Ronnie was awesome. They communicated multiple times about time and date (reminders leading up to the day) and when I showed up he was already complete with the drone footage and doing his inspection space by space. He was thoroughly knowledgeable and very kind and personable. He eased a lot of concerns and then sent over a 13 page report with photos and directions. It was amazing and totally worth the money for peace of mind Amin this whole process. I will be using their services a few more times for this and Ronnie laid out the next phase and who would be doing what. Overall, it was really great. Highly recommend!

This will be our 3rd time using Houston Inspections, and we continue to be impressed by the quality of their inspections and reports.

The only issue I had was when I called I got transfer 4 or 5 times before I got a hold of the right person. The inspector was very professional. He talked me through everything he was doing and as soon as he found anything he stop to show me what was found and ideas of what caused it.

Very well overall. I actually had another inspection in hand from a previous sale that didn't go through, and noticed that they found some items that the previous inspector didn't find. The inspector was professional, patient and friendly, and used state of the art equipment. Only minor knock was the finding of an overly hot electrical panel, which apparently is pretty normal for newer boxes. We had to hire an electrician to tell us that. I also note that they're probably not the cheapest inspection around...

Great! Shawn was very thorough and professional. We conducted a video conference due to COVID-19 impacts, with Shawn onsite. This was very helpful and much appreciated to keep all parties safe while still providing the full function and service of the inspection.

Ron was very thorough and kept me abreast of everything found throughout the inspection. He answered all of my questions and made everything very easy for me to understand.

Chris is extremely detailed and captured a good deal of items I would have never identified myself. He gave great advice and provided a very detailed report, including quoting codes, for the builder to work to and correct. I will be hiring Chris again for my post build inspection and I have complete trust he will capture absolutely everything. I highly recommend Chris and Houston Inspection for anyone. They are very professional and responsive.

The Inspection process was exceptional. I called, they came and I received the report the very next morning. Although my inspector was unable to utilize infrared detection because my ac no longer functions at all, his visual inspection was on point. It touched on every discipline involved in the reconstruction. I finally have the information needed to bring to USAA about the dangerous conditions that I have been living with because of the work done by Roadrunner Restoration. I pray this company is never able to do this to anyone ever again! The owner, Rick Daniels should be tarred, feathered and run out of town! I love what Houston Inspectors has done for me!! I can’t sing their praises enough! They have provided proof that my home is structurally unsound and the plumbing issues are bad enough to warrant a complete examination and the electrical work done is flawed as well! USAA preferred vendor list has led me into reliance in the abilities of the unscrupulous company Roadrunner Restoration! I also pray that USAA sees to it that my home is restored in a proper manner by anyone other than the company who performed so abysmally and kept me out of my home longer than necessary, had me move home only to have no electricity or gas, they stole my property and threatened to place a lien on my property if I did not sign their completion paper!! Mind you, my husband who served in Vietnam, died two weeks before my home burned from the effects of Agent Orange! This company was able to take full advantage of my situation to drag this job out and wear me down! They never completed the job and what they did do was incredibly bad!

Chris arrived early, was very professional and thorough. The report was very accurate and complete. We would hire them again for certain. The office was very efficient and cooperative. They have certainly earned their high rating on Angie's List.
