Contacted the company and set up the inspection. Was sent all the documentation and payment requests via email. Very efficient. We had an issue with scheduling (between us and the seller), the Home Inspections team did a great job to reschedule. I had 2 inspectors arrive, before the inspection was to start, so they were very punctual. They went through the home in great detail. I tried to stay with them as best as I could, but with 2 inspectors it was difficult (on my part). They were very knowledgeable and explained in great detail any question that I had. It was the most thorough inspection that I have had done on a home. Including a Thermal Scan of the walls and ceiling, to determine hot spots for lack of insulation or problems, foundation report - (even tested the microwave to ensure that it was working perfectly). They took their time and I was very confident that they had done a very good inspection. They identified a number of items that I needed to have repaired by the seller, things I would have never seen on my own. The report that they sent me in less than 24 hours was a very detailed report, with pictures, comments and covered many areas that I did not even know they looked at. Very professional, Very Good.

We were moving from out of state and he did a great job of filling us in on everything on the report. He took time out of his day to walk through each item and provided professional service. Thanks!

They arrived on time, kept the current homeowner and me apprised so their activities, and met with me and my realtor when they were finished. They provided pictures of all their findings, both good and bad, as well as explanations. I have used this company in the past and have referred them to others. Their work on this occasion met all my expectations.

The price was more than I originally budgeted for, but was worth the price. The inspector was on-time, knowledgeable, and thorough. He even gave me some good information regarding my planned remodel of the place after I closed on it. I would definitely use this service again. The only critique or issue I had was that my AC unit started leaking from the ceiling within a couple months of closing; though this couldn't have been predicted ti woudl have been nice to have a heads up regarding the age/quality of the unit in the inspection. I certainly don't hold it against the company, they did good work.

Shawn came in inspected the home with no worries. He informed my boyfriend and I of what exactly he was going to do. He even did a little extra on the yard treatment. We chatted while he completed the inside of the home. This guy was so professional, quick, and the best of it all.... He's a Texans lover, this made this treatment top of the line. I would refer this company to anyone that is lost on what to do about pest in their home, need a great qoute, and also want knowledge on what to do in the future. The found a non-visible water leak by the use of an infa-red camera. This really made me feel as thought I had picked the right company to do the inspection.

Shawn from Houston Inspections was the inspector from my job. He was on time and performed the work quickly yet thoroughly: . The seller of the home provided a A/C unit inspection that indicated everything was sound and in working condition with the A/C system. However, Shawn found problems with the air conditioning unit and this was confirmed by an additional reputable A/C repair technician. Their findings enabled me to get a price adjustment to repair the A/C system before closing the sale on the home. Shawn offered to answer any questions I might have in the future about the report. He made helpful maintenance and repair suggestions that should be performed once I purchased the home. The inspection was performed last fall and I have not had any issues come up that Shawn had not already identified. I have worked with a number of home inspectors in three different Texas cities and Houston Inspections is tied for first place as the best to work with in my opinion.

They were really good. I like their service a lot and would recommend them. They go out of their way to help you out. They were able to come early once when our schedule was changed. We once were waiting for them to come lay some traps, and they called to let us know they were stuck in traffic and would be late. They are very responsive.

It turned out pretty well. After I hired them for pest control, I did have some pests in the house. They came back around Oct to spray again, which was at no charge. They have been professional and use volunteer firemen to come spray. I have been happy with them so far.

We meet at the house I wanted to buy at the scheduled time. They immediately when about their business checking the roof; structure; appliances; plumbing and electrical. Took photos when they found something including IR photos where necessary. Prepared and delivered a report that same day.

Shawn was very professional and provided quality service. His inspection was both thorough and methodical. As first time home buyers, it was much appreciated that he took the time to walk through the house with us and explain his findings. In doing so, he made sure to point out some of the more idiosyncratic features of our home.
