Description of Work: They never showed up to give us an estimate yet guy calls and says he will be there in 15mins. Guess you must need the business.

Description of Work: I had one room in the house that did not have any power. I checked GFI's, plugs, fuses, etc but had no idea why only 1 room would be out of power. The breaker that had the room also had other facilities and htose were not affected. Coming into the holidays and with family coming, I needed to get this foxed so I called Logo based on Angie's list recommendations and the fact they offered 24/7 house calls. Mark called within 30 minutes and said he could be over in about an hour. He arrived about 8:30pm on a Saturday. The after hours house call was $129. He dianosed the problem immediately as a loose Neutral but the problem was finding it. He was determined and very thorough and understood electrical wiring. After checking all of the switches and outlets in the areas covered by the breaker, he went into the attic and started tracing the lines. He found that the power ran through the smoke detectors. He then went ahead and checked ever smoke detector and found 2 where wired were loose. He corrected the loose wires and the power returned to the room. He had the problem diagnised immediately, the difficulty was in figuring out where. The cost for the almost 3 hours was about $200 making the total bill $329. Given the fact tthat is was a Saturday night of a holiday weekend, he came out within about an hour, and it took him well over 2 hours, the $329 was probably a very fair price.

Description of Work: We contacted Logo Electrical based on previous Angie's List reviews. We were not disappointed. We had a variety of electrical work done, ranging from upgrades to the circuits, changing outlets, adding indirect kitchen lighting. We also used them for the addition of a back up generator. Israel was the service provider for the primary electrical work and was outstanding. Mike installed the generator and also did a great job. The company is very professional, knowledgeable and thorough. They are not cheap but we are believers in 'you get what you pay for".The office staff was also very helpful. Our only frustration with any of the work done was the delay from the local gas company in the installation of the needed gas line and meter. That part of the process required numerous phone calls to and from all three parties.Because of that, it took almost 6 weeks to get the generator installed.

Description of Work: ISREAL DID EXCELLENT WORK AND STAYED WITH THE JOB UNTIL COMPLETED. WORK WAS EXACTLY WHAT WAS NEEDED AND THE REWIRE OF 5 OUTSIDE LIGHTS WAS GREAT. THIS IS A HOUSE THAT I PURCHASED WITH DANGEROUS WIRING ON THESE OUTSIDE LIGHTS, AND LOGO ELECTRIC MADE IT RIGHT. THANKS SO MUCH

Description of Work: Tony was great. I just moved into a new home and he went through my inspection report with me and told me all of the things that I did (and did not) need to fix. He also installed extra outlets both inside and outside my home. Pricing was fair. He was courteous, clean, and gave me honest opinions. I will definitely use him and his company again.

Description of Work: Changed out our old FPF panel box on the house as well as in the garage and installed a surge protector at the panel.

Description of Work: Company installed 2 under eave flood lights which I had purchased and furnished. While work was completed in a timely manner and technician was very courteous and professional, I got the feeling that sensor floodlights were something he was not too familiar with , and after the fact, determined that they could possibly have been installed in slightly better position to be fully effective. A couple of weeks after installation, one of the motion sensors was found to be defective and as I had furnished the lights it was my responsibility to go back to the manufacturer for replacement, which I did with no problem. I was disappointed however when upon calling Logo to see what they would charge to come back and replace the sensor part, that their charge would be another $179. It should be noted that Logo was under no obligation to correct this problem since I'd furnished the defective light, I nonetheless felt a lesser fee would have been in order in view of the circumstances. I found another Angies list company that did the work the same day in 1/2 hour for $79.00.

Description of Work: Reviewed electric range outlet issue. Quoted us for installing new 50 amp circuit. Have not had that work done yet.

Description of Work: I had a short in my wiing that I couldnt find and was worried that there might be a risk of fire. They came out promptly, found the problem,showed me what they found, explained how it might have happened and repaired it. The electrician was very professional, polite, and thorough. I would use them again and would recommend them highly.
