Very professional and outstanding customer service....my neutral line was struck by lightning on a Friday afternoon. Logo Electrical was the only company to respond to my voice mail that holiday weekend, and spend the time to give me much needed guidance...that was followed by dependable and professional electrical work and excellent customer service.

I cannot say enough good things about Logo Electrical Services...especially Mark Loguercio. The surge happened on a Friday afternoon about 10 minutes after 5. It was the start of a holiday weekend...Mark was the only one to call me back, and was so wonderful! He told me who to call first (electrical provider), and gave me the phone number! He was very detailed in his appraisal of the damage done, which assisted me tremendously with my insurance company. I cannot give enough praise for the customer service Mark provided through the whole experience, and I will definitely call on them again if needed.

What an unprofessional organization Logo Electrical appears to be. I discovered Logo on page A17 of a recent Angie's List Coupon Section. One week ago today, I submitted a request for information about electrical work I would like to have performed via Logo’s website. Having received no response either via e-mail or telephone after a full week, I called today and spoke to the receptionist. She was aloof and aggressively unconcerned about how her company might appear to the public, and showed no regret about Logo’s incompetence with their own web communication protocol. When she asked "Well do you want somebody sent out to look at the job or not?", and I reluctantly pursued the conversation by providing my address, she curtly said “Well we don’t do work out there.” This, as I sit looking at Logo's website home page, the banner of which says “Serving Houston & the Surrounding Areas”.

Did a good job. The fan was unbalanced out of the box, and did not include a balancing kit. He stayed for a long time working on different methods for balancing it, and eventually got it balanced using some balancing weights we had left over from an older fan. Very experienced electrician, explained what he was seeing and finding as he did the installation. I'd hire again.

Completed as quoted, but expensive. I have since found a guy that does good work at a much more reasonable price.

My neutral line went out on Friday afternoon about 10 minutes after 6 on Memorial Holiday weekend. The resulting damage appeared to be similar to a lightning strike, and caused thousands of dollars in damage to anything that was electrical (i.e. appliances, lights, electronics, etc.). When I started calling electrical services on Saturday morning, Mark/Logo Electrical was the only one that returned my call on that holiday weekend. Not only did he call me back promptly, he listened to my description of what had happened, diagnosed it (he was correct in his diagnosis), told me to call Center Point Energy, and gave me the number to call. Mark told me the steps that would be followed by Center Point, and to call him back on his cell phone if I had any questions. Needless to say, when it was time to repair the electrical damage, I would not entertain calling anyone else but Logo. Mark/his crew were professional, prompt, patient, and courteous. I cannot sing enough praises about Mark...he helped in every way possible. Update: Just found out that my door bell was also blown out when the neutral line went out in May. Logo is schedule to come out and repair the door bell on 06 November 2015.

They showed up on time. There were some scheduling delays that were due to weather, but they kept me informed. No unpleasant surprises. I'm willing to pay a little more than the lowest bid if I can sleep at night.

Mark came to the house within 48 hours for estimate and was punctual. His bid was the highest of the three I got, which I pointed out. He gave me a 10% discount o the panel installation only for being an Angie's List member and the total was still higher. I decided to use them because of the high ratings. The electrician was on time and called to say he was on the way. I needed to add an outdoor outlet for an insect management system I was getting to the order. Mark stated that it wouldn't be a big deal. I was quoted $295, which I thought was extremely high. When the man began the work, he determined 3 ft of conduit needed to be added. The price then went up another $200 to $495, which I felt was outrageous and that I was being taken advantage of because the work had to be completed at that point. He eventually came down to $350, which was still very high. The work was done quickly and professionally. If the price had been reasonable I would use them again.

I choose to go with another service provider because of this extra expense. They only charged me $169. I found the breaker was only $15. I have left at least two messages and the manager nor the owner has returned my calls.

I moved into a new house last year and was unhappy with where the builder located a number of switches and outlets throughout the house. I am the first to admit that I am a perfectionist, but certain switches were functionally in the wrong location and others were aesthetically in the wrong place. Unable to get a satisfactory resolution from the builder, I reached out to Mark at Logo Electrical. He understood my concerns completely. He was responsive and got the work done quickly and exactly as I had hoped. Logo is not the cheapest but I consider them a value given the outstanding work, responsiveness and attention to detail. I highly recommend them.

They got to our office in 4 hours and went to work, took about 3 hours and they were finished and have not had an issue since. Service technicians were fine, did a good job and cleaned up afterwards. Overall happy with the service.

Called them out because a heavy chandelier that had been installed by a handyman would not light up, but some metal parts would get warm when the switch was turned on. Very reasonable dispatch fee, and then they were very clear on estimated prices for all services before we started. The identified several real problems that we were not aware of: missing ground wires on three fixtures, a poor junction on one fixture, and the ceiling fan brace being too light duty for the chandelier that was hanging from that spot. Very careful in the way that he removed the heavy chandelier, and found a creative way to hang it in a safe location pending future repair. Did a good job troubleshooting the electrical short that initiated the service call, and was able to demonstrate that the problem was in the fixture. Overall, I was very pleased with the work as they identified two serious safety issues that we were not aware of: (1) heavy fixture hanging from a light duty fan brace and (2) ungrounded fixture with a short circuit. They are professionals, and worth the cost when you have a significant electrical safety concern.

I called Logo in the morning on Tuesday and by 1:30 in the afternoon the electrician was at my house reviewing the problem. He showed me what he could do to fix the issue, provided me with a price and got to work. By 4:00, the problem was resolved.

It went very well. I was unsure of what the problem was, as I have had electrical issues with my oven. The provider was able to explain to me what the issue was and advise me of what to do until I am able to replace my breaker.

Socket bracket came loose on one of my recessed lights in kitchen, but I wasn't sure if it was still functional or not and I couldn't access it because it was 14' ceiling so I called LOGO. They showed up the same day and reinstalled the socket bracket (wiring was still OK). I had him check another one in the kitchen that seemed loose, but it was OK. Also checked an outlet in my garage to see if it was GFCI or not and answered another electrical question for me regarding feasibility of some future planned work. I was very pleased with everything, but the cost seemed a bit steep for a trip charge and 20 mins of work (bill showed $44 trip charge and $194.50 labor charge for total of $238.50). I haven't had any electrical work done for a couple of years, so I don't know if this is average or not,so I just listed it as "fair" in my review. Everything else I deemed as excellent.

He was great. He came right out, he gave me all kinds of super information about thing I did not know, he gave an accurate evaluation about what had happened.
