptly at 8. He was concerned about protecting my island and barstools around the island and either moved or covered everything. I have a two story house so Mark Loguercio and Chad engineered a way to tap into the canned lights that were in the ceiling and make the pendant lights all remote control. The only sheetrock damage was in the ceiling where the air conditioning registered had to be moved to make room for the pendants. The pendants were all hung at different heights and Chad was unbelievably patient as three women directed him on raise that one a little, lower it just a smidge. He was AMAZING and I can't imagine ever using another electrician, I will always request Chad. Mark came by after the project was finished and looked at the wonderful work Chad had done, it was not an easy job by any stretch.

I had been informed by an A/C technician that I had some kind of electrical problem causing an insufficient amount of power to be sent to the outside condenser unit. He suggested that I might have a bad breaker switch in my breaker box or there might be a burned wire in the box. So I contacted Logo Electrical on Saturday morning to set up an appointment for an electrician to diagnose and fix the problem. I was told that they could send someone later that day and there would be a dispatch fee of $69. If I wanted to wait until a weekday there was a dispatch fee of about $45 (I can't remember the exact amount), which would be waived if they actually performed work. I chose to have someone come over Saturday afternoon and pay the higher dispatch fee. I was told the electrician would be by after about 2:00 p.m. but that he would call when he was on his way. As promised, Chad called at about 2:30 p.m. and arrived within 30 minutes. He got to work quickly and within about 30 minutes had determined what the problem was. He replaced a breaker switch and also discovered a burnt wire that was causing the problem. I was impressed by Chad's experience and knowledge. He has been an electrician long enough to remember how these condos built in the 1980s are wired. It saved him a lot of time, and me a lot of money. He was also able to give me a ballpark estimate on replacing the old breaker box and running a dedicated circuit for the microwave oven. I would definitely recommend Logo Electrical, and intend to have them out again in the future to replace the old breaker box completely.

Call Thursday for estimate. Was given ballpark figure of $350, which was on the dot. They asked when I'd want a technician to come out. I said "tomorrow"? They asked what time. I said "10am?" They said "ok". (I wish scheduling all home improvements were so easy.) The technician showed up on time. Was very nice/professional. He installed the light in about 30 minutes. You could tel he was very experienced as he did the project with such relaxed ease-Made it look very easy. I paid. It was done. Super good experience. Great company to hire. No pun joker technicians (as I've had in past with other companies.) I would hire them again. Gave my motherinlaw their number.

I had two outlets not working properly. I contacted an electrician, other than Logo, to come take a look. After an hour of tracing the problem, the other electricians told me the reason the outlets were not working was due to a cut wire.....in the ceiling. They said they could fix it but it would involve them cutting into the drywall. An added expense to an already costly one. I called Logo for a second opinion. The service man, Chad, did some inspecting of his own and in half the time discovered that the problem with the outlets was due to a loose connection in another outlet that was functional. He corrected the problem and the outlets are now working. He saved me a lot of money, a lot of time, and a lot of stress.

Everything went well and as planned. I am fairly happy with the outcome of the experience. The only negatives were that the carbon copy of the estimate did not print well so I was $300 off the cost of the full house surge protector and was a bit surprised when the final bill was presented to me at the end of the work done. Another negative was that I got an extra charge for rewiring an outdoor lighting area that may not have needed rewiring. But, all of this was offset by their professional attitude and availability to come back many times to troubleshoot the outdoor lighting issue we had. And, now the rewired outdoor area is new and it may have needed rewiring anyway. I would use this company again and would suggest them to friends and family.

Wonderful experience. My service wire mast was precariously attached to the eave of my house and over the holidays almost became unattached. The wires were also too close to ground and needed to be raised. I called Mark and he came over and explained what they would need to do. Needless to say it sounded like an impossible job for anyone. But we scheduled the service and a couple of days later they came out and installed everything. Mike Parker was the installer and did an amazing job. He coordinated everything for the permits with the City and worked with Centerpoint for the disconnection and reconnection of the electrical service. It was a big job but Mike did all of the heavy lifting. He was extremely courteous and professional and cleaned up all of the debris and left the place spotless. Now my service wires are firmly attached to the house and I'm thrilled that I have surge system and a grounding rod. I will use Logo for all of my electrical projects.

Called on Monday 12/3 to setup an appointment for Sat 12/8, dispatcher was friendly and said sat at 9-11am was open so I booked. I got a reminder call on Friday around noon that I had an appointment the following day between 9-11am. On the day of the appointment, got a call from mark saying I was his second call today and it was looking like around 10-11am he would be here. Mark called again at 10am to say first job was running a bit over time and his eta was around noon, I said that was fine and he showed up just before 12. Work took about 3+ hours, Mark cleaned up the area afterwards and had me check to make sure everything worked before he left. Overall very satisfied and would use again for sure.

Danny knew his business and was courteous from start to finish. The original quote of $600 turned out to be $450! I can not say enough good things about Danny and his troops. Honest, fair. Remarkable. I am lining my friends and colleagues up to send him business.

xDid not use Logo, would not recommend them.
