Excellent service. The tech arrived within 4 hrs of my call and changed the breaker in a matter of minutes.

He originally said he did not do trench work, so I was going to have my landscaper do it. Then, when I called with questions, he still advised for the landscaper to do it or he would have to pay someone else to do the trench work. He did end up sending another guy to do trench work that was needed and pumping the water out which was the original problem. He said he was doing that trench work for free, but the entire job was more than twice what any other company would do it for. He also did a GFI switch for that work rather than using an extension cord. It ended up taking over a 5 week period.

I did not go with them because their quote is 3 times more expensive than the guy who works for the lighting company that is going to install the chandelier.

He and his helper had to test about 6 switches and the breaker before finding the open connector.

Well exceptionally well. Both the Logos Electrician guys were punctual and performed the work in the amount of time they said they would. Great company - I'd definitely call them again.

They replaced a bad breaker that was going off when we ran the dishwasher. We'd had an appliance repairman check things out, so we realized that it was the breaker. We were able to schedule an appointment for the next day. The repairman Spencer called first and arrived in a marked van. He was very pleasant and professional and waited to be sure I could run the dishwasher without having it stop again mid-cycle. He also advised me of some repairs that I may need to have done in the future, but said that it wasn't necessary to do them right now. The price was a little higher than I was expecting, but I was very happy with the prompt, professional service I received.

It was over-priced and a horrible experience.

I called on a Thursday evening around 6 p.m., got an appointment for a free quote the next day, On Friday, they carefully checked out my power lines because installing security lights where I wanted them would require cutting new wire and switches into my dry wall, and they needed to get into the attic space. Once they were confident that they could install the lights where I wanted them, they gave me a quote and asked for 50% to schedule the work. The work was scheduled to start the following Monday at 9:15 a.m., but they called me at 8:00 a.m. to say that due to some problems, they would not arrive until 10:30 a.m. I thought it was great that I actually got a phone call. The electricians arrived in a marked van and in uniform. They were professional, polite, and knew what they were doing. I had 1 light fixture installed over the driveway and 2 installed in the back of the house. These are the traditional fixtures you can buy from Home Depot or Lowe's with two flood bulbs on each side, not the LED kind. It is dual mode so they are on 50% but turn on 100% when motion is detected. I am very happy with the result, speed, and service. I probably could have paid less, but considering the job required running new lines from the attic and adding new switches, I wanted to make sure that I got an aesthetically pleasing outcome. The main electrician I worked with was Chad, and he was very attentive to my questions.

Scheduled a appointment for Friday afternoon from 12 to 2. I took a half day off from work and they never showed or called. Totally unprofessional!!!!

It went well. It has been a while so I don't remember exactly what we had them do but I remember being pleased. I would hire them again.

We had a serious and complicated electrical emergency which occurred on a weekend. Mr. Laurencio, the owner of Logo Electrical Services, answered when I called late on a Saturday afternoon. He made an appointment for Sunday morning, arrived on time and efficiently and thoroughly analyzed the problem, which was caused by a clipped underground electrical cable damaged during heavy excavation work to repair a sewer line problem in our neighbor?s yard. As the Centerpointrepairman had predicted, the underground electrical cable to our house had to be replaced. Mr. Laurencio designated the situation to be an emergency so that utility companies? markings could be done promptly the next morning and work could be completed on Monday afternoon. As part of Mr. Laurencio?s analysis on Sunday morning, he determined that the electrical problem was phased, not neutral, meaning that some outlets in our house were functioning normally. He came into the house and determined which outlets were functioning normally so that we could use a space heater and not have to spend extra cash for hotel accommodations that evening. Furthermore, he suggested that I report the incident to my insurance company. I had erroneously assumed that my homeowner's insurance would not cover damage to an underground cable. In fact, the insurance company did cover the cable replacement since motorized vehicle equipment had been used for the sewer repair work in my neighbor's yard. In sum, I am totally satisfied with Logo?s prompt and professional service in solving our electrical emergency. I expect to use Logo again for any future occasion in which I need an electrician.

We have had several tripped circuits here at our townhome. There are many power surges in our neighborhood. Hopefully, this device will help reduce the problems we've experienced and prevent fire. Request Patrick Beacom. He's very experienced and professional in manner.

Called Logo Electric on Monday and scheduled estimate for wednesday of same week. The installer Patrick arrived on time and was highly professional. After reviewing the scope of work an estimate was prepared and Patrick performed the work the same day. Overall quality of the work was good and I would certainly use and recommend Logo Electric in the future.

Logo Electric and all of it's staff have been wonderful. I read reviews and decided to go with Mark and logo electric and the service exceeded my expectations. Both Mark and James arrived on time. They called me before coming to ensure I was home. Then once they arrived, they worked in a professional manner, working together to figure out the problem. They were here for up to 3 hours and got all of the power working by installing a new circuit. Patrick, another worker, came today and fixed loose wires. Again, very professional and very friendly. The visit was very quick, as he knew right away what the problem probably was going to be. All of my power in my kitchen is working again and these guys will be my electricians going forward!

It went very well. Everything is up to code with the wiring and the house is safe. The person who did the work, Chad, was a very hard worker and didn't even take a lunch break! It was cold outside, but he was in good spirits the whole time and I could tell he wanted to do good work for us. I put a "B" on the price because I didn't get a comparative bid-- we were in a rush to get the work done. But it did seem like an expensive and very involved work to be done. All that Logo Electric advised us that needed to get done was on target with what we have heard from other electricians (though they did not give us prices).

I called this company on the day after Thanksgiving and Mark, the owner, answered my call. None of his technicians were available, but he was willing to come to my house to fix my electrical problem. Mark was very professional and has many years of experience in his profession. He charged a fair price for his work and spent time explaining what he was doing and making recommendations for other repairs. I was very pleased with the work he did and with the service he provided. I would happily recommend his company to anyone needed electrical work done.

The scheduler was courteous and efficient and reconfirmed my appointment the day before service. The technician called when he was on his way, as promised, and showed up on time. My appointment didn't take long at all, as the technician quickly found the problem and solved it. I would definitely use this company again.

It was a good experience. They were polite and prompt. The job was done pretty quickly but they did upsell me on the breaker. It was like a circuit protector for the house.

We had a power surge in our home which burned up all of our surge protectors and sent sparks and smoke flying out of outlets. We were left with not only a loss of power to our upstairs bedrooms but a fear of what might have happened if we had not been home to unplug the equipment that was burned. Mark was able to not only replace the burned out circuits and get our power back but to explain what had happened and put my mind at ease. He took care of everything including a new smoke alarm and an all house surge protector. I really appreciated the time he took to explain everything and the extra mile he went to not only restore the power but to restore my sense of peace. I will always use Logo Electrical in the future.

I am a second time customer of Logo. Last year they installed a whole house generator for me. I was so pleased with the service that they were my first call for bid on this project. His bids are not always the lowest, but they are competitive. Marc came out and we discussed what we needed/wanted. He made suggestions that were energy efficient and really listened to us. They were here two and a half days. Each day the workers let me know they were here and what the daily goal was. They called me by name and let me know when they were leaving (for lunch or for the day). They left things neat and closed up the barn when leaving. When finished they walked me through the work completed, breakers and automatic lights. They are always responsive when I call and great to work with.

The electricity went out around 3:30pm for the second time in a two week period. The first time we had to flip the breaker back on. This time the breaker tripped again. I was worried because it was late afternoon, but I called them and they were able to send someone out. They set my expectations well because he was driving from an hour away in Friday traffic. He came a little before 6pm and I was very thankful because it was getting hot in the house. He had an apprentice with him which was fine and they were very professional and found the issue fairly quick. He said the breaker was extremely hot and it was only running a small fraction of the voltage it was supposed to be using. They didn't have the part in their truck, but they were able to run to Home Depot and get one. Overall I was happy with their work and best of all we haven't had any more problems with our electricity going out! I used an internet coupon which took off most of the $60 charge to come out, but I thought the $60 would be rolled into the price to fix the problem, but I guess not. Anyway, I am not sure if I got a good price or not, but it didn't seem outrageous. I would probably use them again.

The technician arrived a little late--about 30 minutes late--but I believe it was due to the dispatcher.; Even though set a 10:00 a.m. appointment, he didn't arrive until 10:30. He quickly assessed the problem and fixed it. It was quick and painless on my pocketbook. I even used a $20 Angie's list coupon, which the company honored, and this brought my cost down.
