Description of Work: Home inspection prior to closing. Inspector was very thorough and extremely informative.

Description of Work: Performed house inspection and discussed report with us. All went well.

Description of Work: We bought a house in TX. He looked over everything and gave us a very detailed report, so we knew exactly what was the issues with the house we were purchasing. My husband stayed with him in a whole time and he explained everything to him. I would recommend this company to anyone!

Description of Work: Two people showed up on time. One focused on pest inspection and the other was primarily focused on electrical, mechanical, heating/air con, etc. Very professional. Answered any questions I had. Both reports were available in less than 24 hours.

Description of Work: Houston Inspections was very prompt in communication and friendly on the phone. Unfortunately my time was limited to have an inspection performed and they were fully booked for several days ahead. Ended up going with a different inspector to meet my deadline.

Description of Work: We needed a inspection completed quickly on a home we were interested in purchasing. We called on a Thursday and they were able to schedule us for the following Monday! Awesome! Dennis arrived exactly on time, introduced himself and got right to work. He was thorough, professional, and explained the entire process. When he was through, he went over all the results to make sure I understood the findings. I received the inspection report that very night. Houston Inspection's fee is worth every penny. They saved me from a very costly mistake. Would I recommend them? Absolutely.

Description of Work: I hired them to inspect 2 different houses last year that I had a contract on. I cancelled one contract because the seller was not willing to work with me based on required repairs that were noted in the report. They found all of the mjor problems with the house that I did buy allowing me to make an informed heads-up purchase.
